Venezuela’s Interior and Justice Minister Diosdado Cabello announced a comprehensive nationwide deployment of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) to “listen to the people” and reinforce the Bolivarian Revolution. Amid political tensions following U.S. military action in Caracas and the capture of President Nicolás Maduro, Cabello stressed that the country remains calm and peaceful thanks to the revolutionary spirit, and called for continued efforts toward peace and stability.
