00:19compounded versions of weight-loss drugs, Reuters reported. The suit claims the company
00:25struck exclusive agreements with major telehealth platforms that restricted doctors from prescribing
00:29compounded GLP-1 medications. Strive also alleges efforts to discredit compounded drugs
00:35and interfere with its business relationships. Lilly said the claims are wrong on the facts in
00:41the law. Strive seeks damages and an order blocking the enforcement of the alleged agreements.
