12:12butter i love the restraint on this dish it's delicious fine dining is absolute best uh really

12:23over an apple and bourbon risotto cooking risotto for chef ramsey is like teaching jesus how to woodwork
12:31it's stupid and pointless cara marie you've cooked your lobster beautifully it's just a shame that the
12:36risotto is undercooked you can actually see the little white bits in the rice that hasn't bloomed
12:40the point goes to anthony congratulations well done i have yet to win a challenge i have yet to get
12:47a point and it's not like i'm not working my ass off and i'm not trying my best because i swear to god
12:52i've never worked this hard in my life here we go alabama quail and midasara delicious morel mushrooms
13:01lisa i'm going to start with you chef what i have here is a creamy morel
13:05arbol rice and then i skillet pan seared the coil the cook on the quail is exceptional thank you chef
13:10chris describe the dish please i did a quail two ways i did a fried and i did a pansear and i did a
13:17morel polenta creamy polenta why waffles i play on chicken waffles with quail i mean the quail is
13:23cooked beautifully the only thing i'm sort of searching for are the morels where are they
13:28there's one right there there there that's the mushroom i diced a super small shot maybe i need

13:55with his panko crusted mahi mahi with grilled peaches yeah the fish is cooked beautifully i love
13:59the pure underneath it doesn't really need the tomatoes got all the acidity and the sweetness
14:02from the peaches uh really good job thank you chef next is jada with her grilled mahi mahi and peach
14:08mostarda delicious very refined everything works on there point goes to jada and bradley congratulations

14:26fried soft shell maryland crab in a spicy iberia base made from new mexico chili peppers tough combination
14:33but you've done wonders to those crabs delicious thank you chef really good sydney hopes to dazzle with
14:38her tempura fried soft shell crab and her new mexico bechamel sauce the heat's delicious thank you chef i
14:44think what i love more is the actual crispiness of the crab really smart it's a tough one this one
14:50the point goes to john and sydney congratulations well done good job good job in round number six
14:58it's wyoming bison fused with wisconsin cheddar beautiful yes as henry presents chef ramsey his charred
15:07bison and cheddar grits absolutely spot on there grits delicious cheesy i think it's the toughest
15:13combination today and uh you've actually nailed it well done really good job thank you right alexander
15:18what the is that thing there it's a grattan okay so it's got a wisconsin cheddar mornay and then i did
15:28our bison with cherries come on come on and the cook wow beautifully done you've nailed the combinations

15:43start of me earning my teammates respect back i want them to know that i'm a force to be reckoned
15:48with for sure up next final taste the alaskan king salmon and the idaho potatoes i am the last person

16:02antonio i'm going to start with you we have a pan seared alaskan salmon and then i made uh two
16:07potato croquettes salmon's cooked beautifully thanks chef i love the glaze but i'm in love with
16:12the croquettes it's a really good dish thank you chef anaya describe the dish please i did a miso
16:17palm puree and just a simple pan seared salmon this salmon is cooked beautifully as well thank you

17:06most successful dishes here in hell's kitchen and it has a delicious coconut green curry we are low on
