How to actually start a faceless Youtube channel with AI
Transcript
00:00:00Now, in the last six months, I have tried almost every single niche in AI YouTube Automation,
00:00:04and in this one-hour course, I'll show you every niche I've tried how much I earned from each one
00:00:09and the exact formula I followed to build my brand. I've documented every niche I tested
00:00:15and created a Google Doc for each one. You'll get access to any of the documents based on the
00:00:20niche you want to try. Since this is a one-hour course, it's going to be pretty long, so you can
00:00:24use the timestamps below to skip to any section you want. I've labeled them by niche, and at last,
00:00:29I have ranked every YouTube Automation niche as well. These psychology channels are getting viral
00:00:34right now posting these AI-made videos printing thousands of dollars. I also started running a
00:00:39channel like this myself, and one of my videos already blew up to 45,000 views. I'm not monetized
00:00:45yet, but my 4,000 watch hours will be completed in a few days. There are some gurus as well who started
00:00:50uploading tutorials of these videos also, but all of those tutorials just telling you basic stuff,
00:00:55and they tell the actual sauce in their paid courses. But I'm going to tell you that secret
00:00:59sauce in this video for free. I will tell you how to make these AI psychology videos using only free
00:01:04AI tool. Here's the video I made. Here's a psychology fact you're not ready for. The people who post the
00:01:10least on social media are often the people who understand themselves the most. And I'm going to
00:01:14also tell you how you're going to get viral and don't get zero views so you don't have to buy a
00:01:18damn aged account. This channel right here was created just four months ago, and it already has
00:01:2274,000 subscribers and videos reaching 100,000 views consistently. The new YouTube algorithm is
00:01:28literally on fire. It just shows that anyone can start a YouTube channel and blow up. Here's another
00:01:33channel that was created a few months ago, and one of its videos already got 1.6 million views.
00:01:38That clearly shows that this niche is very powerful. It took me years to monetize my first YouTube
00:01:43channel, but this channel did it in a few months only. How this channel blew up. Now before we move on to
00:01:48making the videos, we first need to understand why this channel is blowing and what secret are they
00:01:52using. First of all, they don't make generic self-improvement videos. They make videos about
00:01:57you, your intelligence, your habits, your personality, your hidden traits, your social weaknesses,
00:02:02your strengths. Why this work, people are obsessed with learning about themselves. Videos feel personally
00:02:07relevant, which increase click-through rate. The viewer thinks, this video will tell me something
00:02:11about me. Second secret is that these videos use powerful self-diagnosis titles that make viewers
00:02:17instantly want to check whether they fit the criteria, and they combine fear and ego triggers
00:02:22by targeting the fear of being low status or socially disliked along with the desire to be
00:02:26high status, gifted, rare, or unique. And this psychological mix is exactly why people click.
00:02:32And the third secret is that this niche is evergreen, meaning the demand of every video topic in this
00:02:37niche never dies, and this niche has a broad audience. That means if even they don't put their
00:02:41100% in the video, somehow his video still reaches 10,000 to 20,000 views average.
00:02:47How to make the videos. Step 1. Finding viral video ideas. Content creation is the whole game,
00:02:52bro. Everything you want. Views, growth, money. It all comes down to three things. A viral idea,
00:02:57a deadly script, and visuals that hit instantly. Miss even one of these, and your video won't move.
00:03:01All three matter equally. Now here's a cheat code most new creators never use. Talk about topics that are
00:03:06already blowing up. You don't have to guess what's viral. Just spy on your competitors. Look at which
00:03:12videos are exploding. Filter by highest views. And boom, those are the topics people are obsessed
00:03:16with right now. And no, it's not unethical. You're not stealing their video. You're just studying what
00:03:21the market already loves. Copying someone's full video is wrong, and stupid. But talking about the
00:03:26same topic in your own voice, with your own script. That's how every creator grows. Once you find
00:03:31several viral topics, the next step is to create a killer script. If you just open ChatGPT and say,
00:03:36write me a YouTube script, it's going to spit out the same boring nonsense every beginner gets.
00:03:41Hey everyone. Welcome back to the channel. Bro. Nobody wants to hear that. ChatGPT is smart,
00:03:47but it's not human. It can't magically make your script fire unless you show it the right direction.
00:03:52You give it a formula, a structure, and suddenly the output becomes 10 times better. Here's the truth.
00:03:58Your first 30 seconds decide everything. That's your sales pitch. If the hook is weak,
00:04:02the viewer is gone. Low retention equals YouTube stops pushing your video equals you cry at 20 views.
00:04:09I studied hundreds of viral videos and built a formula based on what actually works. I'll explain
00:04:14it properly in another video, but for now, just copy the prompt I gave in description,
00:04:19paste it into ChatGPT, and tell it to write your script using that structure. When you compare this
00:04:24new script to the default one, bro the difference hits instantly and it just feels viral. Now that we
00:04:29generated the script, it's time to generate the voiceover. Step 3. Voiceover. Now to generate the
00:04:34voiceover, you can just use Eleven Labs for that. When you sign up using a new email, it gives you free
00:04:39credits that you can use for voiceover. I recommend using Brian Voiceover or similar. Just put your
00:04:45script in it and it will generate the voiceover for you. Step 4. Visuals. If you look at these viral
00:04:49videos, they're literally using basic icons and stick figure visuals. Nothing crazy. All you need is a
00:04:55free editor like CapCut and a few simple graphics. You can get icons from websites like Flaticon,
00:05:00Vecteezy, or Freepik. All free, all in the same style. Just download whatever fits your script.
00:05:04For background music and sound effects, use Pixabay or the YouTube audio library. Both are free and
00:05:09perfect for these types of videos. That's it. Easy visuals, clean voiceover, and your video starts
00:05:13looking pro instantly. Step 5. Editing. And for editing, you can use CapCut. You don't need their paid
00:05:18version to create a video for this niche. The free version is more than enough, and this process is
00:05:22really simple. All you need to do is add those icons and suitable video clips to the timeline and
00:05:27match those with the video script. Anyone can do this process. Like, you don't need to be a video
00:05:31editor to make these. You can also add these sliding animations to these icons, but make sure to only
00:05:36use the free versions. Otherwise, when you are going to export the video, CapCut will ask you to buy
00:05:41their pro plan, and then you'd have to either buy it or remove all your hard work. Also, add captions to
00:05:46your video. Go to this text option, and here you can generate captions automatically. And yeah,
00:05:51just like this, you can easily complete your video with CapCut's free version. Here's the video I made.
00:05:56Here's a psychology fact you're not ready for. The people who post the least on social media are
00:06:01often the people who understand themselves the most. These abandoned theme AI videos are going viral
00:06:06right now, pulling millions of views, and people are quietly making serious money from them. His this
00:06:11one video got 140 million views, and if we consider a $0.5 RPM, he has made more than $70,000 from this
00:06:18single AI video. I started testing this niche myself, and one of my first uploads already crossed
00:06:23serious traction way faster than I expected. And now, of course, the gurus have caught on. You'll
00:06:27see tutorials popping up everywhere. But here's the problem. The real sauce magically lives inside
00:06:32their paid course. But in this video, I'm giving you the actual method for free.
00:06:36No aged accounts, no guessing why you're stuck at zero views. I'll show you how to make these
00:06:45abandoned style AI videos using mostly free tools, how to make them look real instead of fake,
00:06:50and how to structure them so the algorithm actually pushes them. And I will also tell you a method to
00:06:55earn without monetizing the account yourself. And trust me, if you miss even one step in this video,
00:07:00you'll end up with content that looks cool but dies at 300 views. Why this niche is blowing up
00:07:05right now. Before I show you how to make the videos, you need to understand why this niche is
00:07:10exploding. Right now, platforms like TikTok and Shorts are obsessed with realism. People are burned
00:07:15out on filters, cartoons, and over-edited junk. But when they see something that looks like a real
00:07:20abandoned place, their brain freezes for a second. They stop scrolling. They zoom in. They start
00:07:25questioning, is this real? That moment of confusion is everything. That's why abandoned malls,
00:07:30decayed animatronics, forgotten movie sets, empty theme parks. All of this performs insanely well.
00:07:35You don't need a voice. You don't need to be an artist. You just need to make the viewer feel
00:07:39like they're watching a lost documentary clip. That's the game. Most people think these videos
00:07:43go viral because they look creepy. That's wrong. They go viral because they follow three rules.
00:07:48Number first, realism over beauty. If it looks too clean, too perfect, or too AI-ish, people scroll.
00:07:54Number second, logic matters. If something in the scene doesn't make sense, the illusion breaks instantly.
00:07:59And number third is movement. The human brain is addicted to motion. Static images die. Once you
00:08:05understand those three things, this niche becomes repeatable. Now let me show you exactly how to do
00:08:09it. How to make the videos. Go to one of the popular videos of this account. Screenshot any frame from
00:08:14the video like this. For example, I took out the Shrek ones, then went to Google Gemini and selected
00:08:19Nano Banana. It's 100% free. Upload that screenshot to it. Now go to this prompt document and copy this
00:08:25prompt. Let the last part of the prompt as it is, and in this bracket put whatever you want to do.
00:08:29For example, I told it to change the character from Shrek to Pul from Kung Fu Panda. You can see
00:08:34it's very high quality, but you will see that there it also generates the find related content tab in
00:08:39the image. Just ask it to remove it, and it's going to remove it. Now you can always select a
00:08:43Nano Banana from below, and ask it to do multiple changes. For example, I asked him to change his pants
00:08:48color from red to black and add toys on his table. And you can see it generated the perfect image.
00:08:52Now you can even ask it to generate the angles, add or remove stuff, or anything you can imagine,
00:08:57creating a sequence. One image is not a video. We need a storyboard. Go back Google Nano Banana and
00:09:03ask for the same scene from a side angle, then a close-up detail shot. Now you have a wide shot,
00:09:08a profile shot, a detail shot. This instantly makes your content feel cinematic instead of lazy,
00:09:14turning images into video without ruining it. Now we need to add motion in the video, but before that,
00:09:19let me tell you about this store called Profit Profiles. Here you can get a monetized TikTok
00:09:23account where you can start posting and start earning from day one. The monetization requirements
00:09:28are already completed, you just need to post. I'm not affiliated with them, it's just my personal
00:09:32suggestion. Alright now to animate the images. Upload your first image into this AI video tool
00:09:37called Cling AI. Make sure you are in the image to video section. Now in the prompt box,
00:09:41you can ask the AI anything to do like zoom in, ask it to add dust particles, make the sunlight brighter,
00:09:47shifting shadows, or add floating dust, but listen carefully. The prompt here is not describing the
00:09:52character, it's describing the camera. We are not animating the object, we are animating the space
00:09:57around it. Repeat this for all three images. Congratulations, you just made a short film.
00:10:06Editing, where most people fail. Now we need to edit the video to make sure our video looks better
00:10:11than other creators who just directly upload random AI stuff. To do that, first drop the clips into
00:10:16cap cut. First thing you'll notice, they look cool but too clean, so we dirty them up. Lower the
00:10:21temperature, add a slight green magenta tint. Crush the shadows, add vignette. This creates
00:10:26discomfort, and discomfort keeps people watching. Then add a mist or fog effect. Not too much,
00:10:31just enough to add depth. This tells the viewer's brain, this is a movie. Alright, that's all. I hope
00:10:36you liked this tutorial. Here's the video I generated. These Roblox channels are getting viral right now,
00:10:47posting these AI made shorts, printing thousands of dollars. I also started running a Roblox channel
00:10:52myself, and one of my videos already blew up to 250,000 views. There are some gurus as well,
00:10:57who started uploading tutorials of these videos also. But all of those tutorials just telling you
00:11:01basic stuff, and they tell the actual sauce in their paid courses. But I'm gonna tell you that
00:11:05secret sauce in this video for free. I will tell you how to make these Roblox videos using only free
00:11:11AI tool. And I'm gonna also tell you how you're gonna get viral, and don't get zero views, so you
00:11:20don't have to buy a damn aged account. This channel right here was created just one month ago, and it
00:11:24already has 1.6 million subscribers, and over 310 million views. The new YouTube algorithm is literally
00:11:30on fire. It just shows that anyone can start a YouTube channel and blow up. Here's another channel
00:11:36that was created three months ago, and it got 1.3 million subscribers and 1 billion views. It took
00:11:41me five years, but this channel did it in three months, and another did it in one. Now you're
00:11:46wondering how much they make. Shorts usually pay around 10 cents per 1,000 views, so a channel with a
00:11:51billion views earns roughly $100,000. People think you can't make money with shorts because the RPM is low,
00:11:57but when you're pulling billions of views, it adds up fast. Before I show you how to create these
00:12:02videos, let's first understand why this channel blew up so fast. The channel's name is Bolt, and it
00:12:07gained 1.5 million subscribers in just one month. Absolutely insane. So what is it doing right? It's
00:12:13posting Roblox shorts. Now, Roblox is one of the most popular games on the planet, played by over a
00:12:18billion kids. That means there's a massive audience on YouTube hungry for Roblox content. And it's not just
00:12:25Bolt. There are other channels pulling hundreds of millions of views doing the exact same thing.
00:12:30In this video, I'll show you exactly how to make these shorts, step by step, and how to get millions
00:12:35of views just like them. First, study what's already working. Go to YouTube and search Roblox shorts,
00:12:41or AI Roblox. Then filter by this month and sort by view count. You'll immediately see the gold mines,
00:12:47videos with 10 million, 30 million, 80 million views, all popping off this month. Now slow down and
00:12:52study them. Look at the titles, the captions, the thumbnail emotion. You'll start seeing patterns
00:12:56like, she tried to troll me. POV, you got slapped. This girl can't stop losing. Each of these isn't
00:13:02just a random clip. It's a story in one line. The setup, the reaction, and the twist. For example,
00:13:08take, she tried to troll me. Ask yourself, what's actually happening? Why did people click? Where's the
00:13:14moment that made them stay? You can recreate this exact story in slap battles, Brookhaven,
00:13:18or Tower of Hell, and it'll still work. Next, open ChatGPT and ask, give me 20 funny or emotional
00:13:25Roblox video ideas that can be made into shorts. Then create a Google Sheet or Notion list to store
00:13:30your ideas. Plan a full month of uploads. For example, if you want to post three videos a day,
00:13:36prepare 90 ideas ahead of time. First, go to one of the viral Roblox shorts from these channels and
00:13:41open it in the highest quality available, preferably 1080p or higher. Now pause the video on a clear moment
00:13:47where the AI character's face is fully visible and expressive. This is the shot we'll use as a
00:13:52visual reference for our own AI character. Next, we'll create a custom prompt for your AI facecam
00:13:57video. Upload your screenshot to ChatGPT and tell it to generate a VO3 video description prompt that
00:14:04stays consistent for the entire video. For best results, use GPT-4 or the thinking model, but the
00:14:09free version works perfectly fine too, since we're only extracting a text prompt, not generating visuals
00:14:14yet. After a few seconds, ChatGPT will give you a detailed VO-ready prompt. Alright, time to make
00:14:20the magic happen. Head over to Google VO3. That's where the magic will happen. Quick hack, if you sign
00:14:25up with a fresh email, you'll instantly get 100 free credits. Each 2-3 seconds of video costs just a
00:14:31few credits, so you can pump out a bunch of clips without spending a single dollar. Now grab the prompt
00:14:35you made earlier, paste it in, and tweak it with your own dialogue. For example, I added,
00:14:39she laughs and says, that's so lame. Before you hit generate, double check that text to video is
00:14:44selected, then boom, hit generate. VO may give you two versions of the scene, both usually clean enough
00:14:50to use for different edits or reactions. This is what it made.
00:15:01It's honestly wild how fast this AI turns words into footage. Now the second step is to download this
00:15:06free screen recorder called OBS. If you are using Windows 11, then it has its own screen recorder,
00:15:11which is best. Now to record the gameplay, go to the game and Roblox ChatGPT recommended to you,
00:15:17and record the gameplay as it's written in the story. Now if you want to skip this part, you can
00:15:21just join our free discord, and you can request us to record those gameplays for you, which are only
00:15:25given to you so you don't face any copyright issues. Now it's time to bring everything together.
00:15:30Editing. Open CapCut and drop in your Roblox gameplay. Cut out all the boring or still moments,
00:15:35align the gameplays according to the story. Every second should keep the viewer watching.
00:15:38Next, add your AI face cam reactions exactly where they make sense, like when something funny,
00:15:43shocking, or troll-worthy happens in the game. Then overlay text captions on the gameplay to tell
00:15:48the audience what's happening. Think of it like narrating the story visually. That's what keeps
00:15:52people hooked, even with the sound off. Now here's the secret sauce. Use trending background music,
00:15:57but don't download it randomly. Always add it through YouTube Shorts directly,
00:16:01otherwise you can get a copyright strike. And that's it. That's the full process for creating
00:16:05viral AI Roblox Shorts. If you want the exact AI prompts I used in this video, you'll find them
00:16:10inside the step-by-step document linked below. And if you want to learn directly from me,
00:16:15join my private community. Links in the description.
00:16:17I used AI to make this 8-minute faceless YouTube video, and it ended up getting over 3.8 million views,
00:16:24making me almost $10,000. While that might sound insane, I didn't get there by luck. It happened
00:16:29because I followed a very studied, step-by-step strategy I figured out after countless failures.
00:16:34I've been able to repeat it over and over with other videos that now print me money,
00:16:37while AI does most of the work for me. That's why, in today's video, I'm going to break it all down,
00:16:42and show you exactly how it works. Because with the right information and the right tools,
00:16:46literally anyone can do this. Not only that, but I'm also going to do what no other guru has been
00:16:51willing to do by revealing the exact secrets I use every time to get insanely high RPM on all my
00:16:56faceless videos. And trust me, it's not the stuff they've been telling you this whole time.
00:17:00Now, before we get into the actual tutorial, I just want to mention that we'll be using lots of
00:17:05different AI tools and long prompts that you'll need for the strategy to work. So that's why I put
00:17:09together a free Google Doc with all the assets you'll need for this tutorial. It has links to
00:17:14all the AI tools and all the prompts that you can copy-paste, and you can get it below for completely
00:17:18free. Anyways, to get started, let me first show you how to find a winning niche. When I first started
00:17:23YouTube automation, I was posting videos in random niches, and for some reason, I was barely
00:17:27getting any views. But once I learned this one thing about finding a winning niche, everything
00:17:32changed. Here's how it worked. When you're picking a niche, you want to find one where new channels
00:17:36are getting tons of views, even if they barely have any subscribers. That means the niche isn't
00:17:40oversaturated, and there's still a lot of demand for it. Look at this channel, for example. They just
00:17:45started five months ago and already pulled in almost 5.5 million views. One of his videos got more than
00:17:51900,000 views this month, which is insane for a new channel and a clear sign that this niche is
00:17:56worth getting into. But how do you even find a niche to begin with? Let me show you a method
00:18:00I call the incognito method. This is a simple way to find hidden niches that most people never come
00:18:05across. All you really need is a fresh incognito tab. So first, open up an incognito window and head
00:18:10to YouTube. The homepage is going to look empty like this. To fill it up, just search for any faceless
00:18:15niche you already know, which gets YouTube to start suggesting more faceless channels to you,
00:18:19as you'll see in a second. After you do that, simply watch a few videos for a couple of minutes,
00:18:23then refresh the homepage. As you can see now, it's filled with faceless videos and new niches
00:18:28that you can check out one by one. After scrolling for a bit and digging into these channels, I found
00:18:33one that's getting a good amount of views, and they only started a few months ago. They are working
00:18:37in the ranking niche specifically for movies. But we will not exactly copy them. We will use this viral
00:18:43ranking format, but use it in the finance niche, so we can get 10 times higher RPM and make more money
00:18:48than him. This is a perfect niche to work with as an example for this video, and I'm going to show
00:18:53you all the steps for content creation that basically works for any niche you pick. But before I move on,
00:18:58I just want to mention that if you want to make this whole niche finding process way faster and easier,
00:19:03you can use this tool called Next Love Niche. I've literally used it to find a niche that ended up
00:19:07making me over $15,000 and $8,000 with a single video. I thought I'd mention it here since I literally use it
00:19:14every day to find interesting niches. Anyways, by now you should already have a niche locked in,
00:19:19which means that you're ready for the next step, and that's setting up your YouTube account the
00:19:22right way. For this step, I'm not going to waste your time showing you how to make a logo or a banner
00:19:27on Canva, because look, I made both in like two minutes. Instead, I'm going to show you something
00:19:31that was one of the main reasons my videos pulled millions of views and tens of millions of impressions.
00:19:37And funny enough, I've never seen any guru bring this up. What I'm talking about here is using
00:19:42something called an aged account for your YouTube channel. Basically, it's just a YouTube account
00:19:47that's been around for a while, anywhere from 2 to 15 years, and hasn't gotten into any trouble with
00:19:51YouTube. The reason this matters is simply because YouTube trusts these accounts way more than brand
00:19:56new ones. They've been active for years, which tells the system that you're not some random bot.
00:20:00And because of that, when you upload a video, you'll get results like this. Now, I get asked all the
00:20:05time by people, how do you actually find these aged accounts? Well, I spent a while digging around
00:20:10trying to find a legit and trusted place to get them. I eventually came across this site. Just
00:20:14to be clear, I'm not sponsored or anything by them. So, I'll drop the link below just in case
00:20:18you're curious and want to check it out. If you don't have the budget to spend on an account,
00:20:23however, you can still make this work. It just takes a little bit more time for YouTube to see
00:20:27that you're not a bot. Anyway, now that we've gotten that out of the way, let's move on to how to
00:20:32actually make a video for your niche. And it all starts with one thing, your topic. This step is the most
00:20:37important one of your entire video, yet most people don't even know how to actually do it.
00:20:41Because, believe it or not, if I picked the wrong topic for that same 8 minute video,
00:20:45I probably would have made like $400 instead of what I actually made. Basically, the topic decides
00:20:51whether you make $1,000 or $10,000 from the exact same video. And it all comes down to one thing,
00:20:57your RPM. Now, if you don't know what that is, RPM just means how much money you make per 1,000 views.
00:21:02And because of this topic I picked for the video, I ended up getting a higher RPM than usual,
00:21:07even though the video was only 8 minutes. So now the question is, how do you get a high RPM just
00:21:12from the topic of your video? Well, it all comes down to choosing topics that attract people from
00:21:17high paying countries like the US, UK, and Canada. Because those are the viewers advertisers love the
00:21:22most. And they pay more to reach them. You can literally see in the stats here. This video was
00:21:27mostly watched by people from those countries, and that's exactly why the revenue exploded. And it
00:21:32doesn't stop there. You also want most of your viewers to be around 40 to 60 years old, because
00:21:37the older the viewer, the more money they usually have. And advertisers are willing to pay more just
00:21:41to put their ads in front of those people. Now, to make this easy, and avoid the headache of manually
00:21:46researching all day, we're going to let ChatGPT do the work for us and find high RPM topics for our
00:21:51niche. All you need to do is copy this prompt I dropped in the document, paste it into ChatGPT,
00:21:56and fill in your niche, plus the three most viral videos, just like I did right here. Once you do
00:22:01that, ChatGPT will generate a list of banger video topics that are fully optimized for high RPM. From
00:22:07there, just pick the one you want to start with, and you'll be ready to move on to the next step in
00:22:11the video creation process, which is generating a script for that topic. Now, for this part, you can
00:22:17either write the script yourself, or let ChatGPT do it for you. And obviously we're going to go with the
00:22:22easier option and let AI handle it. Thankfully, AI is not unionized. So, go ahead and copy the next
00:22:28prompt from the document and paste it into a new chat. Then, just plug in your topic and drop in
00:22:33a script from one of your competitors' videos. This is super easy if you're using the NextLove
00:22:37extension because I just copied this video's entire script with this one click the extension gives you,
00:22:42and pasted it straight into ChatGPT. Once you do that, ChatGPT will generate a full script that sounds
00:22:48just like the top performing channels in your niche. I think you're starting to see how easy it is
00:22:52when you get AI involved in the content creation process. VoiceOver. Anyways, with the script
00:22:57written, you're now ready to give it a cool voiceover. We're going to use this website called
00:23:01Eleven Labs because the voices there are just sexy and ultra realistic. Even my grandma could not tell
00:23:07if it's AI. So, once you create an account, the homepage is going to look like this. And the first
00:23:11thing you're going to want to do is click on the voices tab in the top left corner. That's when you'll
00:23:15find a whole list of voices you can play around with and click on anyone to hear how they sound.
00:23:19And to save time though, I just use the filters tool instead. Set it to American accent, young,
00:23:25and male. And most importantly, make sure the high quality voices option is turned on. These are
00:23:30voices that actually sound human. Once your filters are set, scroll through the results until you find
00:23:34the voice you. When you do, just click on use voice. Now, all that's left is to paste your script
00:23:39into the box, hit generate, and then download the final voiceover. And just like that, you've got your
00:23:44voiceover ready. Which means now it's time to move on to making and editing the actual video.
00:23:49Now for this step, you can either save time and hire someone to edit the video for you,
00:23:54or just do it yourself if you're broke. What I did was I hired a guy I found on Discord to edit the
00:23:58video for me, and it worked out great. But if you don't have the money, and you've got time instead,
00:24:03here's how to do it. Open Google, and go to this site called TierMaker. Then click on Make Template.
00:24:08Name it. Click on the Single Use Template. And then this ranking niche table will appear. This is the same site
00:24:13your favorite YouTubers with millions of subscribers use. All you have to do is upload your images.
00:24:18It depends on what video topic you are making video on. You can make those images in Canva,
00:24:23or make it with any free image generator. From here, you can change the name, color,
00:24:27position of each row. Now open your screen recorder and rank the images according to your script. Then
00:24:32for the editing part, open CapCut and drag your voiceover and screen recording. Match the screen
00:24:36recordings with the voiceover and you are done. And here, 80% of your work is done. Now to make the video
00:24:42better and engaging. Go to this site called Giphy. Here you can download every GIF of every single
00:24:47thought, topic, or emotions, which you can use in your editing to make it a masterpiece. Now,
00:24:52I'm not going to go too deep to show you how to edit the entire thing right now, but if you do want
00:24:56a full tutorial on how to edit videos for a niche like this, then let me know in the comments. Now,
00:25:01let's move on to the last step, and probably one that almost nobody gets right. The packaging of your
00:25:05video. By that, I just mean the title and thumbnail of your video. They're the first two things that
00:25:10people see. So if they're trash, you're not going to get views no matter how good your video is. The
00:25:14good news is you don't need to be some design genius to make good packaging. In the video I
00:25:18showed earlier, I literally just copied what the top channels in my niche were already doing. I kept
00:25:23the same layout, switched up the font and colors to match my brand, and that one video ended up getting
00:25:28over 3.8 million views with that. For the thumbnail, all you have to do is go back to TierMaker and
00:25:33screenshot the page where you ranked the stuff. Now, head over to Canva and create an account if you don't have one
00:25:39already. Then, search for a YouTube thumbnail in the search bar so you get the right format from
00:25:43the start. Place your screenshot and zoom it a bit so everything is clearly visible. Make sure you don't
00:25:48add any useless shiny stuff. To make this thumbnail viral, we need to make it very simple and clean.
00:25:53Now, on the left side you can add an arrow, or your character's avatar both look good. Just make sure it
00:25:58looks clean. So, just like that, your video is now fully packaged and ready to be uploaded. Sadly though,
00:26:04this method isn't going to work overnight. I'm not going to lie to you and say that by tomorrow you'll start
00:26:08making money. But if you put in the hours, work day and night, and followed everything I showed
00:26:12you in this video, finding success becomes a no-brainer. Now, along the way, you're going
00:26:17to run into problems and obstacles, and that's totally normal, which is exactly why I made a
00:26:21completely free discord community so I can help you out whenever you get stuck with YouTube
00:26:26automation. There's a lot I didn't cover in this video because it would have gotten way too long.
00:26:30So, if you are serious about this, join the discord using the link below. And also, make sure to subscribe.
00:26:36This channel only took 3 months to reach 100,000 subscribers, and even less to get
00:26:40millions of views and make thousands of dollars. And the crazy part is, their shorts are so simple
00:26:46that I managed to recreate something similar using nothing but free AI tools. And it only took me 15
00:26:52minutes. So, in this video, I'm going to break down how literally anyone can start a faceless YouTube
00:26:58channel just like this one, and actually make money from it even if you've never made a video in your life.
00:27:03Of course, there are always people saying shorts don't pay anything. But honestly,
00:27:09the fact that some boomers still believe that is exactly why you should jump on shorts right now.
00:27:14YouTube's algorithm keeps changing, and right now, it's paying out more than it was 6 months ago,
00:27:20and even more than any other platform you could think of. And I can tell you this with confidence,
00:27:25because I've been doing YouTube automation for years, making videos that got millions of views and
00:27:29thousands of dollars. So, I'm not just bullshitting here. Without any more yapping,
00:27:35to get started, the first step is picking a winning niche. Now, before we pick a niche,
00:27:40you first need to understand a very important concept called supply and demand. Basically,
00:27:46supply is how many videos already exist in a niche, and demand is how many viewers actually want to watch
00:27:52those videos. When supply in a niche goes up, but the demand stays the same, the niche slowly dies out.
00:27:58And at that point, only the biggest channels survive. That's why I personally recommend starting fresh in
00:28:04a new niche, instead of copying some other successful channel. Because if you do a little research,
00:28:10you'll quickly find plenty of channels that tried to copy the original, and barely got any views,
00:28:15simply because they didn't bring anything new. What we want to do instead, is copy the style of the channel,
00:28:20but change the niche. So for example, instead of talking about science, we could talk about space,
00:28:26aliens, or literally anything else. And to save time thinking about this, we're just going to use
00:28:31ChatGPT to generate niche ideas that are similar to this channel. So here's how. First, go to the
00:28:38step-by-step document I linked in the description, copy the first prompt, and paste it into a new ChatGPT
00:28:44chat. After that, ChatGPT will give you a list of niches, and from there, you can either pick one of them,
00:28:50or even ask it for more ideas. For me, I decided to go with this one since it already has a lot of
00:28:55demand, and there are tons of cool ideas to make content about. And with the niche locked in, it's
00:29:01time for the next step, and that is setting up your channel the right way. This shouldn't take you much
00:29:05time, so first things first, we need a name. For mine, I just asked ChatGPT to give me some cool
00:29:11channel name ideas, and picked one that sounded good. Simple as that. Next up is the profile picture,
00:29:17and for that, we'll need some kind of character for the channel, just like this channel is doing.
00:29:22So, to generate that character, head back to the document, copy this next prompt, and paste it into
00:29:27ChatGPT. After that, just write down what kind of animal or character you want it to create for you.
00:29:33For me, I went with a fox. Honestly, just because it looks cool. Then hit generate, wait a few seconds,
00:29:39and once it's done, it should look something like this. With the profile picture finished,
00:29:44the only thing left is the banner, and for that, we're going to use Canvo. So first, log into your
00:29:50account, then click Start a new design, and search YouTube banner. After that, pick any background
00:29:56color you like on this little box here, and apply it just like this. Next, type in whatever text you
00:30:02want right here, and make sure to include a call to action to subscribe at the bottom. And with that
00:30:07done, here's what my channel looks like with all the branding in place. So now that the channel is set up,
00:30:12the next step is generating the video topics for it. For the topics, we want creative ideas that make
00:30:18people watch the entire short and stop scrolling to find out the answers. The good news is, you don't
00:30:23even have to think about it yourself. All you need to do is go back to the document and copy this next
00:30:29prompt into the same ChatGPT chat. After that, fill in the blanks with your niche and hit Send. What this
00:30:35does is take the examples and generate a bunch of similar topic ideas that fit your niche perfectly. As you can
00:30:42see, we now have a big list of solid topics, so all you have to do now is to go over them and pick the
00:30:48one you want to get started with. And with that done, you're ready to move on to the next step,
00:30:53writing a script for your chosen topic. This works the same way as the topics. You don't have to lift
00:30:59a finger, and it gets pretty easy once you make A, I work for you. First, go to the document, copy this
00:31:05prompt, and paste it into a new ChatGPT chat. What it does is analyze the structure of a viral short
00:31:11that I've included, and then it writes a new one with the same structure, but tailored to your topic.
00:31:16So hit generate, wait a few seconds, and this is what the result will look like. Now with the script
00:31:20ready, that means it's now time to generate a sexy voiceover for it. For this part, you don't have to
00:31:26worry about recording the voiceover yourself. Because even if your voice isn't that good, you could still
00:31:32generate voiceovers that sound very human and realistic using this AI tool called Eleven Labs.
00:31:38So once you log into Eleven Labs, the first thing you want to do is click on the Voices tab in the
00:31:43top left corner. That's where you'll find a whole list of voices you can play around with, and click
00:31:48on any one of them to hear how they sound. You can find good voices like that, but for me, I just like
00:31:54to use the Filters tool instead. So I'm going to set it to a British accent and make sure it's a young man.
00:32:00But most importantly, make sure to choose high quality voices, because these are the ones that
00:32:06sound so realistic you can't tell if it's AI. So once your filters are set, scroll through the results
00:32:12until you find a voice you like. When you do, just click on Use Voice right here. Now all that's left
00:32:19is to paste your script into the box, click Generate, and then download the final voiceover. And just like
00:32:25that, you've got your voiceover ready, which means now it's time to move on to editing the actual
00:32:30video. And that all starts with the scenes. If you watch this channel closely, you'll notice that
00:32:35his videos are really just a bunch of grouped pictures that were clearly generated using AI.
00:32:40And honestly, that makes the job way easier for us. So to start off, we're going to need the prompts to
00:32:45generate these pictures. But don't worry, you don't even have to come up with these prompts yourself.
00:32:50All you need to do is go back to the document and copy this prompt that basically generates all the
00:32:55image prompts you'll need. It's a pretty long prompt, but the good news is that it's the only one you'll
00:33:00need. Once you've got it, the next step is to paste in the prompts one by one on ChatGPT. So for example,
00:33:07the first one I tried came out looking like this. After that, it's just a matter of repeating the
00:33:11process. Copy the next prompt, paste it in, and then wait a few seconds for it to generate. Then keep
00:33:18doing the same thing for each prompt until you've gone through all of them. And with that done,
00:33:23you'll now be ready for the fun part, which is editing the actual video. Now, there are tons
00:33:28of editing tools you could use for that. But the problem is, most of them are either overpriced
00:33:33or way too complicated to actually work with. The good news is, we can just use the free tool CapCut
00:33:40and still get the job done even better than this channel. And the best part is, literally anyone can
00:33:45get started with it, even with zero editing experience. So first, open CapCut and start a new project.
00:33:52Then, import all the images and the voiceover you generated earlier, and drag and drop each
00:33:57piece into place just like this. Next, before we do any editing, we need to make sure the video
00:34:02format fits the YouTube short size right here. So make sure that it's set to the right format.
00:34:08After that, the next thing we need to fix are those pauses in the voiceover. They're boring,
00:34:13they slow down the video, and they'll just make viewers click away. So start by zooming in,
00:34:18select the dead silence, and cut it out using the cutting tool. Keep doing that for every pause
00:34:23until the whole voiceover is smooth and organized. With that done, it's time to match the images with
00:34:29the voiceover. All you need to do is play the video and, as the voiceover runs, match what's being said
00:34:35with the right images. If a scene needs to last longer to fit the audio, just drag it out and make
00:34:40it longer like I did here. Do this for all the images until you've got a complete video. But we're
00:34:46not done yet. To put the cherry on top, we're going to add captions. Luckily, CapCut makes this super easy
00:34:52with the auto captions feature. All you have to do is go to the captions section, click generate,
00:34:58and wait a few seconds for it to do its thing. Once that's done, customize the text by making it bigger,
00:35:04adding a black border, and choosing a bold font like the one I picked here. And with that, here's
00:35:09what the final video looks like. What's the very first thing you'd do if the zombie started took
00:35:15over the world right now? Most people picture themselves running into the streets, grabbing
00:35:19weapons, maybe even heading to the store for supplies. It looks pretty close to the example
00:35:25channel, and it only took us about 10 minutes to make it. I guess you're starting to realize how
00:35:29ridiculously easy it gets once you get AI tools to work for you. Anyways, now that the video is edited,
00:35:35the final step is uploading it to YouTube with the right SEO strategy. I hear a lot of people say
00:35:41things like, SEO is useless, or that it doesn't really make a difference. But having been on YouTube
00:35:46for a while now, I can tell you that's totally not true. Using SEO properly is what makes your video
00:35:52show up when someone searches for something in your niche instead of someone else's video. And don't
00:35:57underestimate the power of the search bar. A big chunk of your viewers can actually come straight
00:36:02from search if you do it right. Basically, it's you helping the algorithm help you making sure your
00:36:08videos get suggested to the right people. Personally, I like to use this tool called vidIQ to handle all
00:36:15my SEO. With its AI features, I can generate everything I need in just one click. All you do is give it your
00:36:22video topic and it creates a title, description, tags, and even trending keywords related to it. So
00:36:29you don't have to spend hours figuring it out yourself. So once you create an account, click on
00:36:34the create button in the left menu, then select generate. That's the tab where you can get everything
00:36:39done. Keywords, description, tags, all in one place. Start by typing your video's topic in the box right here.
00:36:48In a few seconds, AI will generate everything for you all in one place. As you can see,
00:36:53it gave me a bunch of popular keywords and tags that we'll use all to make sure the video finds the
00:36:58right audience. Now it's time to actually upload the video to YouTube. Head over to your channel,
00:37:04click on upload video, and select your video file. Once that's loaded in, start by adding your title
00:37:09thumbnail right here. Then move on to the description. Copy the one vidIQ generated and paste it right into the
00:37:16description box. After that, scroll down to the tags section and add in the tags vidIQ suggested.
00:37:22Once it all looks good, hit publish. And just like that, you now have an uploaded video ready to go
00:37:27viral and print you money. Up until now, there's still one thing I haven't told you. And that is,
00:37:33you won't succeed with this method if you don't actually put in the work. I see so many people
00:37:38skipping the grind and then wondering why they're not where they want to be. The truth is, to make this
00:37:43work, you've got to be grinding day and night, trying, failing, and pushing through until it finally
00:37:48clicks. And of course, along the way, you're gonna need support from people who've been through it
00:37:52before. That's exactly why I created my free Discord community for YouTube automation and making money.
00:37:59It's full of people just like you, who are on the same journey, sharing advice and helping each other
00:38:05out. So if you're interested, hit the link in my bio and join us. Aside from that, don't forget to
00:38:11subscribe to the channel to become part of the community here too. And that's all for today's
00:38:15video. I'll see you in the next one. These aesthetic home channels are getting viral right now, posting
00:38:20these AI-made shorts printing thousands of dollars. One of my students already started posting videos
00:38:25in this niche this week, and one of his shorts already reached 100,000 views. It's a good start,
00:38:31and I wish him more success. There are some gurus as well who started uploading tutorials of these
00:38:35videos also. But all of those tutorials just telling you basic stuff, and they tell the actual
00:38:40sauce in their paid courses. But I'm gonna tell you that secret sauce in this video for free. I will
00:38:45tell you how to make these aesthetic home videos using only free AI tools. And I'm also gonna tell
00:38:49you how you're gonna get viral and don't get zero views so you don't have to buy a damaged account.
00:38:54This YouTube channel has got more than 50 million views posting these shorts, and if we see his
00:38:58popular videos, you can see this guy is getting millions of views. The new YouTube algorithm is
00:39:03literally on fire. It just shows that anyone can start a YouTube channel and blow up. It took
00:39:08me five years, but this channel did it by just posting these AI-made shorts. People think you
00:39:13can't make money with shorts because the RPM is low, but when you're pulling millions of views,
00:39:18it adds up fast. How this channel blew up. Now let me tell you why this channel is blowing up so much.
00:39:23First of all, the videos on this channel fit perfectly into the new YouTube shorts algorithm
00:39:27because the platform heavily pushes content that captures attention in the first 0.3 seconds,
00:39:32requires no language or voice, works universally across all countries, and can loop endlessly.
00:39:37These house design shorts check every box. They have no talking, they're fast-paced,
00:39:41the visuals are universally understandable. That means if you show this short to any human
00:39:45being in this world, he's going to understand it very easily. And the smooth camera movements
00:39:50make them perfectly loopable, which boosts watch time, replay rate, and overall distribution.
00:39:55And another main factor is that you and I and everyone else want a beautiful house. Peace.
00:39:59Everyone has a dream, and when they see these shorts with soulful background music,
00:40:03they stop and start imagining themselves in those luxury houses. And I'll show you exactly how to make
00:40:09these shorts, step-by-step, and how to get millions of views just like them. How to make the videos.
00:40:14Step one, generating the aesthetic images. The first step is generating images. You can, of course,
00:40:19find ready-made images on the internet, but it's better to generate your own. You can do this through
00:40:23any generator or tool. I will do it using chat GPT. We write the first prompt, generate a realistic
00:40:29empty room image in 9x6 format. We wait until it generates the image. Alright, now we have the first
00:40:34empty room. Download it to the computer. Then we write, generate an empty room, only more modern.
00:40:40Now the room will look more modern. Next prompt, generate a wide empty room, but in 9x6 format.
00:40:45You can write your own prompts, any empty rooms you want. It all depends on your creativity. Now let's
00:40:50change the angle, and I will write. Now generate an empty room with only one corner view, also wide.
00:40:56Just give the camera a 9x6 format. And it turned out great. Download everything to your computer.
00:41:02Generate a couple more images with an empty kitchen and a terrace. The main thing is that they are empty.
00:41:08Prompt for the kitchen, generate an empty kitchen with a bar counter. Add a muted blue, maximize the
00:41:13width 9x6 format, and then write a prompt for the terrace. Now generate the courtyard of the house.
00:41:18There is a luxurious house in the back. The courtyard is empty. Step 2, adding the interior.
00:41:24Now once you're done with the first part, we move to the next step. Go to the Home Design AI website,
00:41:29because now we're going to turn our empty rooms into beautiful interiors. Scroll down a little,
00:41:34and you'll see a few settings. First, upload your empty room, choose the image format, and pick the
00:41:39type of room you want. Bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, anything. I'll start with a bedroom,
00:41:44then choose an interior style. There are tons of options, and you don't even need to write a prompt
00:41:49unless you want something specific. Click Generate, wait a few seconds, and you'll get a clean,
00:41:54fully designed interior. Perfect for this niche. Next, upload your second room, the corner shot.
00:41:59I'm selecting living room with a Scandinavian style because it always looks modern and cozy.
00:42:04Download the result right away. Do the same with your kitchen. If it looks empty, add a small prompt,
00:42:08like add a stove and fridge, pick your style, and generate. Repeat this process for all your rooms.
00:42:13You can adjust the style and layout however you want. Now, the niche itself is super simple. You
00:42:18show an empty room, terrace, or office, and then transform it into a beautiful furnished version.
00:42:23People love before and after transformations, and you can create dozens of these videos every day,
00:42:29using different designs. Now for the final step, making the transformation animation,
00:42:33go to the video face swap website, hover over video AI, and click start end to video. Upload your
00:42:39empty room as the first image and the finished room as the second. Write a simple prompt like
00:42:44room transformation, set the model to pro, choose 8 seconds, 720p, and leave movement on auto. Add
00:42:50background music if you want it ready for upload. Generate the video. It comes out super clean. Repeat
00:42:56this for every room. One room equals one video. If you want a longer 30 second video, just combine them.
00:43:01You can even upload horizontal versions. There are no limits in this niche.
00:43:04Just focus on creating beautiful aesthetic spaces. So for you to learn from me, I've made our private
00:43:09community and coaching program where you will learn directly from me. Get access to our exclusive
00:43:14courses. I will teach you everything you need to know to build a successful YouTube channel.
00:43:19This guy made $1,575,960 with this one YouTube channel and is still making $46,000 a month with this
00:43:27golden niche without paying thousands of dollars to video editors or freelancers. Now let me take
00:43:31you back to the start of the story of this channel which made it successful. What strategy he used
00:43:36from getting zero views on his videos to making $46,000 per month building a million dollar empire.
00:43:41So this young broki was finding some ways to make money from YouTube he thought of making videos in
00:43:45the top 10 niche but failed. Then he tried the compilation niche and failed again. After losing hope from
00:43:50this YouTube world. He found a YouTube channel called Neotic which used to make original lofi music
00:43:56which people could listen to when they are sad. This channel used to combine his music and use
00:44:00Simpsons cartoon visuals and print thousands of dollars and from here Max got an idea he thought
00:44:05why not take advantage of this opportunity. He created a channel called lofi girl but instead of
00:44:09uploading the videos related to random music sounds he thought of making the video targeting people
00:44:14who are studying or finding instrumental music just to relax. He went to iCloud, Spotify,
00:44:19researched those beats, downloaded them and then made a long almost two hour video. The video got
00:44:24zero views in the first 15 hours and Max was about to leave this channel as well. But then the video
00:44:29got picked up by the algorithm and it got 45,000 views the next day completing his 4,000 hours watch
00:44:34time. He monetized his channel. But do you know how many views this one video got him till now? 50 million
00:44:40views. Before I continue the story I want to tell you that all this info would have no benefit for you if
00:44:45you don't know the exact strategy he used to get these millions of views and get monetized so
00:44:49fast. First let me tell you how to make those lofi music videos without getting demonetized or
00:44:54getting strikes for using copyrighted music and then I'll tell you his other half story and secret
00:44:59strategy he used. So to make the videos you might be thinking I will tell you download the copyright
00:45:04music beats and then get instant strikes. All you have to do is go to an AI tool called Music GPT.
00:45:09Describe the type of music you want to generate in the prompt bar. Turn on the instrumental option and
00:45:13click the generate button to start creating your AI music.
00:45:28Download the instrumental only audio. Step two create AI image. Now let's create an AI image for
00:45:35our video clip. To generate the video clip I'm using Sora AI. But you can generate free image from
00:45:39ChatGPT and then animate it through Kling AI. Here is the video Sora AI generated for me. To make the
00:45:45video clip more engaging let's add some sound effects. Go back to Music GPT and describe the
00:45:50type of sound effect you want in the prompt box then click generate. Now that video is created let me
00:46:01tell you the strategy he used and continue his story. Instead of uploading typical music videos like
00:46:06everyone else. He noticed something others overlooked. People weren't just listening to lo-fi. They were
00:46:12looping it. Leaving it on while they studied. While they coded. While they tried to escape the noise of
00:46:17the world. So he created something different. Something infinite. He launched a 24-7 live stream
00:46:22on YouTube. Playing nothing but curated lo-fi beats around the clock. No talking. No ads. Just peace.
00:46:27That increased his watch time a lot. That resulted in his live streams getting ranked at number one
00:46:31position on YouTube search on multiple keywords. And the live stream ended up getting 600 million
00:46:36views. But what made it special wasn't just the music. It was her. He commissioned a soft warm
00:46:41animation of a girl studying in her room. Headphones on. Rain falling softly outside the window.
00:46:45The scene was inspired by Studio Ghibli. Quiet. Calming. Full of emotion. She didn't speak. She didn't blink.
00:46:52She just studied. People connected to her instantly. And that resulted in a rise of his CTR making more
00:46:58people click the video. The live stream title was simple. Algorithm friendly and brilliant.
00:47:02That wasn't just a title. It was what people typed exactly into the YouTube search bar. And because
00:47:06the stream never stopped. YouTube pushed it endlessly. People watching his stream in loop
00:47:11resulted in infinite watch time. Long session durations. Constant engagement in the chat. Soon
00:47:16the stream was everywhere. On dorm room laptops. In coding offices. On phone screens during sleepless nights.
00:47:22But one day in 2020. YouTube took the stream down due to a copyright mistake. It had been live for
00:47:2713,000 plus hours. One of the longest running videos on YouTube. The internet exploded. And
00:47:32Bring Back LofiGirl started trending. Memes flooded Twitter. That takedown? It backfired. In the best way.
00:47:38People who had never even heard of her discovered her through the outrage. When the stream was restored
00:47:42it came back stronger than ever. Today LofiGirl is a global brand. 15 million plus subscribers.
00:47:47Billions of hours watched. Running multiple streams and thousands of people still watching those
00:47:52streams making him thousands of dollars passively and made a million dollar empire. Most dumb people think
00:47:56this niche is saturated and won't work for them. But they don't know that it's an evergreen niche.
00:48:01All you have to do is use the correct strategy. I guess this level of free sauce was enough for
00:48:05you guys. So for you to learn from me. I've made our private community and coaching program where you
00:48:09will learn directly from me. Get access to our exclusive courses. I will teach you everything you need to
00:48:15know to build a successful YouTube channel. These scary animation channels are getting viral right
00:48:19now. Posting these AI made shorts printing thousands of dollars. Some of these shorts have
00:48:23over 500 million views. There are tons of videos hitting that number and the creator makes serious
00:48:28money from YouTube shorts. They use a 3D animation software but I'll show you how you can make the same
00:48:32kind of videos using AI without getting zero views. This is what I made. You can see how crazy it is.
00:48:37You can go and watch the video directly yourself as well. How this channel blew up. Now before we move to the
00:48:42tutorial we must know how this channel blew up. Now there are multiple factors that resulted in
00:48:46this channel blowing up. The first reason is this niche is not tied to a specific group of people
00:48:51and has no language. It's a very broad niche that if you put out a person living in the Amazon forest
00:48:56who has no link to our world. If you showed him these shorts even he is gonna watch it. Now the most
00:49:01important reason he always gets viral is because his shorts are always running in a loop. Means the
00:49:05viewer keeps watching the same video again and again without being aware of it. After he watches it a
00:49:09couple of times he realizes oh it was running in a loop. Then he immediately starts discussing it
00:49:14in the comment section. That results in the video getting extremely viral. Step 1. Generating the
00:49:19prompts. To make these videos first we will need to make the images which we will then use to animate.
00:49:24And to generate the images we need image prompts. But you can't just randomly ask chat GPT to create
00:49:29those prompts because it's going to take you so much time to actually generate what you want. So I have
00:49:33made a step-by-step document for you where I have put all the prompts you need to make these kinds of
00:49:38short. Now copy this prompt from the first step. Go and paste it to chat GPT and click generate.
00:49:43Chat GPT will generate these 10 image prompts for you. You can choose any of the prompts you want
00:49:47like I chose the first one. Step 2. Making the images. Now the next step is to generate the images.
00:49:53For that go to meta.ai and select image generator. Make sure the ratio is 9 by 16. Then paste the prompt
00:49:59you generated from chat GPT. Click on generate. And now as you can see how crazy images Meta AI has
00:50:05generated. Totally for free. Step 3. Generating the animations and final video. Now the next step
00:50:10is to create the animations. I clicked on create animation and it generated me these cool animations
00:50:15but the problem is if we post this on YouTube it won't get any views. The reason the lovely horror
00:50:19show got so many views is because the video runs in a loop. It doesn't feel like the video is replayed
00:50:25even though the viewer has watched the same video multiple times. He doesn't feel it. Now it's going to
00:50:29be very hard for meta to generate loop videos if we give it a simple prompt. So the solution for that
00:50:34is. First screenshot the meta.ai page where you generated the image. Upload that image to chat GPT.
00:50:40Go to the step by step document and copy this GPT loop animation prompt and paste it into chat GPT.
00:50:46Now chat GPT will generate a custom loop animation prompt for your specific image which you can give
00:50:51to meta AI. Now as you can see it generated me this prompt. Now go back to meta AI. Click custom animation
00:50:57and paste the prompt chat GPT gave you. Click generate. And as you can see meta AI generated
00:51:02the video which is running in the loop. How crazy is that? We have made the entire video without
00:51:06spending a single cent. Alright, this was the beginner's tutorial. Now if you are really serious
00:51:12about working in this niche and actually want to make a crazy amount of money from it, you can buy
00:51:16our premium guide made specifically for this niche. In this guide you will learn how to find the perfect
00:51:21sound effects for your each specific short, the custom viral strategy I made specific for this niche.
00:51:26Most people get stuck at 20 to 30 thousand views a short and give up. So in this guide I have given
00:51:31you the secret viral method to reach those 100 million views marks and monetize your channel.
00:51:36And you will be able to ask and chat directly with me regarding your YouTube channel in this niche.
00:51:41This guy made $1,765,960 with this one YouTube channel and is still making $45,000 a month with this
00:51:49golden niche without paying thousands of dollars to video editors or freelancers. Now let me take you back
00:51:53to the start of the story of this channel which made it successful. We'll give you a complete
00:51:57tutorial on how to make videos in this niche and what strategy he used from getting zero views on
00:52:01his videos to making $45,000 per month building a million dollar empire deck in 2021 when everyone
00:52:07was rushing to start a YouTube channel because of Pam Gamma. This young brookie Leo was finding
00:52:11some ways to make money from YouTube. He thought of making videos in the top 5 niche but failed.
00:52:15Then he tried the gaining niche and failed again. After losing hope from this YouTube world,
00:52:19he came across some YouTube channels which were getting thousands of views just posting random
00:52:23tech tutorials but those channels never got consistent views and Leo didn't really like
00:52:27that. He wanted something which would work for years. Randomly one day in the YouTube search bar,
00:52:31he saw that people were searching for how to add custom themes in Discord servers and how to have
00:52:36those avatar animations in Discord. Back in 2021, Discord didn't have these official features in Discord and
00:52:41people had to get a Discord mod to actually apply these features. Leo saw that there was a lot of demand for
00:52:46these topics. He decided to make a tutorial for this topic but he knew that if he used a robotic text
00:52:51to speech voiceover he would get views but he would never be able to build a connection with the
00:52:56audience. So he decided to use his own voice. This is where the first part of the tutorial comes in
00:53:00which is making realistic voiceover. Thanks to AI in 2025, we don't need to use our own voice to make
00:53:05a realistic human-like voice. All you'd have to do is go to Eleven Labs, click create a new voice, and put
00:53:09this prompt, make sure to fill in the blanks to make your voiceover unique. Click generate and it will create a
00:53:14realistic voiceover for you. All right, so you're probably wondering what's up with this whole thing,
00:53:18right? It's pretty wild, honestly. Like, I saw the headlines and just thought... He turned on his
00:53:24screen recorder, edited the video, and published it on YouTube. And that first video blew up, getting
00:53:28more than 250,000 views. He got monetized on his first video, got his AdSense pin. Leo started
00:53:33uploading every single week. No fancy setup, no high-end mic, just his PC, a free screen recorder,
00:53:39and that one purple thumbnail style that would soon become his signature. He kept using the YouTube
00:53:43search bar method to find vital tutorial topics and kept printing money. Let me tell you what
00:53:47secret ingredient he was using, that even his tutorial videos started to get thousands of views.
00:53:52And that is, he built a strong connection with his audience. He used to give his personal opinions,
00:53:55which were loved by the audience. Now, here's the thing most people don't realize. Those small personal
00:53:59touches are what the YouTube algorithm loves. When viewers feel emotionally connected, they watch longer.
00:54:04When they watch longer, YouTube pushes your video harder. And that's exactly what happened to Leo. His
00:54:08retention weights were insane for a tutorial channel. He wasn't just teaching Discord. He was
00:54:12building trust. Back in 2022, his videos started gaining real traction. He was making $30, $50, $100
00:54:19per day just from ad revenue. And that's when Leo made his next big move. He thought,
00:54:23if people trust me this much for tutorials, what if I start talking about what's actually happening
00:54:28inside Discord? That single thought completely redefined the direction of his channel. Before he knew it,
00:54:33his small tutorial channel had crossed 100,000 subscribers. But Leo wasn't satisfied. He knew that
00:54:38tutorials come and go. Trends dot. He wanted to build something that could land. So he decided to
00:54:42turn his tutorials into stories. He made a video called Duolingo is killing my YouTube champ. This
00:54:46video got him more than 300,000 views. This was all he needed to make his confidence to keep working in
00:54:52this format. He kept making Discord stories videos and that got him millions of views. One of his videos
00:54:57got him more than 5 million views, which is insane. He started getting a lot of sponsors from which he made a
00:55:01lot of money as well. But still, there was a very big gap which Leo was missing. While researching for his next
00:55:06topic on Reddit, he found a post about a Roblox avatar Discord scam. The post had a lot of reach.
00:55:10So he decided to expose this scam to his YouTube audience and see if the video gets viral or not.
00:55:15And guess what? The video ended up reaching 3.9 million views, which was insane. Then he posted
00:55:19more videos on exposing multiple Roblox scams and got millions of views. Until now, this channel has
00:55:24earned more than 1.7 million dollars. Now let me tell you how to make videos in this niche. To find the video
00:55:30topics, go to ChatGPT and give it this prompt and it will give you these viral video ideas. You can choose any of them.
00:55:36Make sure you use the prompt idea. The second method to find video topics is Reddit. Search keywords like
00:55:40Discord Roblox scam, Discord glitches, Discord expos, and there you will find many Discord stories.
00:55:45Just screenshot the page, give to ChatGPT. Use this prompt and it will generate the viral videos ideas.
00:55:51I already told you how to generate the unique calm voiceover in the starting of the video. Now to write
00:55:55the script, give this prompt to ChatGPT and put your video title in the blank and it will generate the
00:56:00complete video script for you. Now for editing your visuals, this niche doesn't require high editing.
00:56:05All you have to do is simply screen record what you are saying. Most of the time you will be in your
00:56:09Discord. Just match the clips with your voiceover and your videos ready. Make sure to use the
00:56:13strategies no texto speech used, which I told you in his story. Alright, this was the video.
00:56:18To chant and learn from me, join our private community.
00:56:24This is something else.
00:56:25What if I told you there's a brand new channel pulling insane numbers by taking a simple but
00:56:30unique twist on a trending niche? The channel is called Sketch Apocalypse. It was created back in
00:56:34December 2021, but here's the crazy part. They only started uploading two months ago. In that short time,
00:56:40they've pulled over 2.5 million views from just 23 videos. One of their videos hit 1 million views
00:56:46in 3 weeks and another crossed 700,000 views shortly after. So what are they doing? Simple. They make
00:56:52videos about how to survive an apocalypse. The kind of information that feels entertaining but also
00:56:56oddly useful. Now if you've watched my channel before, this might sound familiar. I've already covered
00:57:01apocalypse-style content before. But this channel did something different. They focus only on long-form
00:57:07content, and more importantly, their editing style. Instead of normal gameplay or stock footage,
00:57:12they use a clean, colorful whiteboard illustration style that makes the videos feel professional,
00:57:17addictive, and oddly satisfying to watch. Normally creating videos like this would take days or even
00:57:22weeks, but these guys are doing it in under 30 minutes using AI. And in this video, I'll show you
00:57:28exactly how to do the same. Step 1. Generate video ideas. Before anything else, you need topics. I've already
00:57:34done the hard work for you. In description, you'll find a Google Doc with ready-to-use prompts. Copy the
00:57:38topic prompt, open ChatGPT, the free version works fine, paste it in, and choose how many ideas you want
00:57:44generated. I usually go with 25, pick one topic, and move on. Step 2. Create the script. Two ways.
00:57:52Option 1 is the classic method. Copy the script prompt from the same Google Doc, paste it into ChatGPT,
00:57:57replace the placeholder with your topic, and let it generate the full script. Quick tip, always skim the
00:58:02script and tweak it slightly so it sounds human. Now, option 2 is the game changer. The tool they're
00:58:08actually using. The channel we're modeling uses an AI tool called Golpo AI. It's a whiteboard style
00:58:13video generator used by creators, companies, and even schools. It writes the script, generates the
00:58:18visuals, adds narration, and edits everything automatically. Yes, all of it. It's not fully free,
00:58:24but the growth plan is perfect for creators. You get enough credits to create multiple long-form videos
00:58:29every month, in minutes. How to use Golpo AI quick walkthrough. Once you log in, click getting
00:58:35started. You'll see a simple interface, a prompt box, options for script generation, voice settings,
00:58:40video duration, color and style options. For this niche, leave music off, choose long-form, keep the
00:58:46video horizontal, enable color, enable script editing, paste in your topic, hit generate script, and tweak
00:58:52it if needed. Then click generate video. In about 10 minutes, your full video is done.
00:58:56The sirens have been wailing for hours. A constant, rising hum that gets under your skin. The power
00:59:03flickers. Your phone is dead. The first instinct is to move, to go somewhere safe. But in a societal
00:59:10breakdown, the most dangerous decision you can make is choosing the wrong destination. Your survival might
00:59:16hinge not on where you go, but on where you never go. First, forget the city center. Downtown areas with
00:59:24their high-rises and dense populations become epicenters of chaos. And the result? Clean visuals.
00:59:30Perfect scene alignment. Professional storytelling. Something that would normally cost hundreds of
00:59:34dollars on Fiverr. Done automatically. Editing and tweaks. Don't like a scene? No problem. Go to the
00:59:40library. Open the video. Click any scene and tell the AI what to change. For example, make the gallon
00:59:46smaller. Hit update. Done. Thumbnail creation. Last step, the thumbnail. Copy the thumbnail prompt from
00:59:52the Google Doc. Paste it into ChatGPT. Replace the topic and generate the prompt. Use your favorite image
00:59:57generator. Set the aspect ratio to 16 to 9. Adjust colors if you're branding your channel. This style
01:00:03is trending right now, and channels using it are blowing up quietly. If you enjoyed this breakdown,
01:00:08subscribe. I'm ranking almost all YouTube niches from ones that make just one dollar a month to
01:00:13those earning $100,000 plus a month. I'll break it down step by step, showcasing live earnings proofs,
01:00:19RPMs of those niches from my analytics, no gatekeeping, real life examples of these niches,
01:00:24and why I ranked them where I did. At the end of the video, I'll also reveal the niches I'm personally
01:00:28working on and earning thousands of dollars. And just so you know, I'm not just talking. I've been in
01:00:32this space for years, earning multiple figures monthly through YouTube. Watch this to know more about me.
01:00:37So the first niche we have is the slowed and reverb music niche. It's where you just download someone
01:00:41else's song, make it slow and add reverb to it, and then simply just upload it on YouTube, like this
01:00:47channel or this channel which got 29 million views on a song which he just downloaded and uploaded to
01:00:51his YouTube channel. In my opinion, this is the stupidest and most dumb thing any person could do.
01:00:55So I'll put it into the $1 dead niche section. The problem is, you can never ever monetize this niche.
01:01:00First of all, your channel won't be accepted into a YouTube partner program, and otherwise,
01:01:04if you buy an already monetized channel and then upload those songs in it. YouTube will monetize
01:01:09your videos and ads will run on your video, but you will have this yellow icon on all your videos,
01:01:13and all the money you earn will go to the owner of that song. The RPM you will get on these videos
01:01:18will range from three to seven dollars, which doesn't matter. The second niche we have is our
01:01:21most beloved niche, which any newbie on YouTube might have thought to do, which is re-uploading
01:01:26Hollywood movies on YouTube channels. I'll put this niche into the $1 dead niche section,
01:01:31because you simply can't monetize them because of unoriginal content and re-used content policy of
01:01:36YouTube. So the RPM doesn't matter also. So now the third niche we have is relaxing music niche,
01:01:42where you just download non-copyright music, mostly rain sounds. And the sounds which many
01:01:46YouTubers already put on YouTube, make a relaxing AI image, and just upload the video. Then beg YouTube
01:01:52and God to give you views, because you know yourself that you didn't do any hard work. This niche is so
01:01:56saturated. People upload almost 100 videos on the same title. The YouTubers which recommend you
01:02:02this niche only show the people who actually got millions of views years ago, but never show these
01:02:06channels which people make daily and stop working right after a few days. But after all, you can
01:02:10still monetize your videos. This niche gets you a higher RPM like 5 to 10 or even more. I'll put this
01:02:14niche into shit niche, and I totally don't recommend this. The next niche we have is the storytelling niche,
01:02:20which include any kind of storytelling, mostly scary stories or bedtime stories. It's actually not bad,
01:02:24make you a good amount of money if you really have some skills. The RP it ranges from $2 to $5.
01:02:29Actually, I'll put this in the okay niche. Okay, so now the fifth niche we have is the history niche,
01:02:34which is eventually a low RPM niche also. But you know, it always depends on the creator skills.
01:02:39Some can get a very high amount of views, and some people don't even surpass 1000 views. I'd put this
01:02:44in the okay niche. I think if things are done with proper skills, you can easily make $1,000 to $2,000
01:02:50with this. Plus, if you open your channel memberships and offer your audience some exclusive content,
01:02:54you can make good money. The sixth niche we have is the religion niche. This niche is also not bad.
01:02:58If you are a totally beginner, you can step into this niche. If you can get more views from USA, UK,
01:03:03you can good RPM on this. But in this niche, you really have to do hard work on finding the good
01:03:08video topics. I'd recommend making your own style of editing and personality in this niche to stand out.
01:03:13Otherwise, you will get very inconsistent views. Not knowing if your next video is going to perform
01:03:18good or even get average views. I'd put this in the okay niche also. The next niche we have is a
01:03:22dropshipping niche. This niche has been on YouTube since years and gets you the highest RPM on YouTube,
01:03:27ranging from $10 to $30. It's a really good niche. You get a lot of high paying sponsors in this niche.
01:03:32You can earn a lot from affiliate marketing or selling your own products. You can easily scale
01:03:36it to $10,000 without even YouTube partner program and can scale it to up to $20,000 to $30,000 a month.
01:03:42But you should know that it requires a lot of hard work and you must have good knowledge of dropshipping and
01:03:47real proofs of you have good amount of earnings and dropshipping. I'd put this niche into the OG niche.
01:03:53The next niche we have is the personal development niche. This niche has been blowing on YouTube a
01:03:57lot since 2023 and I think it's a good niche. The videos are actually easy to make, require less
01:04:03editing, have a large audience that gets you a lot of views. You can also sell many products to your
01:04:07audience. This also gets a good amount of sponsors also, but the ad revenue is kind of low because of
01:04:11low RPM. I was going to put this niche into the okay section, but I think it deserves to be in the
01:04:16OG niche. This niche is also good for newbies, but as always it requires good skill to grow the channel
01:04:22in any niche and also build a business out of your channel, which we teach in our coaching program.
01:04:26Now the next niches we have is the meme compilation niche and the TikTok videos compilation niche.
01:04:31I don't think we need to waste time talking about them and let's just directly put them into dead niches.
01:04:36The next niche we have is a niche where you only talk about other popular YouTubers, talk about scams,
01:04:40downfalls, it can easily make you $10,000 a month. Like one of this channel, he got 14 million views
01:04:45last month. I'd put this niche into the OG niche, one of the great niche, I'd recommend it. The next
01:04:50niche is the how-to tutorial niche where you make basic online tutorials by just using your screen
01:04:54recorder and a voice. This is one of the best and an evergreen niche. The RPM you get in this niche
01:04:59varies on your video's topics. If you make a tutorial on e-commerce apps, for example, Shopify,
01:05:04you can get an RPM range from $10 to $30. But if you make videos on entertainment-related
01:05:09topics like games, you will get $1 to $4 RPM. The best part of this niche is once you upload a video,
01:05:14it will keep making you money for even decades. To make these types of videos, I use a tool called
01:05:19ZebraCat.ai. They have a feature called URL2Video, choose the stock footage option, and then I search
01:05:25up the website on Google, which gave the solution to the video topic query, copy it and paste it here,
01:05:31choose the long-form video ratio, kept a length to five minutes, choose the AI voice, and the script it
01:05:36gave me, clicked on generate, and it made us the video. Then to complete the video, I use their
01:05:42editor and put the screen recordings of me actually fixing the problem in them and export the video.
01:05:47The next niche we have is a movie explainer niche, where you download popular movies from the internet,
01:05:51and then a voice which explains the story of the movie. This niche used to make a lot of money back
01:05:56then, but right now it's very difficult to sustain this niche. Most of your videos get a copyright claim
01:06:02right after you upload the video, and some channels have had their channels terminated also. Also,
01:06:07there is a lot of competition in this niche. The channels who are doing good are using these
01:06:11adult pictures, so people click on their videos. I'd put this niche into the niche and really don't
01:06:16recommend anyone. The next niche we have is the fitness niche. This niche has a lot of potential,
01:06:21and you can make $5,000, $10,000, or even $100,000 a month. For example, look at this faceless YouTube
01:06:27channel called Winnie. He got 800,000 views in the last 30 days, but he earned 10 times more money
01:06:32through sponsors and a lot of money through the products he is selling. He is selling these
01:06:36workout guides, and as someone who have made thousands of dollars doing businesses on YouTube
01:06:40channels, I know how much he'd be making through these simple guides. Then there comes our next niche,
01:06:44which is video editing. It's one of my most favorite niche, to be honest. I'd put this niche in the gem
01:06:49niche. This niche has a potential to make you more than a $100,000 per month. The RPM of this niche ranges
01:06:56from $3 to $15. It has a big audience. You can earn good money from just ads. Second,
01:07:02you can earn thousands of dollars from just sponsors. Third thing, hundreds of YouTubers
01:07:06and clients will reach out to you to edit their videos. You will get so many clients that you can
01:07:10build your video editing agency out of it. The fourth thing, you can sell your editing presets
01:07:14like fins are. The fifth thing is you can start teaching video editing to people and earn money on
01:07:19that too. The best thing is this is a long-term niche and will stay for decades. I'd put this into the
01:07:24gem section. The next niche we have is the celebrity news niche, where you basically talk
01:07:29about the latest gossip, controversies, or updates about celebrities. This niche can get you a lot of
01:07:34views because people love drama and following the lives of their favorite stars. For example,
01:07:38channels like this one and this one get millions of views just by talking about trending celebrity
01:07:43topics. But here's the problem. This niche is super competitive. Plus, you have to constantly stay
01:07:48updated because today's hot topic can become irrelevant by tomorrow, and if you're late to the trend,
01:07:52your video is basically dead on arrival. Now let's talk about money. The RPM in this niche is decent,
01:07:57ranging from $3 to $7 depending on where your views are coming from. So, while you can make good
01:08:02money and gain a lot of traction, the effort it takes to keep up with the trends and stay relevant
01:08:06is a lot. I'll put this niche in the okay niche because it has potential, but it's not something
01:08:11I'd recommend unless you're really passionate about keeping up with celebrity news 24-7.
01:08:15The next niche we have is a gaming niche. And of course, I'd put this niche in the gem niche.
01:08:20These guys are the live examples in front of you. They make millions of dollars from YouTube ads
01:08:23revenue, super chats, sponsors, their merch, and products. I don't think I have to explain this
01:08:28niche more. The next niche is the mystery niche. It's where you create videos about unsolved
01:08:32mysteries, conspiracy theories, historical events, or even spooky paranormal stuff. I'd put this channel
01:08:37into OG niche also. The RPM of this niche ranges from $1 to $7. I think I have told the most popular
01:08:44niches already, but there are still a lot of niches still left to rank, which I can't tell in one
01:08:48video on this same table. If I get good response this video, I'll make a part two also.
01:08:53The next niche is the crypto and finance niche, which has one of the highest RPMs on YouTube,
01:08:57ranging from $15 to $50 or even more. This niche is gold for sponsorships because financial companies
01:09:03are willing to pay top dollar for exposure. Channels in this niche can easily scale to $100,000 or more
01:09:08per month if they build trust with their audience. The only downside is that you need to have solid
01:09:12knowledge of finance or at least present yourself as an authority in the field. I'd put this in the gem niche
01:09:17because of its massive earning potential. Reaction video niche, I'll put this into the gem niche.
01:09:22These two guys are the big examples for that. Travel niche, I'll put this onto OG niche. This is an
01:09:26interesting one because the RPM is relatively high, especially if your audience is from countries
01:09:30like the USA or Europe. Now let me tell you about the niches I'm personally working on. The first niche
01:09:35I'm working on currently is video editing niche. We are currently making thousands of dollars from
01:09:39this and getting a RPM of average $5. The second niche I'm working on is the how to tutorial niche of
01:09:45which I've made two videos in the past. The RPM vary on the video topic in the niche. Tutorials on
01:09:50anything related to finance gets very higher RPM. The third niche I'm working on is the dropshipping
01:09:55niche in which we made our first $10,000 without even monetizing the channel, but obviously I had
01:10:00great knowledge in this niche which a newbie may not. Alright, this was the course. If you want to
