00:04So what would this partnership do?
00:06Not as widely as you may think.
00:08This partnership is really going to put Eli Lilly at the forefront of using AI and drug discovery,
00:13which is something that we haven't really seen before.
00:16So they're going to be building this lab out in San Francisco, like Matt mentioned,
00:19where we're seeing this big healthcare conference right now as well,
00:23and trying to figure out how we can start using AI in that drug discovery process.
00:27So they're going to be doing things like automating research tasks
00:30and really understanding what they can do better for research and for software.
00:33So it's interesting.
00:36There's been so much hope around AI and healthcare.
00:39What kind of breakthroughs could they make?
00:41What are people talking about in terms of like, you know, pie in the sky treatments that we could get?
00:48Well, I mean, this is a big year for Eli Lilly.
00:51They're really talked about because of their blockbuster weight loss shots,
00:53which they're going to be launching their oral pill later on this year for that as well.
00:57And so that's probably what we're going to be seeing a little bit more of,
01:00is how we can kind of use some new medications into new forms,
01:03or just develop even more medications and more treatments.
01:06I was hoping you would take cure cancer or Alzheimer's.
01:08I think that would honestly be...
01:09I'm not really bullish the pill.
01:11Like the pill you're going to have to take on an everyday basis, right?
01:14And you won't be able to like drink water or eat food within 30 minutes of that.
01:18And why is that better than a shot you don't feel that you do once a week?
01:22I don't get that.
01:22Some people just really have shot anxiety too.
01:25And the pill is really going to be used to be able to make sure that people can maintain
01:28when they're off the shot.
01:29But you're right.
01:30This could be a really great breakthrough for cancer treatments in the future.
01:33Is this going to be a race though?
01:35Like not just to develop OVC medications,
01:37but now a race of who can partner up with NVIDIA,
01:39who can get what access to what AI thing,
01:41who has the money to invest in this.
01:43Is this the like new 2026 trend we're going to have to witness?
01:47I think this is something to definitely watch.
01:49Just last week, we saw that OpenAI launched ChatGBT Health,
01:52where you can upload your medical records to the chat bot.
01:55Now Anthropic is trying to get in on that too,
01:57by launching something similar with Claude.
01:59So we are seeing this partnership between tech companies and big pharma companies.
