00:00It's amazing. It's such, it's such a moment of putting the rug out from underneath Jonathan
00:05Pine, putting the rug out from underneath the audience. You know, the show opens with,
00:10um, with Jonathan Pine and Angela Burr, played by Libby Coleman, identifying Richard Roper's
00:17dead body. Like the big bad wolf is out. And, and so, and you, and there's some sort of
00:25satisfaction in that, some sort of closing of a chapter, some sort of relief. And then
00:29at the end of episode three, Jonathan Pine is deep in the jungles of Columbia, trying
00:34to track Teddy Dos Santos, played by the great Diego Calva. He can smell the, the same familiar
00:40scent of corruption, of wrongdoing, of cynicism, um, of bad things happening. And he, and he
00:46follows his trail of breadcrumbs to an isolated restaurant in the middle of the jungle. And
00:52he hears Roper before he sees him. And he realizes that Roper has been running this whole operation,
00:57that he's back from the dead. And the sense of shock, disillusionment, surprise, grief,
01:06disenchantment, like it's a, it's so profound that you think what his whole world is turned
01:11upside down. Yeah.
