Since its launch at the end of 2017, the Kia Stonic has become a mainstay in the B-segment, finding around 45,000 buyers in Germany to date. Now, Kia has fundamentally revised the compact crossover, preparing it for the future. For the 2026 model year, it boasts a striking new front and rear design, a comprehensively modernized interior, the latest high-tech features and driver assistance systems, and an optimized 1.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with a more powerful mild-hybrid variant. The standard infotainment and navigation system now features a 30.2 cm (12.3-inch) touchscreen (previously 20.2 cm/8-inch), which, depending on the trim level, is integrated into a seamless panoramic display along with the new digital instrument cluster. The range of available new technologies extends from the digital car key to the highway driving assistant. The revised Stonic is offered in four progressively more advanced trim levels: Core, Vision, Spirit, and GT-Line. The Core and Vision versions are equipped with the 74 kW (100 hp) variant of the 1.0 T-GDI engine, while the Spirit and GT-Line versions feature the now 84.6 kW (115 hp) mild-hybrid version of the same engine. The 2026 model year is available to order now, with deliveries beginning at the end of November. Prices start at €23,490 for the base Core version, representing only a slight increase despite significantly expanded standard equipment and other product improvements (previous starting price: €22,690). As is standard practice for the brand, the 7-year Kia manufacturer's warranty and 7-year Kia navigation map updates are included.
