00:06long lasting and this is how. Number one, they help you to look at your personal life, your
00:13physical life, your entire health from a holistic perspective. So not only they help you to evaluate
00:19your health and well-being from the physical realm of space, which is your, you know, the kind of
00:24food that you're eating, are you exercising enough, are you sleeping enough, are you getting enough
00:29rest, but they're also looking at your emotional, social, spiritual and mental makeup because we as
00:37individuals are whole and complete. Therefore, we can't just look at one aspect of somebody's life
00:43and negate other aspects because the state of your emotional state, your mental state, the effects
00:52greatly in how we consume food and our relationship with food. Time and time again, we
00:59have seen that people can sometimes have really unhealthy relationships with food. For example,
01:05excessive calorie counting, certain habits that they may have cultivated when they're young,
01:10you know, when they were young adults or children. There could also be a lot of emotional eating
01:16that is coming out of stress and anxiety. People a lot of times eat because it's joyful, you know,

01:40that and evaluate exactly why do they eat the way they eat. The number two reason is, you know,
01:48sustainability. Whenever you're working with a coach, you'll always notice that they are focused
01:54on identifying the root cause of why you are where you are, but also they're not really looking at
02:01quick fixes. They're not looking at depriving you. The idea is to not to deprive you of foods in itself,
02:10but the idea is to fill your life with abundance of everything that is good and healthy and so that
02:16you have a sense of satisfaction. And sustainability is very important because a lot of times people
02:21gain weight, lose weight and gain weight again. Okay. So the lose weight gain weight. So there is a
02:27vicious cycle of weight loss, which actually impairs your metabolism every time you're on this yo-yo
02:34cycle of weight loss. So sustainability is really good. The coaches also help you to take accountability,
02:40to feel powerful, to set really small, realistic goals that you find it easy to implement on a day

04:04giving a diet program and being enforced to follow that. And you, you're struggling and you're able to
