00:00We have been crystal clear that the future of Greenland is a matter for the people of Greenland
00:05and the people of the Kingdom of Denmark alone and nobody else and we will continue to support
00:10them in that. That remains our position and it's something that we've communicated to our friends
00:16over on the other side of the Atlantic as well. We think these tariffs are wrong and we think
00:21they're counterproductive. We need to be working together and we are working together to secure
00:26the Arctic region against Russian aggression. Only earlier this week the Foreign Secretary was
00:31over in Norway, in the north of Norway, working with our Norwegian counterpart to double the number
00:37of Marines that are stationed there to introduce a new generation of fleets in order to deal with
00:43that challenge. And that work that we're collectively doing together will strengthen Britain's position.
00:50It will also strengthen the position of the United States. We think going after tariffs, putting tariffs
00:55on allies is completely the wrong approach at this moment and we'll be talking to the American
01:00administration about that in the coming days.
