South Korea has repatriated 73 people suspected of involvement in online scam operations in Cambodia and will question them over allegations they defrauded more than 800 South Koreans of about $33 million, officials said. Jeon Sung-hwan, prosecutor for the International Affairs Division of the South Korean Justice Ministry, said the suspects "underwent plastic surgery at one or two clinics" but "we were able to capture them again." - REUTERS
