00:00So we're really, if you look at it, we're taking back what was taken from us.
00:05They took our oil industry.
00:07We built that entire oil industry.
00:09It started a long time ago, but they took it, and they were very ungracious to this country.
00:17So we're going to discuss how these great American companies can help rapidly rebuild Venezuela's dilapidated oil industry
00:24and bring millions of barrels of oil production to benefit the United States, the people of Venezuela, and the entire world.
00:32Well, there are going to be Americans.
00:34I assume they're going to be using a lot of Americans,
00:36but they're going to be using a lot of people from Venezuela and other places, I would imagine.
00:40But I would think that mostly they'll be using Venezuelan workers.
00:43They have a lot of great workers.
00:45They have a very high unemployment rate,
00:47and they have workers that are very familiar with taking oil out of the ground.
00:50The plan is for them to spend, meaning our giant oil companies,
00:56will be spending at least $100 billion of their money, not the government's money.
01:00They don't need government money.
01:02Well, I think you're going to make an investment,
01:04but you're going to get your money back very quickly, and that's part of our thing.
01:07We're going to have you get your money back fast,
01:09and then you'll give a lot to Venezuela and to the United States after that, okay?
01:13So you'll be in good shape.
01:16With respect to Venezuela in particular,
01:18we have a very long history in Venezuela.
01:20In fact, we first got into Venezuela back in the 1940s.
01:25We've had our assets seized there twice,
01:28and so you can imagine to reenter a third time
01:32would require some pretty significant changes
01:34from what we've historically seen here
01:36and what is currently the state.
01:38If we look at the legal and commercial constructs
01:41and frameworks in place today in Venezuela,
01:43today it's uninvestable.
01:45And thank you for your effort for what you've done here,
01:49taking this despot out of that area,
01:52and the world dealt with him way too long.
01:56Certainly our industry knows that this is a real jewel
02:00that can be developed for the people,
02:05for the people of Venezuela and also benefit the world.
02:10So the people in control in Cuba have a choice to make.
02:14They can either have a real country with a real economy
02:16where their people can prosper,
02:17or they can continue with their failing dictatorship
02:20that's going to lead to systemic and societal collapse.
02:23That's a very stark and dramatic choice,
02:24and it's one we hope to make the right one.
02:26We don't have an interest in a destabilized Cuba.
02:28We don't have an interest in Cuba.
02:58We don't have an interest in Cuba.
02:59We don't have a interest in Cuba.
03:02We don't have a interest in Cuba,
03:03but we don't have a interest in Cuba.
03:04We don't have twoнуть big sentences on МУЗЫКА
03:08of the United States.
03:10We don't have an interest in Cuba.
03:18We don't have any interest in Cuba.
03:19Lets go.
03:20We get a réponse in Cuba
03:21whenever someone Karen asked the escuchist to be,
03:23and we don't have a still comfort queen.
