In einer der ersten Szenen der zweiten Staffel von Fallout sehen wir Mr. House, der in einer Bar einen Streit mit Bauarbeitern anzettelt. Allerdings lockt er sie in eine Falle, um eine neue Technologie zu testen: Einen Chip, der mit dem Nacken einer Person verbunden wird und sie zu einem willenlosen Werkzeug macht, das allen Befehlen gehorcht.
