Hockley: One in hospital after Constitution Hill fire, described as accidental

00:26was closed in both directions during the response, but has since fully reopened. Additionally,

00:31two budgies were rescued from an unaffected part of the building and later reunited with

00:36their owner, firefighters said. The investigation into the cause is continuing, according to

00:42the fire service.
