Former DPWH officials attend bail hearing at Sandiganbayan in QC

Former Department of Public Works and Highways-MIMAROPA officials involved in an anomalous flood control project in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, attends their bail hearing at Sandiganbayan in Quezon City on Thursday Jan. 22.
