01:25So, in my experience doing competition surfing, I would just say try to keep a clear head. Don't compare yourself to the other girls. Everyone, everything happens for everyone on a different timeline. So, it's good not to like look at these other girls like they have a sponsor or they won the last contest. Yeah.
01:45Because it's different for everybody. And sometimes listening to music before I eat would be good too. Yeah. And for practicing, I'd say it's good to surf a lot of different breaks to get a good diversity of waves.
02:00So, when it comes contest time and like the waves aren't ideal, you still know how to do it. Yeah.
02:06So, my advice for you would be to be more assertive in the lineup because that's something I used to struggle with a lot. And like if at the end of the day, if you want to be catching waves, you got to kind of be a little bit more aggressive.
02:22Like you don't want to drop it off people, but like put yourself in the right place. And if the way it comes to you, then make sure that everyone knows that you're going for it.
