Shelter director Ric Roman Waugh spilled on how Jason Statham earns and commands the respect on set from his co-stars and crew and insists there’s nothing the British action legend won’t put his body through for a stunt.

00:35in top physical shape, going along with the bumps and grinds that go with it.

00:40That's why he gets everybody's respect on set, because there's nothing artificial about

00:46him and nothing that he winces from.

00:48He's in it.

00:49But the thing that blows my mind is how he can do this kind of physicality and deliver

00:53an emotional performance at the same time and stay in character.
