00:00Brooklyn was just very quiet, didn't really look you in the eye at first, that took quite some time, but very polite.
00:08Brooklyn was technically a very good player.
00:10Followed almost everywhere by security, nothing could be normal when it came to Brooklyn's apprenticeship.
00:17He turned up without drink, they're supposed to bring their own drink, and I asked him where his drink was and he said,
00:21I don't know, you know, they didn't give me one.
00:25This was then leapt on by this guy, you know, near us.
00:29Is there a problem?
00:30And this guy had someone shoot off, and before we know it, he's back and bursts in the dressing room like Jason Bourne with an earpiece in,
00:38with a crate of LucasAid.
00:40And we were like, you know, what are you doing?
00:44And he said, you said that Brooklyn needed a drink.
00:46And everyone laughed, but I kind of caught Brooklyn and looked at him and thought, wow, this life is crackers.
00:54He probably thought everyone was laughing at him, and that's what made me quite sad.
00:59Despite the support from David and Victoria, Brooklyn, he says, never seemed fully at ease.
01:05He would worry me because we never saw any kind of either massively high emotion or massively low.
01:11It was almost like he was at this daze.
01:13And I think he was embarrassed at times.
01:19There's nothing anyone could have done, and I think maybe his parents were trying to do the right thing,
01:24perhaps by stepping back a little bit to try and give him the space.
01:28Thanks for having me.
