00:24We're in the process of getting it out.
00:30I don't think there's anybody in it right now.
00:41What's your son's name right quick?

01:17His son's supposed to be driving and he's in the process of checking with him.
01:21Yeah, I don't think he's in there?
01:23No, I don't think he's in there.
01:24Okay.
01:25Uh, his son's name's Aaron Davis.
01:29Supposed to be coming to Rome to see his friend.
01:32Didn't go well.
01:34I wonder where he's at.
01:36Crazy thing is, there was no acceleration.
01:37It's almost like it just...
01:38Just rode off in there or something.
01:39Yeah.
01:40Looks like it's still on though, ain't it?
01:41Yeah.
01:42Yeah, I mean, there's lights on like it's...
01:43But it ain't running running.
01:44That water ain't deep.
01:45I don't think he's in there, is it?
01:46I don't think he's in there, is it?
01:47I don't think he's in there, is it?

01:50Yeah, I mean, there's lights on like it's...
01:53But it ain't running running.
01:55That water ain't deep.
01:56I don't think he's in there, is it?
01:59I'm not seeing toes over the track.
02:01I used to say, yeah.
02:09What happened to the road?
02:10They're pulling into the parking lot.
02:11Yeah, well, we'll get more done to clear this call here.
02:15Hello?
02:16Hello?
02:17Hello?
02:18Hello?
02:19Hey, is this Mr. Reisner?
02:20Yes, this is.
02:21Hey, I'm Lieutenant Saylor from the police.
02:22You doing alright today?
02:23Yes, I am.
02:24I'm looking for my friend right now.
02:25Yeah, that's what I was calling about.
02:26I don't...
02:27You hadn't heard from him, I don't guess.
02:28I have not.
02:29I've tried calling on him and I'm just concentrating voicemail.
02:31When's the last time you saw him?
02:32I saw him last night.
02:33Okay.
02:34We got people out looking, I guess.
02:35I know a lot of his family's coming.
02:36Yeah.
02:37Well, if y'all hear from him, let us know, okay?
02:38We will, for sure.
02:39Okay.
02:41We will, for sure.
02:42Okay.
02:44Okay, thank you.
02:45Thanks.
02:46I've just been calling on him and I'm just concentrating the voicemail and...
02:49When's the last time you saw him?
02:50I saw him last night.
02:51Okay.
02:52We got people out looking, I guess.
02:54I know a lot of his family's coming.
02:56Yeah.
02:57Alright.
02:58Well, if y'all hear from him, let us know, okay?
03:00We will, for sure.
03:01Okay.
03:04Oh, there's somebody.
03:19There he is.
03:21Yeah.
03:22Hey, what's going on?
03:24What's going, dude?
03:25I'm off the ground where the wrong place is from.
03:28We're following up on all this.
03:30So can you walk me through what's going on?
03:32Just make sure we're all on the same page.
03:33We started drinking around 12 yesterday.
03:36Yeah, it's you and Aaron, right?
03:37Yeah, me and Aaron.
03:38Okay.
03:39Anyone else with you guys?
03:40Nope.
03:41Okay.
03:42And we went to the bars sometime in the evening, and I had bought some red wine.
03:49Yeah.
03:50And then we started drinking red wine.
03:53He doesn't drink too often, so he had gone upstairs and was just puking everywhere.
03:58It was in the toilet.
04:00It was like standing up and puking for some reason.
04:03I went downstairs and he was telling me that he doesn't need any help.
04:10And I went downstairs, dropped the bottle, cut my puking.
04:15Mm-hmm.
04:16And I went to the urgent care this morning.
04:19Uh, and yeah, I bandaged it up, took a shower, went to bed.
04:25Okay.
04:26And then woke up 1 to 2 a.m. around that time, and his car was gone.
04:35Okay.
04:36And no one else was here during that time?
04:38Do your parents look here too, or are you just looking by yourself?
04:40They do.
04:41Are they here right now?
04:42No, they're coming back, though.
04:43They'll be, I guess, maybe around 3 or so.
04:46Okay.
04:47Yeah, so not too long from now.
04:49Yeah.
04:50So, how long have you and Aaron been friends?
04:52Since, like, I met when I was in 5th grade.
04:56Okay.
04:57Then, uh, we were, we became more, like, close friends, I'd say.
05:03Like, ran a freshman.
05:05Okay.
05:06I was a freshman in high school.
05:07In high school.
05:08Okay.
05:09Where'd y'all go to school?
05:10Uh, North Forsyth High School.
05:11Oh, okay.
05:12Yeah.
05:13So, he's not from here, you just live here now, and that's why he's-
05:16Yeah.
05:17Had come up here.
05:18I gotcha.
05:19So, when, when was the last time you talked to him?
05:21I don't know, it's hard to keep track.
05:22Between 10 to 12, maybe.
05:24Somewhere between 10 to 12?
05:25Okay.
05:26So, this isn't coming with any judgment.
05:31I just didn't know the answer.
05:33That's the nature of y'all's friendship.
05:35Really good.
05:36Y'all don't have any kind of sexual relationship at all?
05:38No.
05:39Okay.
05:40Do you have any problem with us checking inside the hall?
05:43No.
05:44No problem at all?
05:45So, you're okay if we go in there and walk around and just take a look?
05:49Yes.
05:50Okay.
05:51You mind hanging out with officers?
05:52No dogs or anything inside, right?
05:53No.
05:54No dog.
05:55No dog.
05:56No dog.
05:57No dog.
05:58No dog.
05:59No dog.
06:00Okay.
06:01I'll go consent search of the resident.
06:04So, no side travel or anything?
06:06Not yet.
06:07Not yet.
06:08Sorry, Brandon.
06:09I'm coming in here with me so you can just show me where I'm going and all that.
06:21Yeah.
06:22This makes it a little bit easier.
06:23Where do you want to look?
06:24Oh, give me a second.
06:25I'm just going to have him walk with me to make sure I don't go somewhere where he doesn't
06:28go.
06:29It's important.
06:30It's important.
06:31Okay.
06:32So, this is my turn is good.
06:33Okay.
06:34So, you don't normally go in here?
06:35I confess I did take a couple baths in there because they have a bath.
06:36That's my turn.
06:37Okay.
06:38So, you don't normally go in here?
06:39I confess I did take a couple of baths in there because they have a bath in here.
06:40I'm just going to have him walk with me to make sure I don't go somewhere where he doesn't
06:51go.
06:52It's important.
06:54Okay, so you don't normally go in here?
07:01I confess, I did take a couple baths in there because they have to bat in there.
07:07It normally does in the master, you know?
07:10I've been doing laundry from all the peeps upstairs.
07:14Okay.
07:15But anyways, that's my stuff.
07:17Okay.
07:18You want to step back here with him real quick, please?
07:29What about this room?
07:31That's normally the guest room, but Aaron will have to sleep upstairs.
07:35Okay.
07:36So you go in here every now and then, I would guess?
07:38Every now and then.
07:39Okay.
07:44Yeah, if you hear from him or something, or if you get a text message or anything, you
07:48don't have to take them.
07:49Yeah, I mean, I'm talking about Facebook, Instagram, or anything.
07:53Just let us know.
07:55To what?
07:56Oh, we're just talking about it.
07:57Do you hear a check back over here?
07:59No, the pantry, and then there's one other in there.
08:01Okay.
08:02I don't know yet, baby.
08:03Okay.
08:09There's that there.
08:10Yeah.
08:11So, the bathroom is up there that he was up checking in.
08:15I got you.
08:16All over the bed.
08:17Oh, Lord.
08:18Is that what's in the laundry right now, I guess?
08:22Okay.
08:23Okay.
08:24Okay.
08:25Look.
08:26Okay.
08:27So...
08:28Hey, zero nine.
08:54There's a significant amount of blood next to the bed.
09:19Looks like he'd been there a while, but he could have been throwing up blood, I guess.
09:25What are your parents?
09:26Uh, my mom works at the hospital.
09:28He's a doctor.
09:29My dad sells something.
09:30I don't know if he's a doctor.
09:32It's weird to be throwing up blood like that.
09:37Not to mention if he had alcohol poisoning, he wouldn't have been able to get up and move around this morning.
09:43Especially at two or three in the morning.
09:52Hey, you're pretty close to Collin Wood.
09:57Still wet.
09:59Might want to come over here.
10:01We got a pretty significant amount of blood on the floor.
10:04We got blood on this arm arm arm thing.
10:07We want to get out of here and just go back outside.
10:11Trace is with the other guy.
10:13All right, sounds good.
10:18Let me get out of here and I want to get lost again.
10:25That may be something down there, I don't know.
10:27I can't tell from here.
10:28It's red.
10:30Check the rest of the rooms and pull out.
10:49The sheets are in here.
10:51There's blood on this.
11:00He's down!
11:03He's down!
11:04He's down!
11:05He's running dispatch.
11:23Left down on Hollywood.
11:26Got the south on each side.
11:29Cut through you, Hart.
11:44Get off the fence.
11:52Still got ice?
11:54Dang it.
11:55Dispatch with Awesome.
11:57Cows corner of East 9 to Collinwood.
12:01Run back towards 8.
12:03Give me more units.
12:11Dispatch.
12:13See if we have a canine, please.
12:17White male, long hair, long shirt, and shorts.
12:21Placine area, La Porte and Collinwood.
12:27Might get back from the house.
12:31Somewhere between La Porte and East 10.
12:33Go, get her back up there at the house, on the backside of that house in the backyard.
12:37Okay.
12:39Okay.
12:41That's useful.
12:43Go up to the house.
12:45Get in the backyard.
12:47County 911, what's the location of emergency?
12:57I hear a lot of sirens.
12:59I hear a lot of sirens, and I just take somebody to come through my backyard.
13:01I don't know if I'm looking for somebody.
13:03What did he look like?
13:05He was wearing a red pullover, long, dirty blonde hair, and went towards Space Street.
13:11I just checked the floor ahead of the power of the back of someone just ran through his yard.
13:17Take a watch.
13:29Should be on your left 16.
13:31So he's somewhere back that way.
13:33I'm with you.
13:35I'm with you.
13:37It's pretty quick.
13:47Hey.
13:51Okay.
13:53You hear any dogs barking that way?
13:55Okay.
13:57Okay.
14:05I'm with you.
14:15I'm with you.
14:25There is an open garage.
14:27Do you want me to clear that?
14:29I'm going to circle back.
14:31He went this way.
14:33Yeah.
14:35I'm wondering if he didn't come back this way.
14:37We got a lot of dogs right here.
15:03Hey, did you happen to see anyone run out this way?
15:07Did you happen to see anyone run by your house this way?
15:09No, I have not.
15:10Okay.
15:11If you see a lanky kid, we're in a dark shirt, call us, okay?
15:13I sure will.
15:14All right. Thank you.
15:15Oh, the s***.
15:17Oh, my God.
15:18Oh, my God.
15:19I thought you were all in the house with 47.
15:49Okay.
15:53Yeah.
15:59I don't know.
16:00He took off.
16:02There's a good blood in there.
16:04Yeah, he was washing the sheets.
16:06I think he had heard me when I said the sheets were in the dryer, and that's when he took off.
16:09I didn't even see him run 47 seconds or not.
16:12Give me full consent.
16:18Mail.
16:19Have you saw anybody running through here?
16:24Nobody come up that way.
16:29If you see anybody, let us know, okay?
16:31He had a pink, like a reddish maroon long-sleeved shirt.
16:42Damn, I think I just saw him on that street when I was coming over here.
16:44He's got long hair with pink in his hair.
16:45Yes.
16:46Okay.
16:46He was on the street before this one right here, but I was coming over here to get the backyard.
16:52He had a red shirt.
16:52He was just walking down with long blonde hair.
16:54Yeah.
16:54Yeah, it's him.
16:55It's a f***ing song.
17:00He was just f***ing walking down 9th.
17:02Sir 17, he was headed back towards Turner McCall.
17:08And he was just walking.
17:12I can't get in the back.
17:14My car's over at the house.
17:18Sure you got space?
17:22Yep.
17:24You're good.
17:24Don't swing me out in the car.
17:30We'll be alright.
17:33Do you want me to sit on the house with them two, or?
17:37Hey.
17:38Hey.
17:39Hey.
17:40Alright, I'm looking up the trunk of this car.
17:42The Prius?
17:43I can't tell, but there's like blood back here.
17:47Wow.
17:54It's a white male.
17:56He's got long brown hair with red tips.
17:58He's got that maroonish color long-sleeved shirt on and shorts.
18:09Have you seen anybody running around, white male?
18:13If you see something, call.
18:20Holy Spartan, if you're in there, let yourself know.
18:24I can't see him coming back this way.
18:42No.
18:49I can't see him coming back this way.
18:54I can't see him coming back this way.
19:0282, I'm holding the front.
19:04Can you get back here?
19:0610-4.
19:07I'm in the backyard.
19:11Not yet.
19:13He's got to be hiding behind someone's house or car or something.
19:16He's still around.
19:19Old brown brown, long with him.
19:21Appreciate it.
19:22Yes, sir.
19:22Sam.
19:26Hey, Sam.
19:27Hey, are you good back there?
19:2910-4.
19:29Is there anybody in the house?
19:32Shouldn't be.
19:34I thought I may have heard something inside.
19:37When I'm holding the front, I haven't heard anything.
19:39Okay.
19:42Did you catch that?
19:43Except she thought she might have heard someone inside.
19:45We haven't, I mean, we never did finish checking the rooms.
19:50Said there was blood in the trunk, right?
19:53Yeah.
19:54Okay.
19:54Then the victim's probably not in here, then.
19:57Well, if there's someone else.
19:58He said they were in this car earlier this evening, or last night.
20:17This car?
20:17Yeah, they went to Giggity's in this car from his statement.
20:20Can I get this for you number?
20:27All right.
20:28Six, seven, five, nine, two.
20:33All right.
20:34Oh, gosh, we didn't want to bother y'all because I didn't want to ask too much.
20:37That's okay.
20:37Y'all don't know a whole lot yourself, right?
20:40Okay.
20:40Well, I'm not going to interfere, but I just, I called.
20:44Well, I appreciate you letting us go.
20:49Hello, this is Jeremy.
20:51Hey, sir, I'm the tenant's salesman from Police.
20:53Hi, I'm Jeremy Reisner, the homeowner.
20:56Yes, sir.
20:56And my, um, Brandon's father.
20:58Okay.
20:59We're probably going to need to talk to Brandon.
21:01Does he have any, find my phone app that you might get us his location for?
21:07Um, I can try.
21:09I, I've located his phone before, but I used his, uh, laptop in his bedroom.
21:15You, you realize we're in your house, correct?
21:18Yes.
21:19Are you guys in the house?
21:21Yes, sir.
21:22Not right now, but we will be.
21:24We're in the process of obtaining a search warrant for the residence.
21:27So he hasn't answered the door?
21:29He was here at one point, but he decided he could run off.
21:33He played on the foot.
21:34He ran?
21:35He literally ran?
21:36Yes, sir.
21:38Officer, Brandon has panic attacks.
21:41Severe panic attacks.
21:42Okay.
21:46We're still about five minutes out.
21:48Yeah, right now, the biggest thing is, if y'all have any contact with Brandon,
21:51we need to speak to him about, you know, why he ran.
21:55Yeah, absolutely.
21:56Okay, we'll hope you get closer when you're anything at all.
21:58Okay, thanks, sir.
21:59Bye-bye.
22:02Hello.
22:04Not yet.
22:06He ran across my front yard, and the fellow was chasing him.
22:10Oh, yeah, we already talked to you, I think.
22:11Yeah, yeah.
22:12That's fine.
22:13Yeah, not yet.
22:14Not yet.
22:14Not yet.
22:15He'll show up at some point, so.
22:16Okay.
22:16Yeah.
22:17Oh, well.
22:19Just curious.
22:20I was hoping y'all had caught him.
22:21No, but we're everywhere, so I'm sure he'll turn up and we'll pick him up, so.
22:26Oh, wait.
22:26Was it a...
22:28Anybody got hurt or anything?
22:29I can't talk about it.
22:30Okay, that's fine.
22:31No problem.
22:31Yeah.
22:31If he turns up, though, if you see him again.
22:33I'll see him again.
22:34I'll certainly let you all know.
22:34You know our numbers.
22:35Thank you, sir.
22:36Very good.
22:37So, Aaron Davis.
22:45I think the phone, nothing good on that.
22:48Phone's off, no GPS locations on the phone.
22:52And it's pinging every 10 minutes.
22:54Zero results on that.
22:56We had someone run from us over here.
22:58Do you care if I step on the backside of your property to look over in case he can cut through?
23:04I don't know.
23:05He took off for a reason, so.
23:06If you see him, if you see someone that don't...
23:09Yes, ma'am.
23:11Hey.
23:13Good, how are you?
23:14Fine.
23:16Oh, we're looking for somebody.
23:17If you see a white male, long hair, we're in shorts.
23:20You know what we're talking about.
23:21Where was he last night?
23:22On this street, behind 521.
23:25Yes, ma'am.
23:29That may be daddy.
23:31Just pulled up.
23:36Can I go into my house?
23:43No.
23:45What's the status?
23:47Yeah, I actually have him in your house.
23:49And then you start going.
23:51Or you probably...
23:52Once I get pretty...
23:55No.
23:56No.
23:56No.
23:56No.
23:57No.
23:58No.
23:58No.
23:58No.
23:58No.
23:58No.
23:59No.
23:59So I realize you might not be able to answer this question.
24:07I don't know the answer, but I'll try.
24:09Is there a suspicion that Brandon is involved in what?
24:12Hurting him or something?
24:14There's suspicion that something happened in the home.
24:17I've not been in it.
24:18I don't know the answer.
24:19I don't know.
24:20I don't know.
24:21I don't know.
24:22I don't know.
24:23I don't know.
24:24I don't know.
24:25I don't know.
24:26I don't know.
24:27We're lifelong friends.
24:28I don't know.
24:29Yeah.
24:30He called us this morning, around 9 or 10, to ask her and got the bomb up.
24:37Upstairs, kind of cleaning that up off.
24:40Look after the boy's mom called us.
24:43And he called back and said, when did you last see you?
24:45All right.
24:46I guess he left during the night.
24:48That's all we did.
24:49He went to look for him, where the car was recorded.
24:52Yes.
24:53Mm-hmm.
24:56So, powers that be have our number?
25:00Yes, sir.
25:01Yeah.
25:06There's the one he finds.
25:08Mom knows where he's at.
25:10That was Mom.
25:11Search warrant's been signed, so I'm going to go ahead and start photographing.
25:14All right.
25:15No.
25:1616 to 41.
25:17Go ahead.
25:18There's warrant's signed.
25:19We're going to go in and clear the house.
25:21You may see some movement.
25:22So.
25:23Search warrant!
25:24Search warrant!
25:25Police department.
25:26Search warrant!
25:27Search warrant!
25:33Police department.
25:34Search warrant.
25:35Here's a gun safe, with some gun stopped!
25:45It's been open, recently.
25:46Yeah.
25:47Within the past week.
25:49Police department!
25:50Here's a gun safe with some gun stopper.
25:55It's been opened recently within the past week.
25:59Police Department.
26:08Bear.
26:09Hello.
26:20There are some droplets on the ground.
26:38We're trying to clean it up.
26:40Yep.
26:41Yep.
26:42Why don't you step on the rug?
26:45There's another spot right here.
26:49Oh, he's blood cladder.
26:53Look.
26:54Look.
26:55Oh, yeah.
26:56Look right there.
26:57Yeah.
26:58Oh, yeah.
26:59He's been trying to clean it.
27:01All the way on the back here on this back wall.
27:03Oh, yeah.
27:15See that?
27:17There's a lot of freaking blood.
27:19Yeah.
27:24The shower door has blood on the handle.
27:27Mm-hmm.
27:28There's something inside.
27:29Okay.
27:31Rubber work gloves.
27:33Soaking wet.
27:35Oh, hell.
27:36It's on the sink and the walls.
27:38Yep.
27:39Yep.
27:40All right.
27:41I'll grab my tripod.
27:42Go back now.
27:43Everywhere you touch it, there's like blood.
27:44Everywhere.
27:45Suspect did say he cut his finger and went to Harbin Clinic this morning for it.
27:56There's a scuff mark right there, but I don't know if...
27:57Yeah, I don't know.
27:58Actually, there's nothing just obvious.
27:59Yeah, and like this bed, the dog bed right here isn't even moved.
28:12It doesn't appear.
28:14Nothing happened this way.
28:15I mean, there's some old carpet that's rolled up outside, but I don't see any droplets or
28:18anything like that outside.
28:36What's the status?
28:38We hadn't heard a thing.
28:41You got it, but that was...
28:43Yes, sir.
28:44The search warrant was signed, and I'm not there now, but they had started...
28:47...documentation and searching.
28:49Okay.
28:50Okay.
28:51Okay.
28:52Okay.
28:53Okay.
28:54Okay.
28:55Okay.
28:56Okay.
28:57Okay.
28:58Okay.
28:59Okay.
29:00Okay.
29:01Okay.
29:02And for what it's worth, outgoing and outgoing messages, he's been asking other friends about
29:16if they've seen or heard from Aaron Davis.
29:18I don't know why he would have ran.
29:19I think he's just scared.
29:20Panic attack.
29:21I don't know.
29:22But anyway, that's all I got for you.
29:26So I'd let you know.
29:27Would it be possible for you to let one of the officers take that phone so we can preserve
29:34it in cases needed for evidence?
29:38I mean, I'll tell you, I don't know what happened, but there's something going on.
29:44So we just need to see if we figure out the truth and the whole story about what's going
29:51on here.
29:52Sure.
29:53Well, I don't know if I mentioned it or not, but when he called this morning, it was two-fold.
29:59It was the vomit upstairs and asking Rachel about cleaning it up.
30:05And then he had cut his hand or finger or something, and he was asking her if he should
30:11bother getting the stitch or whatever.
30:13Okay.
30:14So I wouldn't be surprised if there's blood or something in the house, but I don't know
30:18if it means anything.
30:19I can get an officer to come down to you if you want to do that or if you want to walk
30:26back up to the residence.
30:28They're there.
30:29Whatever is good for you.
30:31Yeah, I can work my way that way.
30:33I'm on foot, but I'll get over there eventually.
30:35Yeah.
30:36Okay.
30:37That would be good.
30:38There's a knife sitting on the counter there.
30:42It's sheathed behind the water glass in the kitchen.
30:47Yeah, and I kind of doubt that'd be the one he used to get out there.
31:00Oh yeah.
31:02You can tell that he's wrong.
31:03Mr. Reisner is on his way back there.
31:04He found his cell phone in the neighborhood.
31:05So daddy's on his way back there?
31:06No.
31:07Okay.
31:08What's the status?
31:09We are just now finishing up on photographing, so I guess it's going to take a little while.
31:10Can you tell me if there's evidence of a fight?
31:11Um, you know, at this point I really don't know.
31:15However, there is a significant amount of blood in that upstairs bedroom.
31:16on the carpet.
31:17on the carpet.
31:18Um, you know, at this point I really don't know.
31:19However, there is a significant amount of blood in that upstairs bedroom on the carpet.
31:24You know when we'll get the house back?
31:25Any idea?
31:26It's probably going to be a couple of hours at least.
31:27Okay.
31:28Okay.
31:29So, I guess it's going to take a little while.
31:31Can you tell me if there's evidence of a fight?
31:34Um, you know, at this point I really don't know.
31:39However, there is a significant amount of blood in that upstairs bedroom on the carpet.
31:45You know when we'll get the house back?
31:46Any idea?
31:47It's probably going to be a couple of hours at least.
31:48Okay.
31:49I understand you found his cell phone.
31:50Right.
31:51Okay.
31:52Uh, we'll probably need to go through it and see where he's been today.
31:53Uh, you want to turn that over to us?
31:54Maybe.
31:55That's true.
31:56Mike Gutt says yes, but at the same time...
31:57Yeah.
31:58Yeah, I mean, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we,
32:11we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we
32:41I can't promise you that, because I don't know.
32:44Well, I know.
32:45Yeah.
32:52I called Stallings.
32:53He said the blood in the trunk just appeared that there
32:56wasn't, he wasn't wrapped up in anything.
32:58It just looked like he was in the trunk.
33:00I think he bled out in the house.
33:02Do you think he laid on the ground for a while
33:04before he moved him?
33:05I think so.
33:05Through the kitchen.
33:14And then it's on your right, once you pass the fridge,
33:16behind the water glass.
33:18There's a black knife that's sheet behind that.
33:25Right there, there's a couple more knives in there.
33:29And then there's another one with a few sheets
33:30right there.
33:31OK, yeah.
33:34Yes, sir.
33:35I've got a horse with my son.
33:36Uh-huh.
33:38OK.
33:40OK.
33:44Got you in a tough spot, I know.
33:46Yeah.
33:48All right, well, I appreciate it.
33:49OK, thank you, sir.
33:50Bye-bye.
33:51Bye-bye.
34:03I'm deviator.
34:04I'm your brother.
34:04We're Brandon.
34:05Rachel.
34:06Rachel?
34:07Yeah, out here.
34:08Thanks.
34:11.
34:13Um, if y'all can have a seat out here, I'm going to take one back there, and we'll talk.
34:43I'll be right back out with you, okay?
34:50All right, Brendan, anything in your pockets that I need to know about?
35:05Uh, wallet, keys.
35:08Anything else?
35:09Uh, no.
35:10Okay.
35:11I'm going to pat you down real quick, okay?
35:12Yeah.
35:13Do me a favor?
35:14Put your hands on that wall over there.
35:19Put your hands on that flat for me.
35:24Put your sleeves up.
35:37Maybe I've removed your shirt out for me.
35:40Turn around for me.
35:41No, you're good.
35:43Losing anything?
35:44Turn back around for me.
35:46Turn back.
35:47Face that wall.
35:53You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before you are asked questions and have him with you during questioning.
35:59I would like a lawyer.
36:00You would like a lawyer.
36:01Okay.
36:02All right.
36:03Sit tight for just a minute, and I'll be right back with you.
36:06All right.
36:07All right.
36:08Sit tight for just a minute, and I'll be right back with you.
36:13Okay.
36:14Rachel, Jeremy, would you like to talk?
36:16Do you have some questions?
36:17Do you have some questions?
36:19All right.
36:20All right.
36:21Sit tight for just a minute, and I'll be right back with you.
36:23Okay.
36:24Okay.
36:25Rachel, Jeremy, would you like to talk?
36:39Do you have some questions?
36:44You need to send somebody out to find the body.
36:53I can take you out.
36:54I'll try to show you.
36:55You can try to show us the general area gap.
37:10Okay.
37:11Then where am I?
37:15I'll try to show you.
37:18You can try to show us?
37:19The general area, yeah.
37:22Okay.
37:23And where might that be?
37:27Old East Rowland.
37:29There's a road that parallels Dean Street on the north side of King Street, I believe.
37:35And it curves and goes up a hill.
37:38There's an old cemetery up the hill.
37:41If you turn left, you know, it's probably as likely to be.
37:48That's all I'm going to say.
38:00We are in the last day or two.
38:03Have you seen any cars coming through here that didn't recognize?
38:06I would see a truck be sitting right in that area.
38:10All right.
38:11That's the only thing I know.
38:15This is City 010.
38:17Go ahead.
38:18I'm down at the end of Tumbling Drive, right past Old Cemetery.
38:23We need the coroner down here.
38:25We got a 10109D recovery.
38:2810-1.
38:30All right, Brandon.
38:31I told you earlier you were being held for the destruction where you ran from the officers
38:37earlier.
38:38Now you're going to be charged with murder, aggravated assault, the destruction, and hindering the
38:45investigation of murder.
38:46All right.
38:47All right.
38:48All right.
38:49All right.
38:50Okay.
38:51All right.
38:52All right.
38:53You're all right.
38:54All right.
38:55All right.
38:56Activated assault, the obstruction, and hindering the investigation of the murder.
39:20You know what caused all this?
39:22You know, granted, we brought him home from college last year, or was it early this year, because he was having anxiety attacks, he was having suicidal thoughts, he was having visions.
39:41We brought him home to make it safe.
39:44He's unbalanced.
39:46He's still, he hears things, he sees things.
39:50When I picked him up, he was as calm and collected as you are right now.
39:58When he ran from the house, he went along the railroad tracks to where he had worked at the time.
40:19In the running, he actually lost his cell phone.
40:23His parents found him where he worked, and he told his father what he had done.
40:29At that point, they go in the car and they drive to where Brandon buried Aaron's body.
40:35He gives multiple different motives as to why he did this.
40:40One is homicidal urges.
40:42He had taken edibles and witnessed a vision where he felt that he had to kill his best friend.
40:48He had those urges.
40:49He wanted to act on them, and he did.
40:53Brandon knew how much Aaron's siblings needed and loved him, but Brandon stabbed Aaron to death.
40:58It made him suffer first with that knowledge that Aaron was so needed.
41:06When Brandon stabbed Aaron to death, he ripped our hearts out.
41:11We have been so devastated by the evil actions of Brandon.
41:15Aaron always brought the fun to the house, whether it be entertaining the kids at younger siblings' birthday parties,
41:21recommending TV shows and movies to the family,
41:23jumping on the trampoline with siblings or in countless other ways.
41:26I do believe in both justice and mercy.
41:29The best justice would be for the defendant never to be allowed of custody again.
41:33I do hope that he can find mercy with God and seek help while in custody
41:36to be able to plead with God for his mercy at the appropriate time.
41:40I'm sorry for your loss.
41:46Brandon Reisner, I've come to the conclusion that justice requires you to be sentenced to imprisonment for life without parole,
41:55and that's what I'm going to do.
