00:00Now let's talk about the U.S. President. As U.S. President Donald Trump experienced turbulence
00:05aboard Air Force One, he attempted to joke about how he needs something to grab because he cannot
00:11grab White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt. Now Trump's recent comment has fueled a wider
00:18debate about his long history of inappropriate unsettling remarks about women. Take a look at
00:25this report. You put me in a position where there's absolutely nothing to grab. So I'm
00:32looking for something to grab and it's not going to be Caroline. Another comment. I'm
00:38looking for something to grab and it's not going to be Caroline. Another controversy.
00:43And another addition to Donald Trump's string of sexist remarks. This time, on board the
00:50Air Force One, mid-air, mid-turbulence and on camera. Trump joked about needing something
00:57to grab, quickly adding that it would not be White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt.
01:02It's going to get rough and I don't seem to be in a... I think you did this to me. You put
01:10me in a position where there's absolutely nothing to grab. So I'm looking for something to grab
01:16and it's not going to be Caroline. Critics have called it yet another example of Trump
01:22crossing a line. One that he has crossed more than a few times. This isn't Trump's first
01:29comment about Caroline Levitt that had nothing to do with policy and everything to do with
01:34the woman delivering it. In August last year, he publicly fixated on her appearance, praising
01:42her beautiful face and machine gun lips. She's become a star. It's that face, it's
01:48that brain, it's those lips, the way they move, they move like she's a machine gun. Is she
01:54in the room? She's in the room. She's a star and she's great. She's a great person actually,
01:58but she's... I don't think anybody has ever had a better press secretary than Caroline.
02:04She's been amazing.
02:06Bart Levitt is not the only victim of the American President's misogynistic comments.
02:11His own wife isn't spared either. Just last month, Trump made headlines for a crude remark
02:17about Melania Trump's undergarments.
02:21My wife's closet. And I'll say this. Number one, it's very bad, but it sounds a little strange.
02:29They looked at her drawers. But everything is perfect. Her undergarments, sometimes referred
02:40to as panties, are folded. Perfect. Wrapped. They're like so perfect. I said, that's beautiful.
02:48You know, it's the part of the world she came from. Everything was perfect. No problem.
02:53Fold, fold, fold. I think that she steams them to make sure.
02:55From campaign trails to press briefings.
03:12And from colleagues to celebrities. Trump's language has repeatedly veered into a territory
03:17one could only describe as demeaning, sexist and inappropriate.
03:24Beyond verbal indiscretions, Trump's real-life conduct towards women poses a far deeper concern.
03:30From the Stormy Daniels case to the Epstein files fire.
03:34It's history that's even longer than his political tenure.
03:37Trump's series of misogynistic comments have been dismissed previously as funny and as innocent.
03:48But for the world's most powerful man to normalise such comments is worrisome to say the least.
