00:00Today I ask the world to do six things. First, protect the Iranian people by
00:08degrading the regime's repressive capacity, including targeting the Islamic
00:14Revolutionary Guard leadership and its command and control infrastructure. Second,
00:21deliver and sustain maximum economic pressure on the regime, block their
00:27assets worldwide, target and dismantle their fleet of ghost tankers. Third,
00:34break through the regime's information blockade by enabling unrestricted
00:40internet access, deploy Starlink and other secure communications tools widely
00:47across Iran, and conduct cyber operations to disable the regime's ability to shut
00:54down the internet. Fourth, hold the regime accountable by expelling its diplomats
01:02from your capitals and pursue legal enforcement actions against those
01:07responsible for crimes against humanity. Fifth, demand the immediate release of all
01:15political prisoners. Sixth, prepare for a democratic transition in Iran by committing
01:23to recognize a legitimate transitional government when the moment comes.
01:31Supporting the Iranian people is not an act of charity, nor is it unwarranted
01:36interference. Global stability itself depends on the removal of this regime. Its 47 years of
01:46exported terror, nuclear threats, and regional chaos must end. This does not require putting boots
01:55on the ground. The Iranian people's boots are already on the ground. They are the ones marching,
02:03sacrificing and fighting for their freedom every single day. What they need from the world is resolute,
02:13targeted support to protect lives, amplify their voices, and hasten the collapse that is already on the way.
02:24But let me be clear, with or without the world's help, the regime will fall.
02:32It will fall sooner, and more lives will be saved if the world turns its words into action.
02:41Action!
