00:00I'm a little bit old, and I'm really looking at some of those things.
00:05I'm looking at some of those things.
00:10I know that it's a good thing.
00:14I'm looking at some of the animals and I'm looking at some of the animals.
00:21And the animals are going to eat.
00:27us in this wonderful city of Edinburgh so steeped in history but more importantly perhaps
00:32steeped in rugby history, the home of international rugby, 1871.
00:37The first international rugby match was played only a kilometre from here.
00:42The Six Nations is bigger and better than it's ever been and I think it comes at a time we're in

02:36I think the Six Nations Championship is so special because of their rivalries.
02:41These rivalries have existed for so long, close neighbours.
02:46Many of the players play together for their clubs.
02:51Many households are split.
02:53Some are supporting England, some are supporting Scotland.
02:56And it's those rivalries that make it so very...
03:01very special.
03:02Yeah, I think it's a big year in general with the Nations Championship.
03:06You know, I just think that rugby is in such an exciting spot at the minute because...
03:11you know, you've got so many opportunities to see the best versus the best.
03:14And that's exactly what you're going to see during the...
03:16the Six Nations.
03:17And yeah, it's a really exciting year for everyone involved in rugby and everyone watching.
03:21at home.

03:31We believe...
03:31The game that we play can be a match for anybody and even throughout...
03:36November, where we had a couple of agonising defeats or painful defeats.
03:40The game...
03:41The game we played put those teams under pressure and that's...
03:43that's all you ask of the...
03:44of the team.
03:45To give their best.
03:46to play...
03:47as well as they can.
03:48To show that effort, that physicality that we demand of.

05:39We have brought us only funnelled down into the players and into the environment.
05:44And we're just excited to get started.
05:49Well, last year has been quite important for us, obviously, to build on our...
05:54on our performances and, you know, we now want to keep improving in a way.
05:59But finding that consistency that probably we couldn't be able to find...
06:04last year, so having those, yes, big games, but then being able to perform...
06:09every single week and every single game of this tournament is probably the main objective.
06:14of our campaign.
06:16Scotland against England, and so to be able to...
06:19bring everyone from the Six Nations community back into Edinburgh for the start of what...
06:24this is to be an unbelievable tournament.
06:29Can you make a billy for me, please, nice and serious?
