09:45I've got seven nieces and nephews.
09:47When we get together, it's utter chaos.
09:54My family are really proud of me being on gladiators.
09:56When I was younger, I was diagnosed with idiopathic adolescent scoliosis,

10:02For me, I've always found that exercise has been really helpful in keeping my back strong.
