Rosenior recognises need to earn backing of Chelsea fans

Liam Rosenior says his focus is on getting results on the pitch, as fan unrest grows around Stamford Bridge

00:09but most importantly they need to see us get results

00:11so in order for that to continue

00:13we need to perform on the pitch

00:15and that's what my focus is on

00:16and hopefully I can develop a really really good relationship with them

00:20not for what I say here

00:22but for what they see on the pitch

00:23all I can focus on is my job

00:25my job is focused on the pitch

00:27I understand fans

00:28they pay money they love their club

00:30they want the best for the club

00:31what's best for the club is that we win games of football on the pitch

00:34so the more we do that

00:35the less chances we have of demonstrations

00:37like I said in the beginning

00:38I'm here to try and help this club win trophies

00:41in a short and long term

00:42and that's what my focus is on

00:44is winning the next game

00:45and making people go home happy
