00:31Earlier, she signed an agreement with a local startup to encourage Taiwanese entrepreneurs

00:35to make Phoenix their U.S. headquarters.

00:37Today's Memorandum of Understanding with Startup Island Taiwan sends a powerful signal

00:43that international founders, engineers and investors are not just welcome in Phoenix,

00:48they are essential to our future.

00:50Cayego has also met with universities about programs that let students study in both Taiwan
