00:00Good morning, we're here at Marco Polo with my mother, Alice Isdale, and she turns 100 today.
00:08Born in 1926, same year as the Queen, and she's lived in Wollongong from 1926 till now.
00:18And her whole life has been involved around Wollongong.
00:22She's done a lot of charity work and a great mum.
00:30And here in Wollongong, we grew up around dairy farmers near the Wollongong Railway Station.
00:40Mum put up with a lot with me and my motorbikes.
00:46And I remember every Saturday morning she was always making scones with the cats at her feet.
00:54She was just a great mum, and her whole life was involved around the family.
01:05And losing dad 35 years ago, it wasn't very good.
01:10But she's still going at the age of 100.
