00:00Meghan Markle's As Ever brand suffers website glitch showing massive inventory per item.
00:07Meghan Markle appears to have a lot of jam to sell.
00:11According to a Reddit thread that began late last week titled,
00:15Actual Remaining Inventory of As Ever Products,
00:18there seemed to be a glitch on the Duchess of Sussex's As Ever website.
00:23The lifestyle brand, created by the 44-year-old mother of two,
00:27features a collection of products inspired by her long-lasting love of cooking,
00:32entertaining, and hostessing with ease, according to its website.
00:36When users recently placed online orders,
00:39it often tells you how many are left in stock, the Reddit thread stated.
00:43The social media user also added a list of the alleged remaining inventory for every product
00:49on the As Ever website after pretending to place 200,000 units of each item in their cart.
00:55Per the Reddit list, the website at one point displayed more than 220,000 jars of jam
01:01left in stock, as well as approximately 32,000 available jars of honey,
01:06nearly 90,000 available candles, about 80,000 tins of flower sprinkles,
01:11and roughly 79,200 bottles of wine.
01:15The apparent website snafu was met with jokes from various Reddit users.
01:19This is hysterical, one person wrote, while another added,
01:25I still can't believe she left the royal family to become a dropshipper.
01:29While the extra inventory seemed massive,
01:32sources with knowledge of the business told people the numbers were misinterpreted.
01:36While it's normal for a business not to talk about sales data,
01:39I think it's fair to say that the glitch that led to this data being revealed
01:43points to a business that isn't just successful, it's flying, literally off the shelf,
01:48the source said.
01:50It doesn't take a genius to work out that what is left
01:52points to a company doing extremely well, the source added.
01:57That large stock order was obviously part of the international expansion plans
02:01the Duchess has spoken about for the brand.
02:04After the post went viral, the As Ever glitch was fixed,
02:07and purchase limits were put in place, according to the Daily Mail.
