00:00In the meantime, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and the University of the Philippines will join forces to develop solutions for traffic and flooding in Metro Manila.

00:09During a recent meeting between MMDA General Manager Undersecretary Nicolás Torre III and officials from the UP Resilience Institute and UP National Center for Transportation Studies,

00:20emphasis was placed on the creation of digital tools, such as the Disaster App and expanded data sharing.

00:26Additionally, the cooperation will focus on providing seminars and training for MMDA personnel.
