00:00Venezuela's World Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino López stated on Thursday that the
00:04kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro was linked to the United States' use of experimental
00:08weapons. During an activity of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, Padrino López assured
00:14that, as publicly admitted by the United States President Donald Trump at the Davos Economic
00:19Forum, the attack against Venezuela constituted a military aggression in which Washington used
00:25the weapons and technologies never before employed. In this context, Padrino López directly
00:30linked the use of this experimental armament to the kidnapping of constitutional president
00:36Nicolás Maduro-Moros, assuring that Venezuela has been the laboratory to test the aggression.
00:43On this very space where we are right now, a military aggression was committed by the world's
00:54leading nuclear power. The most lethal in the world, which, as President Donald Trump said
01:07yesterday from Davos, Switzerland, Donald Trump, ayer, desde Davos, en Suiza, desde el Foro
01:14Económico Mundial, from the World Economic Forum held annually there in Davos, he said expressly,
01:21clearly, that they had used weapons that had never been used on a battlefield, weapons that
01:35no one else in the world had, and those weapons, that technology that they used against our people
01:40on January 3rd, 2026, has resulted in Venezuela's being the laboratory, where that aggression ended
01:54in what we now know as the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro-Moros.
01:58A president elected by these people and his wife, the First Lady, Congresswoman Celia Flores.
