00:10CEO Elon Musk said in a post on X Late Tuesday that Tesla will stop selling FSD after February 14th.
00:16The service will only be available as a monthly subscription after that date.
00:21Tesla currently offers FSD for a one-time payment of $8,000 or a $99 monthly subscription in the U.S.
00:28And the subscription totals $1,188 annually.
00:32Investor Gary Black said the current FSD take rate is 15%.
00:36The update follows Rivian Automotive's unveiling of its lead DAR-based autonomous system
00:41and Autonomy Plus subscription, targeted for early 2026.
00:46Tesla's shares slipped 0.39% to $447.20 at market close on Tuesday
00:52and fell to $446.85 after hours,
