बजट 2026 में वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्रों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं की हैं। देशभर के 15,000 स्कूलों और 500 कॉलेजों में कंटेंट क्रिएटर लैब्स स्थापित की जाएंगी, जिससे यूट्यूब और सोशल मीडिया के लिए वीडियो निर्माण को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। साथ ही, गेमिंग, एनिमेशन और AVGC सेक्टर के लिए प्रोफेशनल प्रशिक्षण पर जोर दिया जाएगा। स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में भारत को वैश्विक बायोफार्मा हब बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। बायोलॉजिक दवाओं के उत्पादन, सस्ती शुगर और कैंसर दवाएं, 1000 क्लिनिकल ट्रायल साइट्स, नए मेडिकल और आयुर्वेद संस्थान भी स्थापित किए जाएंगे।

In Budget 2026, major reforms were announced for education and healthcare. Around 15,000 schools and 500 colleges will get content creator labs for YouTube, Instagram, and AVGC training. Mumbai will host the Indian Institute of Creative Technologies. Healthcare plans include affordable medicines, 1,000 clinical trial sites, new institutes, and regional medical hubs.

00:18I propose to support the Indian Institute of Creative Technologyào Mumbai in setting up ABGC content creator labs in 15,000 secondary schools all over the country and 500 colleges.
00:36To create a range of skilled career pathways, a new range of skilled career pathways for our youth, I propose interventions in the following sectors.
00:50Health. Existing institutions for allied health professionals will be upgraded and new AHP institutions established in private and government sectors.
01:02This will cover 10 selected disciplines, including optometry, radiology, anesthesia, OT technology, applied psychology, and behavioral health, and add 1 lakh AHPs over the next 5 years.
01:22A strong care system covering geriatric and allied care services will be built.
01:31A variety of NSQF-aligned programs will be developed to train multi-skilled caregivers, combining core care and allied skills, such as wellness, yoga, and operation of medical assistive devices.
01:50In the coming year, 1.5 lakh caregivers will be trained.
01:54Hubs for Medical Value Tourism
02:03To promote India as a hub for medical tourism services, I propose to launch a scheme to support states in establishing five regional medical hubs.
02:15In partnership with the private sector, these hubs will serve as integrated health care complexes that combine medical, educational, and research facilities.
02:28They will have AYUSH centers, Medical Value Tourism Facilitation Centers, and infrastructure for diagnostics, post-care, and rehabilitation.
02:39These hubs will provide diverse job opportunities for health professionals, including doctors and AHPs.
02:53Ancient Indian yoga, already respected in several parts of the world, was given a mass global recognition when Honorable Prime Minister took it to the UN.
03:05Post-COVID, Ayurveda gained a similar global acceptance and recognition.
03:12Exporting quality Ayurveda products helps farmers who grow the herbs and youth who process the products.
03:21To meet growing global demand, a few more steps are being taken.
03:26I propose to, one, set up three new all-India institutes of Ayurveda.
03:33Two, upgrade AYUSH pharmacies and drug testing labs for higher standards of certification ecosystem, and make available more skilled personnel.
03:48Three, upgrade the WHO Global Traditional Medicine Center in Jamnagar to bolster evidence-based research, training, and awareness for traditional medicine.
