00:00I want to thank Coach Carroll from the ownership perspective and from my personal perspective as well.
00:05He was a great partner.
00:06In my first year in this job, he worked tirelessly to give Raider Nation, the team,
00:12and the outcomes and the results that they wanted and deserve.
00:16He was a wonderful person to deal with for me personally on a day-to-day basis.
00:20And I'm just very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him,
00:24a great coach like him, for a year.
00:26And this organization, the ownership, myself, wish him nothing but the best in the future.
00:30We're truly grateful for his efforts.
00:32I also want to make it extremely clear, too, that I bear a ton of responsibility for the outcome of the season and our record.
00:39This isn't on any one person, and really I don't want anyone to think that anyone deserves more responsibility than me in that.
00:44It's something I'm very aware of.
00:47I think about all the time and am determined to get right.
00:51And, you know, the accountability should start and stop with me.
