The Little Humpbacked Horse (Russian: Конёк-Горбуно́к; tr.:Konyok Gorbunok, that is The Little Horse - Little Humpback), is a 1947 Soviet/Russian traditionally animated feature film directed by I. Ivanov-Vano and produced by the Soyuzmultfilm studio in Moscow. The film is based on the literary fairy tale poem with the same title by Pyotr Pavlovich Yershov, and because of this, it is spoken in rhyme. The English dub has few rhymes and is not an overall feature.

00:00Once upon a time, far beyond the rainbow, there was a tiny kingdom filled with strange and wonderful birds.
00:08Some wheeled gracefully over snow-capped mountains.
00:11Some flew so low over the ocean, their wings were always wet with spray.
00:17Others played tag in rolling valleys.
00:19But the strangest bird of all was one that had never been seen, the mythical firebird.
00:25Here in the land of the firebird lived three brothers, Michael, the eldest, the strongest of the three, but the laziest.
00:37Rupert, the second brother, was not quite so lazy, but was trusted by no one.
00:43The youngest brother, Timothy, was neither lazy nor dishonest.
00:48In fact, he was the best liked of all three.
00:51Sometimes, though, Timothy was known to boast a practice that occasionally led him into trouble.
00:59One night, a strange drama began to unfold.
01:02Shortly before midnight, Michael, Rupert, and Timothy set out in search of a thief.
01:08Someone or something was stealing their wheat.
01:11Lazy Michael simply wished the thief would go away and leave them alone.
01:16Untrusting Rupert felt certain that the thief was someone from a nearby village.
01:21But Timothy suspected the thief to be none other than the mysterious, elusive firebird.
01:28For several minutes, all three looked in vain.
01:31Then Michael and Rupert, who were always taking advantage of their youngest brother,
01:35suggested that Timothy remain on guard while they nap in the haystack.
01:40It made a comfortable bed.
01:41You, Timothy, you've been boasting about being able to count every star.
01:47We have decided that you should stay up and count them while we take a little nap.
01:52And don't forget to watch for the thief.
01:55Yes, and if you get your hands on him, don't you dare to let him go.
01:58Timothy made his way to a lonely tree in the midst of the meadow,
02:02there to face single-handedly whatever danger might arise.
02:05Well, I guess I did brag about it.
02:09Oh, well.
02:12One, two, three, four.
02:17There are millions of them.
02:19Five, six.
02:21What a beautiful night.
02:24But it seems a shame to waste it just sitting here waiting for a thief.
02:27Oh, it looks like a shooting star.
02:41Is it?
02:45It's a horse.
02:57So you're the one who's been stealing all our graves.
03:19So you're the one who's been stealing all our graves.
03:27I'll never let you go.
03:39The magic horse discovered Timothy's kindness while flying through a rain cloud.
03:43The boy scooped up a hat full of rain and offered a cool drink.
03:46You must let me go, Timothy.
03:48I would perish quickly if I were forced to remain on earth.
03:53Let me go.
03:54And I will reward you well.
03:56For I am queen of the magic herd.
03:59I will even give you two of my magic horses to sell in the marketplace.
04:04I'll call them.

05:18for he brings good fortune to his master.
05:21But I will give him to you, too, if only you will let me go.
05:26Well, oh, I do want this magic pony.
05:32You must promise to take good care of my lovely horses.
05:36Oh, they'll be the best-kept horses in all the land. I promise.
05:41Farewell.
05:44Goodbye and thank you.
05:46Hey, please stay out of our wheat field.
05:51Dawn came, and all over the meadow, flowers were waking from their dewy sleep.
05:58The haystack seemed to be waking, too.
06:13Michael and Rupert yawned, then realized that they were thirsty.
06:17Oh, there's nothing like a nip.
06:20Oh, there's nothing like a sip.
06:23Oh, there's nothing like a drink to put you in the pink.
06:30Oh, there's nothing like a nip.
06:32Oh, there's nothing like a sip.
06:35Of intoxicating wine to start the day off high.
06:39Unnoticed, Michael and Rupert watched Timothy begin his morning chores,
06:46leaving his magic horses momentarily unguarded.
06:49Say, what's this?
06:51I don't know where Timothy got those horses, but I do know we need money for wine.
06:55I wonder how much money we might get if we sold them in the marketplace.
07:12Later that morning, Timothy returned with water for his magic horses,
07:17little suspecting the treachery of his own brothers.
07:19Look at that sunlight, Magic Pony.
07:30Oh, what a wonderful morning to own such wonderful horses.
07:41They're gone.
07:43Oh.
07:44Maybe I didn't take good enough care of them,
08:05and the queen of the magic herd came and took them away.
08:09It was my own fault.
08:10I boasted and said they'd be the best-kept horses in all the land.
08:18It's not your fault, Timothy.
08:20The queen wouldn't take your horses back,
08:23and this is surely not her hat.
08:26It's my brothers.
08:28Oh, what can I do?
08:30Have you forgotten so soon that I am here to help you?
08:33We can catch up with your brothers at the marketplace.
08:36Just hop on my back and hurry.
08:40Hey, you lost something.
08:57Timothy might have felt less like joking
08:59if he had known the magic pony was heading right for the lost forest.
09:03Here lives the so-called sparkling peacock,
09:11the mysterious firebird.
09:14Hey, what's that?
09:15Dog!
09:29Let's go closer.
09:31I'm going to take it with you.
09:45Please!
09:53I've got it.
09:55Oh.
09:56The most beautiful feather I've ever seen.
10:01I wonder what sort of a bird it belongs.
10:04Do you know magic pony?
10:06It's a feather of a sparkling peacock.
10:09It brings trouble to everybody who touches it.
10:12I'll touch you with it.
10:14I wish you would pay more attention to me, Timothy.
10:17It may grow like a million fireflies,
10:19but I warn you,
10:21it can cause you more trouble than a million locusts.
10:26Oh, look!
10:27The flowers think it's daylight.
10:30It will mean trouble for both of us.
10:32That's silly.
10:34Anyway, I've got you to get me out of trouble, haven't I?
10:37If you won't listen to me, Timothy,
10:39even my magic powers won't help.
10:41Please don't worry, little pony.
10:43Meanwhile, in the marketplace...
10:51Saddles, stop and see my hand-stitch saddles.
10:56Hey!
10:58Flawed for sale?
10:59Buy my finest hand-loom woolens.
11:03Won't anybody stop and feel my silky sables?
11:08They won't stop.
11:09They all seem to be going someplace.
11:11Say, boy, where is everybody rushing?
11:15To see the horses, the wonderful horses.
11:18Horses?
11:19Go look at horses.
11:20You think they smell better than my cheeses?
11:24Today, the king himself had come to the market.
11:28Even the foolish king has heard about the horses.
11:34And his evil suits there, too.
11:41Uh-uh.
11:45That silly fool is sure to want them.
11:48Oh, what pretty animals.
12:08I love those tails.
12:11And that hair.
12:13They are the loveliest creatures I have ever seen.
12:17Do you two lowly peasants dare to own such royal horses?
12:22Uh-huh.
12:23You don't answer.
12:24Well, no matter who did own them,
12:27I own them now.
12:29And who would try to counter, counter refuse to give them to the king?
12:39Well?
12:44Well?
12:46Me.
12:51Me.
12:52You sweet little boy.
12:57You do want to give them to the king, don't you?
13:02Not unless the king gives me something.
13:06Timothy, by taunting the king, was actually risking his life.
13:09Uh, just, uh, what do you want?
13:13Oh?
13:14Ten hatfuls of silver.
13:15They're easily worth ten thousand.
13:17One, two, ten.
13:20Oh, they're really not worth ten thousand, are they?
13:25You little boaster.
13:30I'll take them.
13:31It's a bargain.
13:34Here.
13:35Jake.
13:38Slaves?
13:39Bring out my silver.
13:46I've got lots of it, you know.
13:50Come here with your cap.
13:57Give him ten.
14:00Ten?
14:03There really were ten thousand, you fool.
14:07Go get them for me.
14:09Go get them.
14:09Don't go.
14:10Go get them.
14:12Go get them.
14:13Come here.
14:21Go get them for you.
14:23Go get them.
14:23Go get them.
14:25Go go get them.
14:25Go get them.
14:25Go get them.
14:27Go get them.
14:36I'll do it.
14:38I'm the only one in the whole kingdom, Yellow Bay.
14:57Whoa!
15:08You really mean you're the only one in the whole kingdom?
15:23Is that so?
15:25Well, then you have to become my stable master at once.
15:32You will have an exquiz, exquiz, a pretty uniform and maybe a little spending money.
15:40You will love it.
15:43Well, I think I'd like to take a look at the uniform first.
15:50Slave, the uniform.
16:02Sire, I warn you, I foresee disaster if you take this bolster into your castle.
16:22Heed what I say.
16:26Stupid fool, go read your tea leaves.
16:29You weren't even able to come near those horses.
16:39Oh, come now.
16:41You will say yes, won't you?
16:43Maybe I can scrape up a little more spending money.
16:54Well, Magic Pony, we're on our way to the castle.
16:58I'm
17:02I'm
17:04I'm
17:07I'm
17:10I'm
17:11I'm
17:42What a fool he made me appear to be.
18:07I will have to get rid of that little braggart before he gets rid of me.
18:11I must.
18:12Thus Timothy became the royal stablemaster and might have lived happily ever after, had it not been for the king's evil counselor.
18:37There he sits, playing with the pigeons all day long, while I am forced to do all the dirty jobs around the castle.
18:47Yet those horses are so well kept.
18:51How can he do it?
18:52He must be getting help from some evil spirit.
18:58I've waited long enough now for his boasting to get him into trouble with the king.
19:03Now I'll have to do something about it myself.
19:06Well, I know.
19:09I'll sneak into the stable tonight while nobody is looking, and I'll watch every move he makes.
19:17Maybe I can trap the little boaster.
19:19Well, Magic Pony, I guess it's time to broom the horses by the light of the sparkling feather.
19:35Light glow.
19:41I bet I could capture a live sparkling peacock if I wanted to, and light up the whole castle.
19:48Oh, what a fine maze.
19:51But I think a little Cormie won't do it any harm.
19:54You know I want you to look your best all the time, so the soothsayer will have nothing at all to complain about to the king.
20:01How proud I was of you today when he tried to make you both.
20:06Fine maze.
20:08The king calls it your hair.
20:10What a fine head of hair, he says.
20:12He's such a silly old fool.
20:14He doesn't deserve to own such wonderful horses.
20:17What about me?
20:19Wonderful as the horses are, my Magic Pony.
20:21You know that you're still dearer to him.
20:31Let's go to sleep.
20:51You have trouble explaining this to the king.
21:12Losing no time, the soothsayer, jealous of his young rival, stole at once to the royal palace, where the king was still asleep.
21:19Your majesty.
21:42Your majesty.
21:43I have told you all along that that boy is a liar and a braggart.
21:48Here is the evil spirit that was doing all his work for him.
21:53A feather from the sparkling peacock.
22:07Here, give it to me.
22:13Tickles.
22:19Not only that, your majesty, but I overheard him calling you a silly old fool.
22:27And boasting that he could actually capture one of the peacocks and bring it here.
22:35That little braggart.
22:38I'll show him.
22:40Slave, bring my stable master.
22:43Come over here at once.
22:58Say!
23:00What's the matter?
23:03Come over here.
23:04I've heard some shocking things about you.
23:08Simply shocking.
23:10You've been hiding something from your king and allowing it to do all your work for you.
23:16This feather.
23:18Where is it?
23:19Of the sparkling peacock.
23:20Somebody stole.
23:24I beg your pardon, sir, but I did no wrong.
23:34I...
23:35I only used to light the stables at night.
23:39I only used to light the stables at night.
23:43There is more to it than just that.
23:47You also boasted that you could capture a live sparkling peacock.
23:53Such bragging.
23:56It can't be toler...
23:58Toler...
23:59I won't stand for it.
24:01As punishment, I order you to bring me a live sparkling peacock.
24:07Yes.
24:08A live sparkling peacock.
24:11But that's impossible.
24:14You know that it is.
24:15That's right, you little boaster.
24:19But gallows will be waiting for you if you fail to bring one back to me.
24:24Take your hat and get out of here.
24:28And don't you dare show your face around, Mike.
24:32Nobody can call me a silly old fool.
24:35He, he, he, he, he.
24:46Nobody can call him a silly old fool.
25:03Don't cry, Timothy.
25:04It really isn't that bad.
25:07Something can surely be done.
25:10I guess it's my own fault again.
25:12I should never have boasted me, Brad.
25:15Oh, what can I do?
25:18Have you forgotten about me again?
25:21I can help you.
25:23But you should really stop your boasting.
25:25Well, I'll try.
25:28Well, I know of only one way to capture a sparkling peacock.
25:32You must get two tugs and enough white wheat and honey to fill one of them.
25:39Then we can be on our way to the land of the sparkling peacock.
25:42Timothy was relieved and prepared to set out the following morning to capture a sparkling peacock.
25:48A firebird, deep in the lost forest.
25:50Following the instructions of his magic pony, Timothy began to set a trap for firebirds.
26:19Into a wooden tub, he poured a delicious nectar of grain and honey.
26:24Then, as evening approached, Timothy could see from his hiding place what no mortal had ever witnessed.
26:36An entire flock of firebirds.
26:38They were taking Timothy's bait.
26:56The nectar worked a special charm.
27:07In sheer joy, the sparkling peacocks began to perform the rarest spectacle on earth.
27:13The fabled dance of the firebirds.
27:16The fabled dance of the firebirds.
27:30The End
28:00The End
28:30You know, I sort of hoped Timothy would do it.
28:57And I did so on the peacock.
29:01Have you forgotten so soon?
29:04He called you, the king, a silly old fool.
29:07Tell the gods to take one last look for him,
29:10and then I can start building the gallows.
29:15See him?
29:15The king requests a report on the whereabouts of Timothy.
29:26Report to the king that Timothy has not yet appeared on my horizon.
29:30Nope.
29:32Well, it looks like I won't be getting my sparkling peacock after all.
29:37You win, soothsayer.
29:39Go build your gallows.
29:40First, I'll tie the knot very carefully.
29:47Then I'll make sure to draw tight around your nasty little neck.
29:54And then I'll be able to watch you swing.
29:58Back and forth.
29:59Back and forth.
30:00And once and for all, I'll be rid of you.
30:12Sinister slave of the evil spirits.
30:15And where is your sparkling peacock?
30:26I'll see you hanging from this gallows before the day is over.
30:34The birds, your majesty.
30:36You mean, you really caught me a sparkling peacock?
30:40I'm flabbergat.
30:43Flabber.
30:44I don't believe it.
30:45Open the sack.
30:47Just one minute.
30:48First, let me tell you how easy it was for me.
30:51All I did was whisper,
30:53Come to Timothy.
30:55Come to Timothy.
30:57And the birds simply...
30:58I can't wait.
30:59I must see it right now.
31:02Slaves, close all the shutters.
31:10I'll hear you.
31:31And the birds...
31:35Flabber.
31:36Take him, he's running away with my bird Right this way, bring him right in here
32:06I haven't laughed as much as this since my court jester escaped
32:27How can I ever reward you for this?
32:31Wait, I know, I'll make you my prime minister
32:35Slaves, the uniform
32:38In a uniform like this, I can do anything
32:46If ever there's anything special you want done, your majesty
32:51Just ask your new prime minister
32:54Prime minister
32:55And to me in a cage
32:58The indignity of it
33:00And they all laughed
33:02I must do something
33:05That boy must be dealt with somehow
33:09I'll wait for my change
33:14In a land far off
33:23Where the oceans meet
33:25And the tides are born
33:27Lives the loveliest maiden of them all
33:30People whisper that she possesses strange and glorious powers
33:36Some men even claim to have seen her walk over the white-capped waves
33:41They call her the moon maiden
33:43And all who see her love her
33:46But such beauty is fit only for a king
33:51The old words fell like hammers on the ears of the evil soothsayer
33:56A new scheme was being mapped
33:58A scheme to do away with Timothy
34:00At last I have a way
34:05The king will certainly believe me
34:07Because the boy is such a boaster
34:10Aha, Mr. Prime Minister
34:14At that moment a strange scene was underway in the royal backhouse
34:21A pair of brushes scrubbed vigorously at the royal suss
34:25Beneath the royal suss
34:26Was none other than his royal majesty himself, the king
34:29For the royal brushes
34:31They were wielded by the royal backhouse
34:33Such was the scheme of things in royal households long ago
34:37Each servant had a particular duty to perform
34:39And none other
34:40Thus the bathmasters had nothing more to do
34:43Than bathe the king once a week
34:45Small wonder then that every servant in the palace
34:48Longed to be made a bathmaster
34:50In this way jealousies do
34:52So it was that the soothsayer envied Timothy's role
34:56And sought to put him in disfavor with the king
34:58But at this particular moment
35:00The soothsayer was treading on slippery ground
35:03And was himself incurring the king's displeasure
35:06A thousand pardon sire
35:22But I just heard something which cannot wait
35:25Your prime minister is boasting again
35:28But this time he is also ambitious
35:31He brags that he knows where he can find the moon maiden
35:35The most beautiful girl in any kingdom
35:38Fit only for a king
35:40And he wants her
35:43Not for you
35:44But for himself
35:47Well, my dear prime minister
35:51I've been hearing stories of your boasting again
35:55But now it is even more serious
35:58You nasty boy
35:59I hear that you know
36:02Where to find the most beautiful maiden of them all
36:05Fit only for me
36:07And you want this moon maiden for yourself
36:11What are you talking about?
36:13I never even heard of the moon maiden
36:15Must be that evil soothsayer
36:18Don't lie to me
36:19You boastful
36:20Ambish
36:21Ambish
36:22Bad boy
36:24I've heard you brag often enough
36:27What the soothsayer says
36:28Must be true
36:30I order you to go out
36:32And bring that moon maiden back to me
36:34And if you don't
36:35The gallows will be waiting for you again
36:38And this time
36:39It will be you
36:40Once again
36:48The magic pony
36:49Came to Timothy's rescue
36:50For the pony
36:51Knew where to find
36:52The mysterious moon maiden
36:53The next day
36:55Laden with a desert tent
36:56A lute
36:57And a rare assortment
36:58Of delicate sweets
36:59On the ocean
37:00Of the north
37:10O'er
37:22O'er
37:24O'er
37:35The trap was set.
37:53Nothing happened that night, and Timothy began to think his mission a failure.
37:58But the following dawn...
38:05The moon made me.
38:22The moon made me.
38:32The moon made me.
39:02Oh, how beautiful.
39:32Even a bird-lover.
39:37Come on, Timothy.
40:02Let's go.
40:02Let's go.
40:03Let's go.
40:04Let's go.
40:05Let's go.
40:06Let's go.
40:07Let's go.
40:09Let's go.
40:10Let's go.
40:12Let's go.
40:14Let's go.
40:15Let's go.
40:17Let's go.
40:19Let's go.
40:20Let's go.
40:21Let's go.
40:22Let's go.
40:23Let's go.
40:24Let's go.
40:25Let's go.
40:26Let's go.
40:27Let's go.
40:28Let's go.
40:29Let's go.
40:30Let's go.
40:31Let's go.
40:32Let's go.
40:33Let's go.
40:34Let's go.
40:35Let's go.
40:36Let's go.
40:37Let's go.
40:38Let's go.
40:39Let's go.
40:40Let's go.
40:41Let's go.
40:42Let's go.
40:43Let's go.
40:45By now, winter had come to the tiny kingdom beyond the rainbow.
40:49It was a happy time.
40:51Soon it would be Christmas and throughout the land tidings of joy.
40:55In the excitement nearly everyone had forgotten about Timothy.
41:14Let's go.
41:15Let's go.
41:16Let's go.
41:17Let's go.
41:18Let's go.
41:19Let's go.
41:20Let's go.
41:22Let's go.
41:23Let's go.
41:24Let's go.
41:25Let's go.
41:26But there were those who had not forgotten.
41:28Timothy's magic horses had not.
41:32Neither had the king, nor his evil soothsayers.
41:37Majesty, why not let me build the gallows now?
41:41Here it is winter already and he has still not returned.
41:45He must have failed miserably in his hiding in order to escape the penalty.
41:50It is time to send your guards to drag him back.
42:07What beauty!
42:09Clearly the king was smitten.
42:12He has managed to do it again.
42:16He has managed to do it again.
42:28He has managed to do it again.
42:40He has managed to do it again.
42:52He has managed to do it again.
43:04He has managed to do it again.
43:18His head was made for this thing, Johan.
43:23You have lovely hands and lovely eyes.
43:26You have a lovely back.
43:33Please, you must be my queen.
43:36Now that I have seen you, I must have you for myself.
43:39Since I first saw you in the sleigh,
43:41my love for you has flowered.
43:50In fact, your beauty can be compared
43:52only to the beauty of a flower,
43:56a petunia to bloom among all my riches.
44:03Riches aren't everything.
44:05You're much too old.
44:11I may be old, but I'm athletic.
44:18Athletics are not everything either.
44:21Anyway, you could never survive the magic ordeal.
44:25Ordeal?
44:26What is an ordeal anyway?
44:28But whatever it is, I can certainly do it for you.
44:35There is only one way that the moon maiden can ever be wed,
44:39and I'll tell it to you now.
44:40Please do.
44:43Many men have wanted me.
44:45But all have failed to win me so far.
44:47You see, the man I marry must be able to survive the ordeal of the three kettles.
44:54If you are brave enough to risk your life in the attempt,
44:57tomorrow at dawn bring to the marketplace three kettles,
45:02large enough to hold a man.
45:03Fill the first with boiling milk,
45:07but it must be steaming hot.
45:10Fill the second with boiling water,
45:12and the third kettle must be filled to the brim with ice-cold water.
45:18Then you must bathe in all three of them in order to winch.
45:22That's the only way it can be done.
45:26First, the boiling milk,
45:28then the boiling water,
45:30and finally the ice-cold water.
45:34But you really do not have to try it if you are nervous.
45:38I'm sure there must be some younger man in your kingdom willing to live.
45:43It is really...
45:44Just jump into the camp and I will be your bride,
45:47if you survive.
45:48I will be your bride.
45:52Don't worry, sire.
45:56Timothy has been boasting that he can do anything you ask him to do.
46:00Well, now we can give him a chance to go through the ordeal first.
46:05If he doesn't live,
46:07well, there's nothing lost.
46:09The king was pleased with the idea.
46:19Tomorrow morning, my dear prime minister,
46:21I am going to allow you to make good your boast.
46:24You may have the honor of taking a bath for me.
46:28Three of them, in fact.
46:30One in boiling milk,
46:32one in boiling water,
46:34and the other in ice-cold water.
46:38That means you're sending me to my death.
46:41Well, I refuse to do it.
46:45I'm not a lobster to be boiled alive.
46:48Well, I think the idea is crazy anyway,
46:49and I certainly won't do it.
46:53You ungrateful boaster,
46:55take him to the dungeon.
46:57Here I give you a chance to be of service to your king,
47:01a chance to make up for all the boasting you have done,
47:04and you refuse.
47:05Well, you're going to do it,
47:08whether you want to or not.
47:10You foolish king!
47:12A cruel old man like you
47:14doesn't deserve to rule this land.
47:19Well, magic pony,
47:21I'm finally paying for all my silly boasting.
47:25Oh, I never thought it would end so badly.
47:27Oh, I never thought I'd be boiled alive.
47:42I see you finally realized the folly of your foolish words,
47:46but I can still help you
47:47if once and for all you stop boasting.
47:50Oh, I promise.
47:51I promise.
47:53Well, then,
47:54I am one of the few who knows the secret
47:56of the ordeal of the three kettles.
48:00And now that you have made your promise,
48:03I am free to use my knowledge.
48:05So tomorrow,
48:06ask the king to let you say a final farewell to me.
48:10He will refuse.
48:11And please, don't worry, Timothy.
48:28It's so cold, it turns my fingers into icicles.
48:52And your beard, too, if you don't watch out.
48:55It's hot enough to turn this lobster red.
49:04All ready, my little Prime Minister?
49:08Come on, now, take off your clothes and do me this little favor.
49:13Hurry, hurry, hurry, hurry.
49:19I'll take the bath for you, Your Majesty, for the last time.
49:25He's the only friend I have.
49:32Well, all right.
49:40That won't catch him today.
49:42Ah!
49:42Ah!
49:43Ah!
49:43Ah!
49:43Ah!
49:44Ah!
49:44Ah!
49:45Ah!
49:46Ah!
49:47Ah!
49:48Ah!
49:49Ah!
49:50Ah!
49:51Ah!
49:52Ah!
49:53Ah!
49:54If the heat doesn't kill him, the cold will.
50:19Ah!
50:26Hurry, now.
50:27Even the pony has probably left you.
50:30THE END
51:00No! Here he come!
51:22Summoning all his magical powers, the faithful pony charged the first two kettles with a potent charm.
51:29At the third kettle, he instilled a stroke of life itself.

52:30King Timothy, you have won the hand of the Moon Maiden.
53:01Here I go.
53:03Here I go.
53:13As the new King's bride walked across the snow-covered fields, the Moon Maiden threw her enchanted ring before her.
53:21It turned winter into spring, ugliness into beauty.
53:26just as King Timothy was soon to turn the tears of his subjects into laughter.
53:38For Timothy was to become the best, the kindest king ever,
53:43in that faraway land beyond the rainbow,
53:47the land of the mythical fire.
