00:05and an equality-based relations with the United States. During her morning press conference,
00:11President Claudia Sheinbaum affirmed that her government's cooperation with the United States
00:16is based on sovereignty, respect, share responsibility, mutual trust and cooperation
00:21without sovereignty nation. The Mexican leader called these principles the main four pillars
00:27of the relations between both nations and said they guaranteed Mexico's dignity and
00:33self-determination. Sheinbaum also highlighted the country's contribution to the peace and
00:39well-being of the region through a strategic understanding that prioritizes Mexico's interest.
00:46We have been very clear with the United States and the United States understands us. There are four
01:03pillars on which our relations with the United States are based and they accepted them. These
01:10four principles of our relations are the respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity,
01:17shared and differentiated responsibility. They have to carry out operations on their side,
01:23the same as we have to guarantee the security of the Mexican people in our territory.
01:30Mutual respect and trust and cooperation without subordination. These are the four principles of
01:37cooperation which have been clearly established with the United States government.
