00:00All right, fired up the Woodridge to make some smoked bacon roses.
00:03I know it's not Valentine's Day yet, but I had a pile of bacon in the freezer.
00:07So I ended out with a couple of these packages of the Wahlburger bacon.
00:11So you're going to take a piece of bacon, roll it about a third of the way down.
00:14Then you're going to pick it up and twist it counterclockwise until you're all the way at the end.
00:19And to me, that makes a pretty dang good looking rose.
00:23So I'm going to put them in a muffin pan, easier to cook them all together.
00:27Hit them with that Traeger pork and poultry, 325 degrees on the Woodridge until about 35 minutes later.
00:35I want to get them crispy, but not fully done.
00:38So while those are going, I'm going to pull out that Wahlburger barbecue sauce.
00:41I'm going to get it on there to thin out with the heat because it's easier to brush it on.
00:46So I want to glaze these.
00:47So about, say, 35 minutes later, these were looking pretty good.
00:50I'm going to get each one of them sauced up.
00:53I want these to look like a beautiful rose, but bacon.
00:56Then we're going to go another 10 minutes to let that tack up.
01:00And that was it.
01:01So I want to get these to cool down because when they sit on that muffin tin, they're cooking in their own bacon fat.
01:07And so I just want to let these cool down for about 15 minutes.
01:10I got skewers to put these in like your normal dozen roses.
01:16And so, yeah, I've got 12 bacon roses here.
01:19Check this out.
01:20And, yeah, Valentine's Day, these would not suck or all year long.
01:24Let's go.
