00:00It took a while actually. We had been already skating together for five years and we had been friends for like ten years already and
00:07you know, I think just going through the highs and lows of
00:11skating and the pressure of just, you know, trying to always be your best and
00:16it really brought us together and specifically when we kind of did start to feel, at least for me, like the romantic pull
00:23that was actually like when things weren't going well and when things were really like difficult and we were struggling on the ice
00:28We were kind of struggling off the ice, but we didn't know each other was struggling off the ice
00:34and
00:35Yeah, we really leaned on each other in those times and at least for me
00:39I really realized like that this was somebody who I loved beyond just being a skating partner and obviously love spending time together
00:46But then I realized like I couldn't really see myself living without this person beyond just the ice rink
00:53So that was that was how it went and the thing is we've grown at least for me like
00:58I feel our relationship has gotten stronger. Obviously. We're a married couple now, but just the perspective has shifted
01:05I think and skating was always like the main focus
01:09But as we've gotten older, I think the relationship has become the main focus skating obviously is still the main focus
01:15But skating is kind of like our means of strengthening ourselves and our relationship and going through all the experiences of life together
01:22And so I just the appreciation for the partnership has grown
