00:00Previously on Doc...
00:02I don't suppose I ever met him.
00:03Once we all went out to dinner one time.
00:05You told me there were some things I needed to tell him.
00:08And did you?
00:09I've been having memory seizures.
00:11The fact that you collapsed tells me that you could be headed for cerebral edema.
00:13You need to take an oral dose daily.
00:15But I never changed my own proxy.
00:17Part of me still thinks she knows me best.
00:19That one.
00:20What?
00:20Amy Larson TMS recordings.
00:22You realize we can blow up all of our relationships with this?
00:30I don't have to be article he's returning.
00:36I've written a book, and I'm just not home.
00:41And I'm using música.
00:42You may get old for a while.
00:44They start over a new show and don't have different moments.
00:46I don't know why I'm using your computer, don't mind yourself.
00:49I remember we should bring away.
00:52I'm in the state-backed community.
00:53Okay, so today is the day, right?
01:22Today is the day.
01:23All right.
01:24No more putting this off.
01:25Run me through it.
01:26Dr. Larson, you've been chief for three months, and they have been just about the worst three
01:30months of my life.
01:31You are harsh.
01:32You are condescending.
01:33You treat interns like they're med students.
01:34And although I can take it, being around that horrible energy all day is just soul-sucking.
01:38Sounds like a great start.
01:39You think it'll fly?
01:40Be serious.
01:41Give me the real.
01:42All right.
01:43I have had an amazing time working here.
01:46I really respect and admire you, blah, blah, blah, and although I know it's not customary
01:51for an intern to leave this early in their tenure.
01:53I do have an opportunity at Johns Hopkins.
01:55My beautiful wife has family in Baltimore, et cetera, et cetera.
01:59So it would mean a lot if you would bless this and write me a letter of recommendation.
02:04I'm assuming the blah, blah, blah, and the et cetera will be something coherent.
02:10Something coherent.
02:11I'll figure something out.
02:12Well then, okay, Sted.
02:13Go get her.
02:14Yeah.
02:15I need CPAPs, induction meds, PPE, and ventilators.
02:21I understand that it's barely penetrated the U.S., but we don't want to be caught with
02:27our pants down.
02:30It's coming, Dr. Kamara.
02:32Wishing it away is not a strategy.
02:36Was that about the coronavirus?
02:38Yeah.
02:39I'm just trying to stay ahead of it, but I don't want you panicking people.
02:42No.
02:43Yeah, yeah, yeah.
02:44Of course not.
02:45Have you read anything about it?
02:46CDC and NIH alerts.
02:47I studied a few of the case reports out of Wuhan.
02:48Yeah?
02:49What do you make of it?
02:50Well, I'm no epidemiologist, but it does seem to act in strange ways.
02:54Well, buckle up.
02:55We may find out soon enough.
02:57Now, you had a question for me?
02:59Oh, uh, yeah, I was, um, I was just gonna ask you if, uh, maybe I could see a few patients
03:08on my own today.
03:09I feel like I'm ready for that.
03:10You understand why I have things organized the way that I do, with all of the interns
03:14being supervised?
03:15You don't want any mistakes.
03:16Right.
03:17So, don't make any.
03:24Okay, Shauna, you had a fever up to 101?
03:29101.2 yesterday morning.
03:31Okay, and loose bowels?
03:33A little, for a day or two, but ER sent me here because they said I have some problem
03:38in my kidney.
03:39Yeah, you have a clot in the artery that's going to your left kidney, but we can treat
03:43it with a medication called heparin.
03:44What causes this?
03:45You know, it can be a variety of things, including dehydration, but we'll run some blood work
03:49to investigate that.
03:50Anything else going on in terms of symptoms?
03:52Not really, no.
03:53All right.
03:54Well, we'll have a nurse come in and she'll take some blood and we'll get that IV set up.
03:59And I see you got the meatloaf.
04:01You gotta be careful and get a little gnarly.
04:03It doesn't much matter right now.
04:04Barely taste anything.
04:06What was that?
04:07Oh, I can't really taste anything in the last few days.
04:15That's not a big deal, is it?
04:17Um, I'm not sure yet.
04:25I want you to smell this.
04:28Tell me what you think it is.
04:31I gotta smell anything, what is it?
04:3554 year old man with complications from lupus.
04:52He has been on methyl trexate for three days, but he is still suffering from joint inflammation
04:56and pleuritis.
04:57What do we do next?
04:58Dr. Larson?
04:59Can I have a word?
05:01Are you interrupting my rounds?
05:02I'm sorry, but I don't think this can wait.
05:04You better have the answer when I get back.
05:09Yes?
05:10I have a 32 year old female patient that's presenting with GI issues and a low grade fever.
05:14The ER diagnosed with renal artery thrombosis, but she has a complete loss of smell.
05:19So you're thinking...
05:21There were two cases of anosmia in Wuhan, so I pulled up the case reports out of Italy.
05:25There were three there as well.
05:26Yeah, but in those cases it developed much later in the cycle.
05:30I get that, but we also know that it seems to keep morphing in this presentation.
05:34The fact that I was discussing this this morning when you walked into my office...
05:37No.
05:38Not that impression.
05:39Or looking to score points, chasing zebras...
05:41Look, the last thing I want is to have coronavirus in our hospital.
05:44Breathe in for me.
05:45And out.
05:46Does that hurt?
05:47No.
05:48Any coughing or shortness of breath?
05:49No.
05:50What about fatigue?
05:51I'm a little tired and I'm a bit jet lagged.
05:53What about her blood work?
05:54I haven't sent anybody in here to do that yet.
05:57Until you saw her.
05:58Well, maybe you should do that now.
05:59Yourself.
06:00There are 350 million people in this country that have been a hospital.
06:01Thank you, everyone.
06:02I'm sorry.
06:03I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
06:04I'm sorry.
06:05I'm sorry.
06:06I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
06:07I'm sorry.
06:08I'm sorry.
06:09I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
06:10I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
06:11I'm sorry, I can't just get you.
06:12I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
06:13I'm sorry.
06:14I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I don't know.
06:15I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
06:16there are 350 million people in this country and 71 confirmed cases none in minnesota well
06:24there's always a first so you want to shut down internal medicine quarantine everyone on the floor
06:29and send panic through the whole hospital on the hunch of an intern i examine the patient and i
06:34support dr heller's diagnosis based on loss of smell and fine crackles in both lung bases plus
06:39the blood work shows low platelets both of which suggest adenovirus any evidence of widespread
06:44clotting not yet no has she been in china or italy she did just flying from new york where there's
06:49one confirmed case so far but there's no real testing and obviously people from all over the
06:55world come through there we have no confirmed contact no cough no respiratory distress five
06:59out of the 18 cases in washington had gi issues you're stretching if you don't report this to
07:04public health and contact trace in 24 hours it'll be too late enough of this hysteria dr larson this
07:10is not hysteria although the pushback seems like it might be i'm not taking a call from the governor
07:15about this we can revisit in 24 hours if you have more evidence well i certainly admire your courage
07:21careful dr larson apparently it's your job to be careful it's our job to do what we think is right
07:40you okay the cemeteries are always hard
07:59you ever meet him no he lived in arizona don't think he got here much
08:10but the shovels yeah yeah you'll see at first everybody's gonna line up and they'll take a
08:24shovel but what we do is we turn it upside down like this so it only holds a small amount of dirt
08:30and then we take just that small amount of dirt and we pour it back into the hole that's our way of
08:37saying the sabbath we're burying you but we want to go slowly because we don't want to say goodbye yet okay
08:51we want to go slowly because we want to go slowly and we want to go slowly and we want to go slowly and
09:08Amen.
09:38There were a lot of things unspoken between me and my dad, a lot that went unsaid, like
09:54a lot of fathers and sons, I'm sure.
10:00I lost my mom when I was 14, and I didn't realize it at the time, but I realize now what
10:08my dad lost.
10:11He lost his best friend.
10:14My mom, she was his rock, his anchor, and my dad never let me or Ali feel that, because
10:23he knew he needed to be our rock.
10:28A lot of you know how sick my mom was and how much she suffered, and I never told him,
10:35and my dad, he always knew that's why I wanted to be a doctor, so that I could help people
10:40the way that I couldn't help her.
10:48He always wanted me to take over the family business, but he knew that I needed to take
10:52a different path, so he put his head down and he worked 14 hours a day for my dreams.
10:58He didn't need to say why or take credit or tell people what he was sacrificing.
11:06He just did it.
11:09I'm a different generation, so I talk a lot more about things than he did, but at the end
11:14of the day, I just hope that I can do the things that matter like he did, because talk is cheap.
11:22And my dad, he just gave from his heart.
11:29Hey.
11:30Hey.
11:31Hey.
11:32I know you're not supposed to bring flowers.
11:36Is that rugelow?
11:37I didn't know how to pronounce it, but yes.
11:42And bagels.
11:43I think we're pretty clear on how to say that.
11:48Fantastic.
11:50I think we're up to 85 dozen.
11:51Can you just drop it in the kitchen?
11:53Of course.
11:54I loved what you said about him.
11:57Oh, thank you.
11:59clear on how to say that fantastic thank you um I think we're up to like 85 dozen can you just
12:04can you just uh just drop in the kitchen of course I loved what you said about him oh thank you I
12:13don't know I didn't really prepare anything I got you text this morning I'm sorry I didn't write back
12:18no you've got your hands pretty full yeah yeah it's a it's a lot of family yeah Mia is adorable
12:27she looks like you I do see a lot of my dad in there too though how's she taking it
12:34I don't know I don't think she understands yet no I'm sure yeah what about you how you holding up
12:43me you collapsed a couple days ago oh yeah I yeah I'm fine you taking your meds yes I am
12:53um listen look I was in a I was in a pretty low place the other night when I called you
13:03yeah of course you were yeah I just I hope I didn't send any mixed signals
13:09the only signal I got was that you wanted to talk to somebody who had met your dad
13:17the fact that I didn't remember him probably doesn't help but yeah I obviously understand
13:24loss so it makes sense he would call me yeah yeah I guess it does um
13:30anyway I'm glad you're here I am your friend Jake no matter what
13:37thank you Jakey can I borrow you your cousins want to say hello yeah of course I'll talk to
13:46you in a bit yeah how's the body language been they were kind of having a moment earlier but
13:52it was hard to tell they could just be playing it cool because they're in front of everyone at
13:56the hospital well it is much more explosive for us if they're sleeping together so you know maybe
14:00try to find out hi there I'm Rachel Jake's ex-wife yeah hi I'm Amy Larson it's nice to meet you
14:14and lovely house Jake chose it way back when so Mia was born here born and raised well not a home birth
14:23I'm not one of those you know what I mean yeah big bully her in the epidural no duelist for this girl
14:29just a little heads up stay away from Aunt Sarah oh god what is she saying now just that you're
14:35the harlot who broke his heart and you shouldn't be hosting this harlot well that is a new one
14:41Amy this is Ali Jake's sister hi Amy was chief when Jake was an intern oh right and then you had that
14:49car accident you lost like 12 years of your memory Ali um it was eight actually I mean it's fine
14:55it's not like it's a secret well he told us some stories about you really oh yeah hated you at
15:01first but then he really came to respect you and you made him chief resident which was a really big
15:05deal for him he's a great doctor and an even better man he practically raised Ali after their mom died
15:13yeah he told me that he did
15:16well I long nights on call what else are you going to talk about besides your childhood
15:23right
15:26these are so good
15:29I feel so stupid I brought flowers instead of food
15:35well if you're not going to contribute maybe don't load up like that
15:39I shouldn't say stuff like that to a woman
15:43okay so tell me the deal here this is Jake's ex-wife's house uh it was his house till he moved
15:50out and when did they get divorced a couple years ago because they look pretty snug no well I think
15:56that's somewhat performative for their daughter's sake you know I'm getting a feeling there might be
16:01something between him and Amy what you don't see that no
16:10but you do I I plead the fifth come on wait are you talking about before or after her accident uh
16:19both how am I the last one to know about this maybe because you think of her as the virgin mary up on
16:25her pedestal and what about now I mean I don't think Dr Ridley is going to be letting people date
16:30their superiors do you no probably not where is she today anyway I mean Dr Hamda's here and he's
16:37CMO she's out of town at some conference and he's just a good guy or she's also part of a weird triangle
16:43right and you were able to defrost it okay amazing thank you so much Katie we should be
16:54home in a couple hours love you too I can't believe she's going away to college I'm really
17:01gonna miss her still 18 years till the empty nest so we got that going for us yeah we do
17:08you're an intern again which means Jake's your boss now uh yeah delicious right oh it's kind of like
17:21Freaky Friday or something kind of like freaky every day uh Rachel sorry
17:31did you invite Leslie I told her I was hosting okay well I want her gone seriously she'll break
17:41up our marriage so yeah unless we do you plan on her bringing another dj for you to sleep with
17:47all these fireworks between these two they went to college together right yeah sometimes he'll date
17:53someone else sometimes she'll date someone else but they can't seem to shake each other no matter how
17:58hard they try i hear you and i'm sorry okay i'll ask her to leave thank you i'm sorry i just kind
18:06of i just don't want to look at her face today see yeah for sure i keep telling him he just needs
18:15to forgive her and end the suspense for everyone but maybe today will be the day yeah grief it can be
18:22very very clarifying okay Anna banana i sent it what do you mean you sent it sent it to who like we
18:36talked about first the new wife then the mimbo now just sit back and watch the powder cake explode
18:44you think i have coronavirus we're saying that there's a chance you have it which is why we need
18:51to keep you isolated until we're sure and what are these drugs you're giving me it's an antiviral
18:56medication along with a low dose of chloroquine but what if you're wrong i thought nobody even knows
19:01how to treat this we are simply following the protocols that have been used in other hospitals
19:05and both of these are harmless so we're just doing this preemptively now if your situation escalates we
19:10could potentially add in antibiotics but we don't want to rush into that yet i don't understand i
19:14haven't been around anyone who has it that you know of that's that's the problem and how would i
19:19have gotten it you flew out of jfk anything you touched could have had germs okay so uh you think
19:24it happened at the airport because i was with my mom and grandma right before you should call them
19:29and tell them to isolate in case you got it before the airport a lot of people are dying of this aren't they
19:35young and healthy people we're not going to let you die
19:46look i wasn't going to contradict you in front of her because that would have just made her more
19:49anxious but we don't make promises we can't keep i know but she's young she has no comorbidities do not
19:54for a second make an assumption about what you think you know or have read or heard from another doctor
20:00do you understand yes okay remind the nurses that no one goes in there and watch her like a hawk i
20:06will and thank you for what you could have brought in attendings on this don't make me regret it i won't
20:15dr heller yeah get a telemetry set up in pathology and then meet me there okay um before we're gonna
20:25jerry rig a colic test give me 10. we could pull the genetic code from china and potentially convert
20:32our influenza pcr but we need new short dna primers and probes that'll take too long i'm thinking hiv
20:38well it could work but you need a serum sample from a confirmed case yeah i'm having one courier
20:42from washington it should be here in an hour then what are we waiting for
21:01so
21:12oh two shots are dropping i can take it from here go
21:33no mom i don't know i don't know shauna you're in respiratory distress we're gonna put you on a
21:46ventilator what are they saying there baby please please hi this is tanner i'm dr amy larson she's
21:54saying you think she has the corona we don't know that yet for sure you need to stay away from other
21:58people until we figure this out well i don't have any symptoms and neither does my mother that's good
22:03but we still don't know how long the incubation period is let me call you back okay okay shauna
22:09i'm gonna have to intubate you which means we're gonna put this tube down your throat but we'll put
22:12you to sleep first so you don't feel any pain just please tell my mom what to do we will i promise
22:23if that patient needs to be on a ventilator she should be in the icu
22:26what's going on here i'm not comfortable moving her that's what's going on you're not comfortable
22:30because she has c diff stay in your lane julie you think she has the coronavirus and you're not
22:34telling any of us you're right we do think she has it but the board doesn't buy it and they don't
22:38want anybody to panic we sequestered her and if all goes well we'll be able to test her soon
22:43look i get it you're scared you want to go home fine but if you stay you need to sit tight
22:48and think about what's best for everybody here and that means you need to trust us and keep your mouth
22:54shut as soon as you know i know of course
23:04okay what's next add a broad spectrum antibiotics and a bronchodilator maybe that'll open up our
23:09airways yes ma'am and jake the next time you call me ma'am you're gonna be on scout work for six months
23:16i can't believe he's gone when was the last time you saw him april in arizona you
23:40too long i skipped out on dinner in the middle of it i left him alone with the woman i was seeing
23:47at the time oh my god jake
23:52i guess he opened up to her though i got back to her place that night and she said
23:57that he thought he was a failure as a father oh geez she told me i should tell him how much i
24:03appreciated everything he did for us but i said he knows and then i just never got around to making
24:10sure i also set up visiting didn't do that either who was she this woman
24:18no oh my god no no absolutely not we're not together anymore so this needs to stay in the vault okay
24:34you know i think you're the only jewish dad in america who's disappointed his son became a doctor
24:46if hospitals had jerseys i may have felt differently what an athlete he was three sports captain of all of them
24:53oh this is weird what amy sent me an email what what is it i don't know it's an audio file
25:23what what no nora nora nora what is it i have to go nora honey just give me the keys i'm going
25:39home please just talk to me i swear to god i will scream and make a scene now give me the keys i need
25:45to know whatever's on there i send it to you you record your therapy sessions sometimes yeah what's
26:06going on nora just got an email from you what i didn't send her anything it was one of your tms
26:11sessions you were discussing some very personal things damaging things to me
26:18well i didn't send her that michael why would i send her that okay you're a maniac guess that means
26:25the bomb went off obviously she was hacked for all we know it was the whole hospital i'm gonna call
26:30it right now when you get home change all your passwords you ought to lose your license
26:38if it came from your email it'll be in the send folder we need to hear it
26:42i'm still trying to get my head around that kiss in the elevator how so well it was pretty hot
26:50especially for someone who doesn't love me anymore whoever said that he did basically no he said he
26:57moved forward because you disappeared so what he doesn't really love nora i'm sure he loves her and i know
27:04he's really grateful to her for how she was there to help him pick up the pieces but let's just say i was
27:11at their wedding and he did not look like a man who was all there why would somebody send that to her
27:20from my account they're trying to hurt you by hurting them no by making you look unhinged
27:26oh my god what
27:34okay that meeting that i i missed with joan the one where i supposedly replied but didn't remember and
27:42that that medication where i gave the wrong dose somebody's coming after me yes i wanted to do
27:50this but not at his father's funeral and for a penny and for a pound
27:54hey hey i'm so sorry i i have to go oh really yeah i'm i'm just i'm not feeling great oh yeah of
28:06course go take care of yourselves i remember some of our dinner with your father but i i thought
28:13they said that wasn't possible gina says if it's important enough in memory can break through the
28:18medication you bet at 398. and he was really proud to have you as a son
28:28try to hold on to that yeah
28:38is it just me or did that look awfully intimate between them
28:44no i just found out like 30 minutes ago
28:49are you sure because this could be a massive security breach is that it it looks like you
28:56were the only one targeted well can they see who did it they're still digging into it yeah i'm here
29:06we're sitting crackles about lungs and wheezing
29:11we're too sad you're still dropping we got up the pressure no if we do that we could cause a pneumothorax
29:20i just don't understand why our lungs are so stiff they're supposed to be opening
29:22well there shouldn't be this much inflammation it's like her body is attacking her lungs if that
29:27were true then we'd have to pull her off the ventilator and bomb her with the corticosteroids
29:30exactly has anyone tried that no idea but it's not like anyone's reporting anything with confidence
29:42she's clotting now this inflammation's everywhere okay i think we gotta call the cdc or the nih
29:48her co2 is rising there's no time treat the patient in front of you if we're wrong we'll kill her well
29:54you want to go back to rounding with the interns this is what it means to be a doctor
30:01tell me everything you know they refused to take her to the icu but they put her on a ventilator
30:05then they take her off the ventilator put her on steroids now they just rushed her down to the ir
30:09procedure room all this after telling me no one but them should even go into her room so what do you
30:13think's going on i know what's going on they think she has coronavirus but no one wants to tell the rest
30:16of us advancing the micro catheter the clots just passed a break you learn you want to tell me what
30:30the hell you're doing we took her off the ventilator and her oxygenation improved but now she's clotting
30:35so we're dealing with that you gave a patient with adenovirus antivirals chloroquine broad spectrum
30:40antibiotics and steroids all in six hours when she came in here with a gi issue you drove her
30:45to this and now she may lose her limbs she doesn't have adenovirus she has coronavirus and she may die
30:51so why don't you back off and let us do her work keep the infusion running don't stop for anything
30:56if she doesn't have coronavirus i will make sure you never practice again
30:59okay we're at the clot push tpa i can't believe you're still there so late yeah yeah i know it's
31:12been kind of a crazy day well have you asked for the letter yet not yet you're not chickening out on
31:17me are you no no ali's got a friend in potomac who's a great realtor we may even be able to afford
31:23something in bethesda yeah that's that sounds great i'm glad you're excited well then rip off the band-aid
31:28and get the recommendation yeah i will hey listen i gotta i gotta go i'll call you in a little bit
31:32okay okay clots are dissipating okay perfusions returning to her arms still waiting on her legs
31:41respiratory status o2 stats are climbing a bit fine rails in her lungs we're really not going to
31:47know anything until the morning what did dr franco say uh she's run three tests so far all negative
31:54there must be an issue with the substrate unless we're wrong
32:03you have a wife and kid right yeah daughter go i've got this i know you're going to say the
32:10buck stops here but i got you into this so i stay i got myself into this the day i signed up for med
32:16school but i'm glad you're going to see it through yeah
32:25why don't you hit the on-call room we can monitor her in shifts
32:31okay
32:31but that's the thing we took her off the ventilator and she seemed to rebound but she doesn't have
32:45coronavirus i don't know how you can say that when there's so little data well unless you know
32:49something the cdc and the nih don't but hold on it worked she tested positive i ran it three times
32:57your patient has covered 19.
33:09shauna's stable she's breathing well and her vitals are solid
33:12and dr franco figured out the issue with the substrate yielded three independent positive
33:19tests shauna's quarantined in the negative pressure room for at least a week but she's
33:24turned a corner and we're squared with dr camara i'm suddenly getting all the supplies we need
33:30so i miss all the good stuff happens like that sometimes but you were there for the important part
33:35you did the work did we actually figure out something about this thing yeah unfortunately
33:43i think we're gonna have a long time to confirm that new york had one reported case yesterday and
33:47today they have 82. wow cdc is saying they think it might be airborne so it's going to be everywhere
33:57so i talked to dr liebling at hopkins oh um

35:22Just like a dream
35:25Oh, oh, oh, oh, that's to me
35:31Just like a dream
35:41Even though he only met you that one time
35:44He really loved you
35:45Well, if he's anything like his son
35:49I'm sure I loved him
35:51Jake?
35:55I think we need a reckoning
35:57Michael
36:00Can I come in?
36:02Yeah, of course
36:03Well, whoever hacked you used the VPN and rerouted it
36:08So it's not traceable, at least not yet
36:11You realize that those mistakes I supposedly made were the hacker trying to make me look bad
36:18We'll get into that tomorrow with Joan
36:20I'll make sure you get all your privileges back
36:23Great, thank you
36:25Oh, God, what a mess
36:27Shouldn't you be at home trying to fix things with Nora?
36:34She needed to cool off
36:41Michael, what are you doing here?
36:45Did you listen to the audio?
36:48Yes
36:49I did
36:50What Gina said about my wedding?
36:55She wasn't wrong
36:57Michael
36:59Nora called the house a mausoleum
37:03Well, that's an awful thing to say
37:05Well, maybe it is
37:06I mean, what is that house without you and Danny in it?
37:11Michael, that's not fair
37:13What am I supposed to do with that?
37:16I'm sorry
37:17You're right
37:19I don't know what I'm doing
37:24I guess I'm lost
37:29Your wife and son are waiting for you at home
37:40You need to find yourself with them
37:44So you were having an affair with her?
38:00Are you out of your mind?
38:01That happened after we separated
38:02Oh, really?
38:02Yeah
38:03Because all I know is four years ago
38:05we were about to move to Maryland
38:07and then suddenly you came home and said we're staying
38:09It was COVID, you know what happened
38:11Yeah
38:11You had a change of heart about her
38:14You're really going to do this today?
38:17Well, today is when I found out
38:18For some reason you decided not to tell me about her
38:21all this time
38:41Yeah, Sarah was right
38:47You would have hated that we did it here
38:49Look
38:50Look at her
38:53She's here for you
38:55You know she came at me by Amy
38:56right after you told her
38:57Thank you very much
38:58I didn't have to tell her
38:59She figured it out
39:00All days
39:01Today
39:02She came at me
39:03She was jealous
39:04Right
39:04Oh, come on
39:05How long are you going to keep punishing her, Jake?
39:07I'm not punishing her
39:08She made her own bed
39:09You know
39:09Most people aren't as moral as you
39:13And that's going to leave you alone in this life
39:16You will make mistakes
39:18And if you really love someone
39:21You're just punishing yourself
39:23All dad ever wanted was for you to be happy
39:27So
39:28End of day
39:30Whatever that is
39:31When you find it
39:33You better hold on to it
39:35Nora?
39:51Nora?
39:52Nora?
40:03You better hold on to it
40:33Charlie!
40:39Dr. Handsome just opened the email.
40:40He'll be kicking Amy Larson to the curb right about now.
40:43What is wrong with you?
40:44It was his father's funeral.
40:45So? I mean, our father had a funeral
40:47and barely any of them showed up.
40:48That's how it works.
40:49Okay, this is out of control.
40:50Nope, it's in control.
40:51Our control.
40:56I'm still trying to get my head around that kiss in the elevator.
40:59How so?
40:59Well, it was pretty hot.
41:03Especially for someone who doesn't love me anymore.
41:06Whoever said that?
41:07He did, basically.
41:09No, he said he moved forward because you disappeared.
41:13So what? He doesn't really love Nora?
41:29Someone is trying to destroy you.
41:41Yeah.
41:43Who told you?
41:44I got an audio recording from your email.
41:47Oh, me and Gina talking?
41:50That was taken totally out of context.
41:52I don't care.
41:55Look.
41:58A part of you is always going to love Michael.
42:01Just, like, a part of me is always going to love Rachel.
42:04We share children and a past,
42:06and there's just a lot of complicated crap
42:07that's hard to untangle,
42:08but all I care about in this moment is
42:11do you want to be with me?
42:13What about Joan?
42:18Our jobs?
42:20We both in life doesn't promise us anything.
42:22Okay, so...
42:24I don't want to wait.
42:29Not another day.
42:34Not another minute.
42:35Not another second.
42:38Hi, my name is Amy Larson.
42:49I'm the bitch that killed Hannah and Charlie's father.
42:54I'm the bitch that killed Hannah and Charlie's father.
42:57And if you thought today was fun,
42:59that was only the beginning.
43:02And if you thought today was fun,
43:04that was only the beginning.
43:08Code Blue!
43:12You ready?
43:12This January...
43:13Whoever hacked Amy is coming for everyone in the hospital.

43:21Danny was always my favorite.
43:22Is this a deep fake?
43:24The eye is here.
43:26They are launching an internal investigation.
43:28The hunt is on, and I'm a witch.
43:31My job...
