00:13Today we're diving into two of them, Tech Acquisitor Scaevola and the Necron Lord Omenech.

00:19As a seeker of Xenos technology, Scaevola's power revolves around her forbidden knowledge mechanic.

00:26The more cognition points you store, the stronger her abilities become.

00:32Such radical practices carry consequence in the form of Xenerite instability,

00:37a volatile energy feedback that lashes out at random, striking ally and foe alike.

00:43To fuel Scaevola's unstable cognition engine, recruit servitors, who generate data through their programmed sacrifice trait,

00:50and electro priests, whose machine right trait provides a steady flow of cognition each turn.

00:57Within the Mechanicus tech tree, upgrades like preparatory data meditations and cognition banks expand Scaevola's resource control,

01:04starting missions charged and preserving vital data between them.

01:08Meanwhile, granting servitors the rush upgrade ensures her constructs can reach the front lines early to begin generating cognition.

01:16In the reliquary, Scaevola herself can be augmented.

01:20Combine upgrades like unstable overload and master of Xenerite technology to weaponize her own instability while shielding nearby units.

01:29Further expand the build with unstable power field, allowing her melee strikes to unleash instability directly,

01:35and teleportation matrix for quick escapes.

01:38Alternatively, Scaevola can be turned into a frontline menace.

01:43Acquiring the Eradication Ray, Temple Copia skill, and Nanophage manipulation allows her to devastate enemies and inflict damage over time,

01:51before consuming inflicted debuffs to recover her HP as needed.

01:56Omenek is one of Nefeshah's first deployable lords, a versatile commander who excels at reanimation and Dominion generation,

02:05while commanding a diverse array of Necron units.

02:08Central to all of his builds is the master trait, acquired in the Lord's Chamber,

02:14which generates dominion each time a Necron reanimates.

02:17Unlike the Mechanicus, Necron leaders recruit units from their own personal upgradeable course rather than a shared roster.

02:25For Omenek, unlocking a Technomancer and upgrading them with Rites of Reanimation is an incredibly strong synergy.

02:32Resulting in reanimated units near the Technomancer being given a powerful buff to their armor.

02:39Each Lord can be further customized with relics and command protocols.

02:45The right pairing of these unlocks an extra bonus called Dynastic Resonance,

02:50in this case, the Eternal Revenant, which lets Omenek skip his own reanimation timer entirely,

02:57reviving instantly when defeated.

03:03Most relics and command protocols are unlocked by awakening the Necron tech tree.

03:07Here you'll also find Immortal Servitude, a pivotal upgrade for Omenek's resurrection build,

03:12allowing Necron units to rise twice instead of once.

03:17Alternatively, you can focus Omenek on rapidly generating and sustaining Dominion

03:22to unleash the most powerful relics and command protocols available.

03:26Like the Royal Touch, which instantly executes a target,

03:30and if it's your own unit, Omenek is healed and gains a surge of Dominion in return.
