Want to head to space? Soon you could make the trip on a very intense hot air balloon ride.
00:09
The company Space Perspective wants to fly passengers to the edge of space
00:13
on board their high-performance balloon and pressurized capsule called Spaceship Neptune.
00:18
And they just announced plans to launch the first uncrewed test in early 2021 from NASA's Kennedy Space Center.
00:24
The massive football field-sized balloon can carry up to eight explorers inside its pressurized capsule on a six-hour trip.
00:32
Space Perspective says over two hours, Neptune will rise to above 99% of Earth's atmosphere to a cruising altitude of 100,000 feet.
00:41
Once there, passengers will have up to two hours to drink in the view and, of course, share images and videos on social media.
00:48
And it'll take a couple more hours for the huge balloon to descend back to Earth and land over the ocean,
00:53
where a ship will pick up the passengers.
00:56
The company says they also want to open the first research and education laboratory at the edge of space,
01:01
helping shed light on our universe, life on other planets, and Earth's climate and air systems.
01:07
The company says it can't專 head into land over 100,000 feet.
01:11
And also, as the часть data has changed themselves by then it SER ид,
01:12
the company says it can be a range of questions along with it.
01:13
The company says it can be a range of questions around reality,
01:15
so we're doing this rather than the rest of the mission mediation laboratory at the station.
01:16
Take two minute samhころ but wrong or you'll come back,
01:18
the team says it can only exist in real life after the amazing hour if you're looking at it an alternatespace.
01:21
textbooks haven't allowed seven years to see them as a multi-table here as well.
01:21
First place everything can be done and thank you can only offer copy,
01:24
all these things for the events until you just want to come back to date,
01:26
where they can actually do it without cloud or wait for the moisture action elevator without more.
