My review of all the deaths / kill count from Black Spines. Black Spines (also referred to as He's Watching You in some, perhaps earlier, listings) is a 2024 independent horror/slasher film written and directed by Jordon Foss, with a planned limited release in 2026. The film follows high schooler Cameron (Jan Luis Castellanos) as he investigates a masked serial killer known as "The Pill" in Page Hollow. Inspired by a Detroit legend, the film follows an outcast photographer (Castellanos) who finds cryptic VHS tapes linked to brutal murders committed by "The Pill". The film stars Jan Luis Castellanos, Elizabeth Yu (as Shawn), Tiana Le (as Kathryn), Vanessa Rubio (as the mother), and Gianni DeCenzo (as a gang leader).
