00:13OpenAI's answer? ChatGPT Health, a new AI chatbot focusing on health topics.
00:18It claims to break down complex test results and explain medical jargon, but there are risks.
00:25ChatGPT Health can connect to fitness and health apps you already use on your phone.
00:30It can create workout or nutrition plans for you.
00:33Also, in select areas of the world, you can upload medical reports and ask for explanations.
00:38For example, asking what your blood test results mean.
00:42However, OpenAI says ChatGPT Health is not intended to give you a diagnosis or advice about medication.
00:48It cannot replace doctors.
00:51And there's always the possibility that an AI's answers are false.
00:55Just recently, Google removed some of its AI features when it came to questions about health.
01:00Their AI gave wrong answers that could have endangered real people.
01:04OpenAI says conversations with ChatGPT Health are not used to train the AI and are being protected with additional layers of encryption.
01:12Still, you should be aware that you're sharing your most sensitive data with the company.
