A new witness has come forward in a case involving Timothy Busfield and allegations of abuse against a teenage girl more than two decades ago. According to court documents, Matthew Moore stated he knew the alleged victim as a teen and that both were apprentices at the B Street Theatre in 2000, where Busfield directed.
