00:00Tokyo
00:10Tokyo, we love you so much, thank you so much for coming to our show
00:15I want to take a second to talk about something that's extremely important to me
00:34Something important to people all over the world and especially in America right now
00:45In a couple of days I'm going to be heading home and my heart is aching
00:51Thinking about the people, the children, the families all over America
00:58Who are being mercilessly targeted by ICE
01:06I'm thinking about all of their pain and how their lives are being destroyed right in front of us
01:15I'm also thinking about Minnesota and everyone back at home
01:20Who is living in so much fear and searching for answers on what we all should do
01:28When entire communities lose their sense of safety and belonging, it breaks something in all of us
01:40I hope that you'll all stand with us tonight
01:52I know we're not in America right now, but we are with our community and we love you
01:59I'd like to dedicate this song to everyone who is suffering
02:05To everyone who's feeling alone and helpless
02:11Anyone who's lost a loved one
02:15And is having a difficult time, an impossible time
02:20Seeing when the end will be near
02:25We need to get back to a place of safety and peace and accountability
02:32Good people shouldn't have to fight so hard
02:36And risk their lives for well-being and respect
02:41And I hope our hope our leaders are listening
02:48I hope you're listening to us
02:51Ask you to change your course of action swiftly
02:55And have mercy on everyone in our country
02:58At a time where it doesn't feel like it's easy to have hope
03:09It is my community
03:11And my friends
03:13My family that hold me up
03:15So
03:17I would like to sing a song that does have some hope in it
03:20To try to give us a little bit tonight
03:23This has come to mama
03:25Thank you
