00:00So, from the outside, people usually look at SK Gaming as being this professional, structured organization.
00:20That's true. But the other part of it, and I always look at it as yin-yang,
00:25you need to create an environment where people know, especially players know, that they kind of have a home.
00:43Well, getting to SK Gaming was like from zero to hero, you know?
00:47It was like the Real Madrid in Europe of gaming.
00:51And of course, how can I deny it, you know? How can I decline it? No for it.
00:59Yeah, for me at the beginning, I was more like in the French scene, with the French team like Millenium, NA, Cypher, and stuff like that.
01:07And joining SK is another step of your career, like to join something really big, really huge, everyone know it.
01:12And of course, it was for me very exciting, and it made me play really better, very fast, because of the motivation I get from it.
01:20I mean, I think every eSportler knows SK Gaming.
01:34It's, I mean, the biggest, most famous and most professional organization that it's like.
01:42And I can't imagine that there's a single eSportler that can't imagine playing for SK Gaming.
01:47And that's why it was always a dream, and I mean, that's why it was, I mean, that's why it was the year.
01:52I mean, teams are all the same. I mean, everyone is paying them, we have logos here, that's it.
02:07But I think it's more about like caring about players, like, what can you do for them that they feel comfortable and stuff.
02:13Also the players, they don't even know. When they joined SK, they were like, oh, what kind of service, like, that's really amazing and stuff.
02:19We've never had that before. And that's something that SK is really good, and I would say, like, we try to stick to our promises.
02:26Obviously, it's not up to us every time, but we try to deliver as good as we can. I think that's what makes SK Gaming special.
02:36Also, the Jungs dahinter are great.
02:38Mensei and all, Bobby, Jens, all have fun.
02:42Also, with them on tournaments, events, it's really good.
03:01They believe in SK being something big as something other.
03:04So, for us, we want to be a family, we are a family.
03:09Players say that they feel like this is home, this is something they want to be in.
03:16And it's kind of proof of concept for us.
03:50So, every time I come to their house, I'm kind of bitching around and telling them,
03:54hey, please clean up, please do this, please do that.
03:57But I think it's important that someone guide them.
04:00If you just tell them, if you just let them do whatever they want to,
04:03I think it's going to be a mess.
04:05But if you just guide them and just try to make a better person out of them.
04:09Because my goal is that my players are successful and getting better persons.
04:14So, I'm kind of trying to educate them as well.
04:18So, trying to be their secondary and outside of their own family.
04:26Man geht zusammen essen abends, man feiert zusammen.
04:29Man macht den Tag vieles gemeinsam.
04:35Entweder auf die in der o出来 eines twenties,
04:37aber angebี่ Stabil Guys.
04:39Man macht den Tag auch regulär irgendein型?
04:41Los, der k потому mit Kontakt!
04:42So, echt greut terminology ist das gotta siempre,
04:43ja, das war The Sk's aber auch kurz.
04:44Man S kann alles z His summape go.
04:45Es ist deine Gruppe geben.
04:47Ich super, wenn du dich außer D Katie und kortere brigst imposig sind.
04:48Das eigene Gruppe.
04:49Ziel ist das, was die Vorteile.
04:51Es ist zumindest etwas Z setup.
04:53home for some time and we see you as one of the family whether or not you're going
04:57to the competition we don't care you were with us part of the way so we want
05:02to you know act interact with you as if you were a family
