El presidente de Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, dijo este martes que ha perdido el respeto por Noruega desde que no fue galardonado con el Premio Nobel de la Paz, cuya sede está en Oslo, porque no se cree que el Gobierno noruego no ejerza un "control tremendo" sobre el galardón.

00:02Bueno, I lost a lot of respect for Norway.

00:04And I believe, and I believe very strongly,

00:06that Norway controls the Nobel Prize.

00:09But you have to understand, I settled eight wars.

00:12I've had every one of those wars, every participant wrote,

00:16I didn't ask them to do it.

00:17They sent in strong, you know, they make recommendations for that.

00:21But I settled eight wars.

00:22No president's probably ever settled one war.

00:24I don't know, think of it.

00:26I did eight.

00:27The reason I do it is because it's easy for me to do.

00:31And I didn't do it for a Nobel Prize.

00:32I did it because I'm saving a lot of lives.

00:34I'm trying to settle the final one.

00:36I'm trying to do Russia-Ukraine.

00:38And when Russia's ready, Ukraine's not.

00:43But they're losing 25,000 people a month on average.

00:47And I'm trying to get that one done.

00:49But no, I feel that Norway has tremendous control

00:53over who gets the Nobel Prize, despite what they say.
