Antonio LeBlanc, d'origine américano-coréenne, a été adopté à l'âge de 3 ans. Habitant en Louisiane depuis plus de 30 ans, il vit heureux auprès de Katy, qui attend un enfant, et de Jessie, sa belle-fille. Il recherche activement du travail pour subvenir aux besoins des siens. Dans un supermarché, il est la cible de deux policiers racistes qui l'arrête arbitrairement. Sorti de prison, il réalise qu'il peut être déporté en Corée, un pays dont il ne sait rien.
