We make a trip down to Mannie Ramjohn stadium.

As that's where the action was on Sunday evening in the TTPFL, as Club Sando remained in close distance of league leaders Defence Force.

Sando did all their scoring early in the first half against 2024 champs AC Port of Spain.

But survived a late rally to hold on a 3-2 victory to stay within three points of the defending champions.

And Jaheim Faustin scored twice in the second half to push San Juan Jabloteh to a come-from-behind 2-1 win over La Horquetta Rangers.
Transcript
00:00Club Sandu had no other option but to respond to league leaders' defense forces' victory
00:05with one of their own against AC Porto Spain.
00:08And the Southern club were clearly up to the task as Jahim Joseph cracked the code after
00:13only five minutes.
00:16With the code cracked, Sandu made it look easy as Luke Phillip finished off the second
00:20eight minutes later.
00:24And after only 17 minutes, victory seemed in the bag for Club Sandu as they were up
00:293-0.
00:31A bit of complacency stepped in for Club Sandu as Robert Primer scored to trim the deficit
00:36to two goals at the break.
00:39It was a case of game management in the second as Sandu looked to secure the result.
00:47But when Primer struck again in the 77th, there would have been cause for concern.
00:52However, Club Sandu did just enough to preserve their 1-0 lead as they won 3-2 to stay on the
00:58heels of AMI.
01:02With four defeats in their last five matches, the youthful but talented San Juan Jablete were
01:06looking to find form and consistency. But La Hocketa Rangers exposed their main weakness as
01:12they won the referee's favour. As veteran Kevin Woodley took Jablete's goals, conceded
01:17tally to 32.
01:20But Jablete's fortune changed in the second half as Jaheim Faustin squeezed his shot pass
01:28at the keeper to restore parity. And Faustin delivered again to rally the San Juan
01:34Kings into the lead. The match was a bruising affair as the Jablete keeper felt the brunt
01:42of it. Rangers had a player sent off for simulation as Jablete completed their fifth victory on the
01:49season. Terrence Clark, 24-6 Sport.
