00:00My husband brought home two beds for the kids on his rickshaw. When we placed a bedside table in
00:04between, all the space was gone. The kids only used the room for sleeping every day, so my husband and
00:10I worked together to come up with a new design for this room. The first step was to weld the
00:14bed frame to the wall and create a floating bed. The lower bed frame was given a multi-layer design
00:19to create the look of an upper and lower bed. Two small holes were made in the edges of the wall
00:24to create built-in shelves, which can serve as bedside tables. A step design was made near the
00:29window, with drawers installed in it. These can be used to store snacks and toys. A small walk-in
00:34closet was made under the bed. Shelves were installed on the inside, and space for hangers was created on
00:39the outside so that children's clothes can be easily seen and taken out. Some large drawers were also
00:44added below, where children's underwear and socks can be neatly organized. Vertical wardrobes were
00:49made on both sides of the door, where children's clothes from their childhood till now can be easily
00:53hung. A suspended cabinet was built in the middle, where books or other items can be kept. A large
00:58study table was made under the bed, which became the children's study corner. This kind of design
01:03makes use of every corner of the room. It makes the space fully functional and doubles the storage.
