00:32For Gungos to get them out of Norwood into the neutral zone
00:37This is the 19th time the Santos Tour Down Under has had a stage that has started or finished in this
00:42Now Blassie comes through and also challenging is Virgilia
00:46But Blassie will pick up the maximum points, 7 more points
00:49She moves to 34
00:51She's going to be difficult to beat from here
00:54And UAE Team ADQ, surely now they turn their attention to racing for the general classification
01:00But as you say, there is a chance that she is falling now into domestique role
01:05The second major attack of the day
01:08This is Karina Schramff, the former Austrian national champion for Phoenix Premier Tech
01:12And this is in a moment of the race where she's not a classic part of the course to attack
01:17Which has made it good for her because she's caught the rest of them by surprise
01:21Yes, Karina Schramff has quickly gapped the peloton with that very aggressive attack that she did there
01:31I think she caught the peloton by surprise
01:34The pacemaking at the front for FDJ
01:36She's their new recruit
01:38She's a pretty good sprinter too
01:39She is a very good all-rounder
01:43We've seen her climb incredibly well
01:45But she also has quite a kick at the end of a race
01:50I think she's been struggling in this year's edition of the Tour Down Under
01:54We've seen in previous years
01:56It is Ali Wollaston
01:58She gets there
02:00She gets the one point
02:01That could prove to be crucial as to where the blue jersey ends at the conclusion of this race
02:07Some nice kangaroos here, Matt
02:10This is part of the Aussie landscape
02:12I know some of the European riders
02:13They love to come and see the roos and the koalas
02:16I think that was the most commented on thing when we did the team presentation a few days ago
02:21The intermediate sprint
02:23It doesn't look like they're going to vie for the points here
02:25Michaela Harvey, she's leading them through
02:27We're not going to see a competition here between these riders
02:31They want to keep that pace rolling
02:33They don't want to interrupt their momentum
02:35They probably would have talked about this already
02:37The question is, what is Sarah Van Damme's sprint like?
02:43She first has to make it over another corpse crew
02:46But can she win the sprint?
02:48Across the top, Vorticek
02:50Then Garcia
02:51Followed by Van Damme
02:53No, they're going for the zip track, intermediate sprint
02:55And they're going for the time bonus
02:57Vorticek, can she get the three second time bonus?
03:00She does
03:01She's now equal time with Sarah Van Damme
03:05So they are on exactly the same time
03:07Oh, in fact, the side on
03:09Showing that it is Van Damme who got there first
03:13Therefore, Sarah Van Damme now leads Vorticek in the virtual general classification by two seconds
03:20And I don't think they can drop her on the corners
03:23Noemi Roog is quite a bad bike handler
03:26Garcia attacking across the top
03:30Does she create the gap to Roog?
03:32No
03:33Roog has made it
03:36Up the inside
03:39Makes the right hand turn
03:40Now she can see the finish line
03:42We're coming into the final 400 metres now
03:46We've got UAE
03:48Mavi Garcia coming to the front
03:50Noemi Roog is on the wheel
03:53She's leaving a little bit of a gap so that she can run up
03:56She's wise to the green jersey of Paula Blassie
04:00Blassie goes with 200 metres to go
04:02Noemi Roog, she will go back to back
04:05She wins the stage
04:06She wins the Santos Tour Down Under
04:08The champion has reigned supreme
04:12Roog conquers Campbelltown
04:15UAE ADQ in second, third and fourth on the stage
04:20And in the general classification
04:22Noemi Roog, the winner of the Santos Tour Down Under
04:26Noemi Roog, you are the stage winner here at Stage 3
04:32But you've also taken the overall OCA jersey
04:35See so much emotion
04:36Please tell us how you're feeling
04:37Honestly, I cannot believe it
04:40I'm totally overwhelmed
04:42Yeah, it's crazy
04:43I won the race last year
04:45And of course we had the ambition to do it again this year
04:48But it's always harder to defend
04:49But my team, I just have to say
04:52They are the best
04:53I cannot believe it
04:55They were so committed
04:57They had so much trust in me
04:58They believed in me
04:59Put your hands together

06:46Pour 2026, Paola Blasi-Cadol, pour UAE ADQ.
06:59Big round of applause, once again.
07:03She comes from across the ditch.
07:05She lives in Europe and she's got a big year ahead of her.
07:08Allie Wollaston, well done.
07:09You are the dip track sprint winner.
07:12Once again, let's hear it up.
07:14For Paola Blasi-Cadol, third overall in the 2026 Santos Tour Down Under.
07:37And the trophy for Mavi.
07:39Mavi Garcia, she comes from Spain.
07:42The Spain have had a field day today.
07:44The Spanish, I should say.
07:45Mavi Garcia, second overall.
07:48Well done, Mavi.
07:50The FX Queen of the Mountains winner.
07:53The MyWoosh Young Rider and the zip track.
07:56Time to celebrate.
07:57So here is a look at the final top 10 in the general classification.
08:19Roge taking out the win.
08:2111 seconds in the end to Mavi Garcia.
08:24Paola Blasi, huge ride up into third.
08:26Dominika Vordacek, fantastic start of the season for her.
08:29But also, it was tight in the top three in particular.
08:34Or the top two at least.
08:35It was a count back in the end.
08:36Certainly, Team ADQ taking it out over Team Visma, Lisa Bike.
08:41They certainly disappointed, but I think they were showing some great sportsmanship, though,
08:46in their interviews and on stage.
08:48We'll see you next time.
