00:17Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces, or SDF, accused the Syrian army of freeing the prisoners

00:23linked to the terrorist organization and of having conducted summary executions.

00:29The execution of fighters from the women's protection units after their capture, along

00:33with the release of ISIS militants, constitutes a reproduction of terrorism and poses a direct

00:39threat to regional and international security.

00:43Such actions raise serious concerns about the possibility of new massacres, similar to those

00:48committed against Alawites, Druze and Kurds in Aleppo.

00:52In only a few days, Ahmed al-Shares forces have made spectacular advances in the north-west

00:57of the country.

00:58Initially, they had agreed to hand over the control of prisons holding several thousand

01:02Islamic State group fighters to the Syrian government.

01:05The camps of al-Raj and al-Hol, which contain tens of thousands of ISIS-linked families, are

01:10still under SDF control.

01:12The question is, for how long?

01:17The Americans and French want the experienced Kurdish anti-terrorist units responsible for

01:22these matters to stay in place.
