00:00Auburn and Texas, no strangers to the NCAA tournament at this point.
00:05Auburn takes care of Texas.
00:06Maybe this will help their cause come March.
00:09But as of right now, neither team in particular having fantastic seasons, Mike.
00:14So they're going to need some help probably within their conference tournaments.
00:17And always these head-to-head matchups definitely do matter when the NCAA has to make their choice.
00:22Yeah, Auburn's got kind of a funny resume in the sense that they schedule really heavily.
00:28And it looks like Bruce is going to be the coach kind of schedule.
00:33And then Steven took over, and it's like, geez, thanks, Dad, for this schedule.
00:37I mean, they've lost to several of the very best teams in the country.
00:41Almost all their losses are to not good opponents but elite opponents.
00:46But at the same time, they haven't had the occasion to beat many quality teams.
00:52Texas is sort of that, probably not quite what I'm talking about.
00:55They need more swings at Florida.
00:57And that was a great win for them.
01:00That kind of win that they got over the weekend, they need more of that.
01:04And if they continue to perform as they have, I think you're going to see them climb up the seeding charts on the various brackets, including mine at Fox Sports.
01:12They were seventh, I think, on my most recent bracket on the seven line.
01:16And I think that after taking care of Texas, they have a chance to continue to climb.
01:21Texas just needs to get more consistent.
01:25I believe the stat I heard was they had not won more than two consecutive games all year.
01:30Last night was a chance for them to break through, and they were in it and had a great chance to win, but faded at the end.
01:36To be here, we're in it.
01:38Alright.
01:38Okay.
01:46That's so cool.
